Ashley and manager were great - I saw/spoke w/ Ashley multiple times over course of 6 days- she was consistently patient, responsive, helpful, professional, listened well -let me know when she needed to consult with manager, who was also excellent.Great customer service. Had to call back local location many times due to weather complications and misc questions - hard to have to wait 10-15 min for call center rep (I.e. problem w/gas cap when refilling tank). That was a big frustration -Often complicates things more in midst of a move. Of six reps I spoke with, 2 excellent (clear, easy to follow, understand, 1 not great. Others fine - could't always answer my questions, so basically used them to relay messages. Had no idea though that 9' Cargo van would be such a problem in snow - bad traction, took significant amount of extra time to maneuver, reverse up short driveway, one day just had to give up. Side cargo door stuck, almost didn't close one night. Overall, definitely recommend this branch based positive interactions w/staff. Appreciated their help. All 3 vans I encountered were newer and in great condition (except for sticking cargo door). Thanks !

I really like the facility, but the split level idea is inaccessible for anyone with a disability. Otherwise I’m happy with my choice to store my belongings there.

Seemed kind a dirty and scuffed up, which made me a little nervous so I submitted some of my own photos

Friendly staff and very helpful. I wanted a storage 5x5 and they didn't have it, I end up getting the smallest storage but they put me on the system for any 5x5 available in less then 2 weeks they call me, I'm glad I got what I needed. Thank you!!

Excellent check in. They were eager to get my feedback on the new truck, which was excellent.

Although we were not happy about being sent an extra 17 miles when we requested Northampton as a location, John at this location was professional and efficient. The lot was clean, clear of snow and ice and well managed. Drop off was a breeze.

I can't think of any improvements. Smooth easy service and good vehicle. Thanks !

A withdrawal of a partial payment was taken from my bank account on my end. I want to pay my bill but it needs to be adjusted still on your end. This receipt on this email is still saying the full balance. I don't understand what is going on. I don't want to pay more than I owe. I hope to continue to do business with you guys. Please look into this matter. I have the balance now to pay my bill off. Tried to call the Holyoke office but nobody answers the phone. Please give me a call.

This is the best Manage to U haul site visit properly staffed with competent people. Every time I have rented equipment the transaction is quick and accurate other Local locations I am there for a half an hour or more this never happens in Holyoke Management and staff deserve Recognition for their service

I only had 1 problem on the rental we returned 0n 10/7/20. The morning of Rental I had rented 2 Open Gated Trailers, a 6'x12' and a 5'x9' and I got conformation Emails which for some reason I said I should Print Out and bring them with me but didn't cause I've never had a problem with Holyoke. So 3 Guy's equaling $100/Hr and we were their at least a Hour. So showed up and there is 4 People in line ahead of me and 1 person working the counter so most of the time was wasted waiting. Then we go out and one of your guy's was un hooking the 6'x12' from one of your pick-up Trucks, he does then I said where is the 5'x9' he said in the other corner and I said ok and told one of my guy's to go hook it to the Truck and he walks over with your guy, Why he didn't move the Truck so we could start hooking up. Then your guy from behind the counter comes out walking toward Your truck to move it. Waste of Time!!!!! Then your counter guy say's what are you guy's doing? So I told him they were going to hook-up the 5'x9' and he thought I was crazy..... He say's you guy's didn't order that you ordered just the 6'x12'! By now I am on 10, which I do Apologize for. It's hard when u are a business person and you just see a Shit system or just a Mistake either way I was watching My $ go up in Smoke if ya know what I mean..... You the Owner I Think did give my guy I sent back with it a good Price so that Helped. I paid for 2 days instead of 3 but still don't equal $100. But I was born in Holyoke and you are conveniant to me so it is what it is, as long as it isn't a routine. And no they didn't take pictures of the Trailer Hooked Up. Which I know they are suppose to do so I figured I would let you know. Weather a Lack of Experience or Poor Workmanship Skills!

The outside of the truck was clean, and the inside was vacuumed. In the Covid era I'm clorox wiping things that I'll set my mask on or my phone. When I wiped the center console, my cloth came up super dirty. I had to use three before that center console was clean. The steering wheel was filthy, too. I ended up doing the inside of both doors, the whole dashboard, the seatbelt fasteners, etc. Used about a dozen wipes, which are hard to find these days. Y'all are supposed to be doing the cleaing, and it was so dirty, I don't think it had been done in a while. Disappointing.

Customer service was top notch period no improvement is necessary.

Very quick process. I spoke to a manager there about the pick up in Rockland, wasn't much he could do because it was a different location, but he made sure I wasn't charged any extra milage for having to go out of my way a day early. Everyone here was super nice and and it only took about 10 minutes to return the vehicle

Very quick and easy drop off. All outside and everyone was masked and distanced, didn't need to go inside or get close to anyone. Perfect

truck was in need of repair. windshield damage, dash instrument lights were non functional (a safety issue w/ night driving) etc.

Check out was a nightmare, to upload information on the app there must be a better.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was closed when I arrived and the phone number to call was a 30 minute wait. The contract I was given did not give instructions to take pictures of the odometer or fuel gauge before returning you keys through the key slot at the drop off location. The entire rental process was a nightmare.

The two employees who helped when I arrived to rent were fantastic. Both were very helpful and professional. I do not know what you are paying them but would do everything to keep them including a raise

Everything was just fine; with the exception of needing a U-haul direction app that would keep me off parkways and other limited access roads that we are not supposed to use. That would have saved so much time.

Key card never worked. That was my only complaint is that I always had to get an associate to open the door to get in. This was for over a year. No other problem with the place.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well maintained that the facility is!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the manager went above and beyond to help us out.

Only problem I had was paying for 24 hour access and not having it work. It was futile most of the time. Otherwise I was very happy with the storage here. Friendly curtious staff. Thank You.

Thank you your excellent service. My only suggestion is to try to improve the elevator availability. Almost every time I visited, I found customers did not close the doors to free up the elevator.

Really nice prices. They do need to specify height of cheap containers as the area + height was much lower then expected. As well as the needed insurance (for one bed lol). Still love the service!

My first time renting a unit man was very helpful in walking me thru process.

I needed temporary storage while moving to a new address, good experience at U-Haul Holyoke and will return early next year to rent a space for long-term storage. Thank you!

the staff worked with me every step of the way, including the rental of equipment to transport our stored items.

Always keep our daughter's things here during her summer breaks from school. Thankful to have found such a great place, sad senior year is here and this will be our last summer storage with them.
