Online reservation system does not work, and requires the agent at the store to re-enter information that was already provided on-line. This is the same problem I experienced with my rental last year.
Everything seems to be in order. The curbside pickup was great as there was no time wasting at the counter.

Computer system needs to be upgraded. It took 20 minutes to check in. I had told the person I called to make the arrangements that I wanted a small trailer to transport a snow blower; I ended up with a 5' x 7' trailer because I didn't want to go to another location. The credit card machine did not work. The lot was not properly plowed. The person who detached the trailer scratched my SUV, We got a notice that we had not returned the trailer even though my wife went in to tell them.
Everything was good and the rental transaction was quick and as expected.

My pickup location was switched last minute. Return check in process did not work properly (even after making sure all location services were turned on). I got charged for returning truck with less gas than I departed with, but spent 45 minutes trying to check the truck in so burnt up fuel idling due to the freezing temps.
They are trying to over charge me for gas.. i drove five miles round trip and they are charging me for 16 gallons of gas that's over a hundred dollars.. that much mean that their trucks get 3 miles to the gallon. No way I'm a auto mechanic and I know damn right well that truck gets between 10-13 mpg.. uhual of Horsham is trying not o steal from me.. make sure if you rent from their you check to see the amount of gas in the truck their saying it had a lot more gas when I picked it up snd me being a nice guy didn't think I had to double check.. I mean I was only going 5 miles not 25.

I did not like the uhaul checking in and off via the website. It was a pain. Location was wonderful. I didn't like checking in and dropping off via the website link.
I rent from this location fairly often. They always get me out in a timely fashion and the equipment is always clean and operating as expected.
I utilized the 24/7 mobile pickup and return option, that has been the best thing you've ever come up with. The pickup/drop off location is fine, rented here before, nice staff....my major gripe was the vehicle: (1) beginning fuel level was below 1/4 tank at pickup which is NOT acceptable, especially when a customer has a busy day planned and wants to get on the road right away; (2) driver armrest was broken; (3) graffiti spray on both sides of vehicle; (4) acceleration was sluggish.

When I got the truck the mileage was wrong the cascade was wrong I tried to submit this information using the text message you sent me it would not be submit because I change the mileage I did it again it wouldn't submit it. Then it timed out I had to quit and talk to the person at the counter three times it cost me 40 minutes and the billing was still wrong by about 300 miles I spent 40 minutes on the phone today with your billing. The experience was a pain in the ass.
Overall this location satisfied our needs. When I arrived no one was is in the store and it took about five minutes for someone to show up and just take the key. It was also very dark inside this location, not sure why lights were not on.
When I returned the truck early, the computers were down. I was told that they should be up in abut 30 minutes and I would get an email. Four hours later, still no email. I called U Haul and they told me the equipment was returned. However, the next morning, I get a call from UHaul asking if I was going to return the truck. Finally got the email 19 hours after I returned the truck. This was not the first time that I did not get a timely email for the return of the truck at this location.
I had to go to a location 20 miles from my home which was a challenge. Then I was changed 12.5 miles over my allowed miles.
Truck was dirty inside and out. There was a layer of dust on the dash board. The mats had mud on them. The inside smell of cigarettes was so bad I drove with the windows down on the way home it was 40 degrees out. I sprayed the interior with a Zep smoke odor eliminator from Home Depot which got rid of 70%. The cabin filter needed changed. One word DIRTY!
They charged me for gas even though I have pictures proving I filled up the tank to the amount it was at when I got it. Reached out for a refund and still haven't gotten an answer.
Joe the manager needs some customer service training. He had a major attitude and got very confrontational when the truck we reserved wasn't at the location and we asked if he could help us out with the mileage or anything since we now had to get a smaller truck and would have to make more than one trip with the truck they were providing. He got extremely rude like me the customer did something wrong. Major jerk, will NOT use that location again.
