I had a 2" trailer hitch installed with electrical wiring. I am not happy that the wiring was put inside the trunk and to use it comes out from closed trunk. THAT IS NOT HOW IT IS TO BE INSTALLED! I am retuning to have it mounted under the car like all the other trailer hitches I have. Not happy it is taking me several trips to have all work done right. I was told that's how we install it. That's wrong I shouldn't be slaming my trunk on the wires.

Terry BMorning attendant was excellent. He quickly processed my reservation, adjust ball on trailer hitch and connected trailer. He did an excellent job. Evening attendant, Jessie did a poor job. I disconnected and put trailer back in original parking spot. Went into office to get a receipt as proof trailer was checked in. Gave Jessie trailer number. Jessie said he would check in trailer and email receipt. He apparently wanted to eat his dinner from WaWa. Email for return trailer never came. Called next day and was told trailer was not checked in. This female attendant checked in trailer and sent email receipt. Everything was great except for Jessie.
JAES SEasy check in to pick up the vehicle. They didn't have my 9 foot van for me so they upgraded me to the 10 foot truck, no charge! Great service!

RAFAEL MThe app is very cumbersome and I had to take pictures of each item requested 5xs or more. It was not easy to locate the truck for pickup. The interactions I had with an employee was giving me instructions which he talked so fast I couldn't understand him. I just resorted to the app. Personal Customer service would have made a big difference.
Sandra MI would recommend this location for convenience. However, within 7-8 miles of my rental the check engine light came on. I didn't have time to take the truck back and engine sounded fine. The car maintenance log seems to indicate it may have been time for an oil change ('0000 miles remaining for oil change schedule'). I drove the truck to my destination without incident. The truck was parked for three days without being driven. Then when it was time for my return trip, the truck wouldn't start. I called for Roadside Assistance which was being scheduled (since it was late Sunday afternoon it was not optimistic.) I was told a tow truck would not be possible but a battery jump start could be scheduled. My family had to leave and I didn't want to risk the chance of not being able to go home if the jump start didn't resolve the issue. While I was on the phone with a U-Haul representative the truck eventually started. I decided to continue with driving the truck back with my family following me in our car. I returned the truck and advised the staff to troubleshoot the issue and to fix it. I was not happy with getting an unreliable truck. I feel that I should get a refund or reimbursement for this unexpected experience.
Liem NThe customer service was excellent, in particular, Lane was very helpful and professional. However, the truck drove horribly and was not safe on the road. The ball joints and tie rod ends are completely worn out and that made it very difficult to keep it going straight.
DEVON GThe PA group quoted a pickup and drop of window of between 7am and 4pm. However, the AZ group was able to quote a 2 hour window. Why the difference?

An employee came out with some kind of diagnostic tool - I'm guessing. My son was the primary driver. He explained something about the catalytic converter and he reset the light. We were 2 miles down the road and it came back on. This was for a 40 mile use of the truck. It was stressful. I can't imagine if it was for a long distance trip. I would have probably demanded a refund and rented from another vendor.

Needless to say I was so upset, they kept insisting that I had called the wrong place even thou the van was there for us. We had to settle for an inside unit which was so hard to move in furniture. This was the most frustrating experience I ever went thru renting a storage unit.

Unless you walk the length of the hall to trigger the exterior lights, the interior was still too dark to see anything. Second the exterior card reader was down 70 % of the time I rented the locker. Which in turn you had to go into the front office, wait in line (sometimes 10-15 minutes) to ask to be let in the back door. Lastly it took the last time I visited for someone to correct my name on the card from Dave to Fred.

She finally got us a unit on the 2nd floor - our reservation was for a first floor as my daughter and I have challenges with stairs especially with boxes. I was not offered a first floor option nor was I given an option to yeah or nay renting. I will follow up with the manager but so far the lower cost is showing in service!!! I would love feedback to discuss my frustration. It disturbs me that there are 2 rat stations in the small unit. I hope they don't eat it and die in our boxes.

When asked the staff knew but said the storage manager was not there for well over a week not on vacation. Staff did not know how to open the main doors on one occasion and had to let me in through the employee door. Staff was in general not helpful or friendly anytime I was there. They all had headphones in and did not pay attention to what they were doing. I had to repeat myself multiple times to every employee. At move out I rented a van from this location. It took 2 employees over 40 minutes and 3 different contracts to get the van I asked for initially. They then argued with me when I reported that the gas in the truck did not match the gauge on the contract. I reported this before leaving the property and they argued that I had used the difference already and wanted me to return the truck with more fuel than it was given to me. I will not be renting or storing at this location and recommend that any family and friends avoid it as well.
