Very good service! One of the nicest U-Haul facilities I have visited. Installation was done in a reasonable amount of time. When finished, the technician showed me where the wiring connector was for trailer lights. Much cheaper than having the dealer install a hitch.

Still have not received my updated bill. Original price was for four days and I only used it for two and the pending charge on my account is still for the four days it's been four days since I returned the truck.

I'm sorry I don't remember the young lady who helped me, but she was beyond helpful. She came in on the tail end of what could have been disasterous for me and helped me with a trailer. She not only helped me out with the trailer, she tried to come as close to the price I was promised by another uhaul who not only didn't have the equipment, they didn't have anything. She said she didn't know why Uhaul just didn't send me to her location in the first place since I was less than a mile away. Merci encore.

I only drove the truck 5 miles, tatal...all was close by. All was great, but when I was going to move, I had my foot on the brake, and when I put it I gear, there was a thump on the bottom of my foot, from the parking brake. Needs to be checked out. I did tell the girl at the desk, when I checked the truck back in,, about it

Trailer had I lot of debris in the bed that needed swept out. Overall not a big deal I simply swept it out before loading it. Mr Davis was super helpful and did a great job!

This was a busy location and only two employees working at pickup time. Line of customers caused significant wait time.

The truck was supposed to be ready at the 615 S Havana Street location. My son, Cameron, waited in line for 30 minutes to find out there was no truck. They directed him to the South Abilene Street store where he picked up the truck. The staff at the Abilene store was friendly and helpful. The staff at the Havana store was not. He said it was "night and day" - the difference in customer service. I was told that UHaul is giving us a credit for the inconvenience and the extra mileage.

I had set up an account and reserved a unit online, but chose to complete the process in person. The team member who checked me in was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. She explained each step of the process. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She then took me around to the entrance, showed me both card readers and then escorted me to my unit. Definitely a first-class operation.

Associates made eye contact but did not greet us upon entering the store. The associate who checked us in, Robert C?, was thorough but not at all personable. His co-worker seemed bothered or too cool to be helping customers. Robert was helpful upon the return of our rental and got us checked out in a timely manner. Overall, he did a great job. The van was filthy inside and out, making it hard to see out of the windows. There was no inspection of the vehicle with us at the time of pick up. I did record a video of our rental to note any damages and the condition of soil on the vehicle. Store was clean.

Just busy, a single man was really working hard to keep up with the line to check out, he was fantastic, but would have been a better experience if there were a second worker, even to just handle the phone. I want to compliment the equipment and it cleanliness and perfect operation, 100 % zero challenges. I will certainly come back for my next rental. Thank you to those that made the day go smooth for me, for a reasonable price.

Filling the truck up to full would be immensely helpful so customers don't get charged the $30 fee for returning the truck with less than a quarter tank of gas left which I didn't do but was still charged for it. This is borderline predatory business practices I should receive a refund for this mistake on Uhaul's end.

I rented a unit for the 24 hour access. I went at 11pm denied access. I was told it was fixed and no access. told again fixed. no access. again and again. most times i went in about the issue i had to wait 20+ minutes. i spent numerous hours trying to get this issue resolved and lost income by not being able to access the things i needed. . It was NEVER resolved. i am thoroughly disappointed in the facility.

The rental agent tried to get me to book an 8 hour rental Even the the price was the same for a full day. If I had taken his advice I would have been charged extra for a late return even though it was less time than permitted for the price. I asked for 2 sets of blankets and only received 1. The truck's transmission or gear box made it sound like the thing was going to explode even with a slow acceleration. The back gate needs to be greased - hard to operate. The right guide bar for the ramp was missing completely.

It is the worst place to rent a truck - when they gave me the truck they told me that it didn't have much gas and that I had to go put gas in it - when I started the truck two blocks away the truck turned off due to lack of gas, I returned to the place and the The person I was assisting told me: “It is your responsibility to call roadside assistance” - you can believe that answer - IT IS THE WORST PLACE, THE WORST SERVICE, THE WORST THING IN ALL OF DENVER AND AURORA - I promise not to return again.

Made a reservation at the U-Haul store near my apartment for a 15' truck to be picked up @ 0700 Friday 2/2/2024, when I arrived at the store the individual at the store told me they do not have a 15' truck for me and that I would need to drive across town to a different store to pick up the truck.

Our trailer was installed improperly, which made the wires and chain spark while we were driving cross country which was very scary. We had to get it fixed in Omaha which took about three hours to do and got us on the road very late. The customer service at this location was very kind, but a very poor installation.

We highly recommend this facility. The staff was very professional with each one of our interactions. We rented a storage unit then later needed to return the one way truck rental. Learned more from this facility than we did at the originating facility who rented us the equipment.

Not only excellent with the storage but renting the truck to move in and out U-Haul knows that moving is never easy but they help you every step it away makes it a breeze so glad they are around I needed covers for my Mattress and Furniture I needed boxes tape they had it all and if you don't need some of the boxes or even if you haven't opened up the plastic bags you can bring everything back

My only wish was that sometimes I would get caught up in my day to day things and forget about my storage payment,and a little reminder would have been nice so I wouldn't have gotten so for behind. In the last row near 1229, the lights did not turn on. There was a mess up with checking me out of one unit and into another.

The man couldn't get my reservation correct and didn't give me access to start unloading. Then I was checked out of the wrong unit and it took over 45 minutes to get things corrected from the errors made on uhaul's end. No apologies were given at all.

The assistant manager initially told me no free month was available. I showed her my email offer as well as told her that the Colfax manager had called when I rented my van to ensure a space was available, and it was on speaker phone so I heard Rodney confirm that it was. The assistant manager was adamant, but in the end she gave it to me. More importantly, she is not the best face for U-Haul: she indicated she did not like her job very much and could not wait to find another. She was organized and great with the system, but given all of the good experiences I have had with U-Haul, she was definitely a sour note at the end of a busy moving day.

Only ran into an issue the first night with the security door. With the access information provided no access was granted called after hours which didn't provide any assistance stated they will try contacting the facility manager never heard back from anyone

The owner Rodney was awesome and courteous. The assisting staff was the definition of professional and respectful. The facility was clean, units available without a reservation. I'm happy with the overall location of this property and my choices to choose them. Disappointed that the trailer leaked water on my couch when it rained and I have to replace it now. Luckily there's insurance for that.

The only complaint I have is the lady I talked to said, the truck had a quarter of a tank, make sure you bring it back that way. Well,I only had to drive it to public storage down the street and back. The gas needle never move from the time I got it,till the time I brought it back. The lady checking me out said, it had moved 5/8 of a tank now you need to fill it up are give me 60 dollars. Well being disabled, I was hurting so bad I just paid the money. It was much easier. This is the only complaint that I have. M

Everything was great except I don't like the process of taking pictures of my drivers license to upload into the system and a picture of me being taken. I like to keep things private and personal but that process with technology doesn't make me feel safe. That's why I had to give a lower rating.

Desk staff was super friendly and joking. Really appreciated the easy atmosphere they provided. Very clean facility. Great security system and access to my unit. It was raining when I moved in and having an indoor area to unload the truck was awesome. Unlike some storage facilities, they have many points of entry, so even if your unit is deep in the facility, it's not too far of a walk to get loaded. Great pricing too! And no homeless folks living in the units like my last place had!

I rented a unit in the same transaction as my truck which was convenient. Got to facility and didn't know how to get in. Called uhaul again this time to find out I can't get in after hours without doing the "buy it now" through storage facility website. Did this, got keypad code through text. Entered it at door, door opened, went in, alarm went off. Did this 2 times not understanding why. 15 minutes later received email telling me I need to enter it at 2 different keypads, neither of which are named on the wall what the email calls it. Finally figured it out. The exit door says to alarm your unit upon exit. I have no idea what this means or how to do it. Looked through all.of my emails and signs on wall, but didn't see anything. Would suggest some more clear signage on your walls that match emIl communication.

The facility is very nice. My room is very convenient. I appreciate free service. The staff could have been a bit more helpful. There were several distractions that other employees were doing, causing a delay in me getting settled. I felt the rep should have told peers to wait until the customer was done being served. The peers need training so they can stand on their own instead of bombarding the other rep. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Jerry was professional, friendly, helpful and proactive. He helped me with the truck, tow and storage. The cashier that waited on me was professional, nice, friendly, just fabulous customer service skills. She provided me with all the information I needed on the storage unit after realizing I needed a bigger unit which she upgraded for me and even offered to show me where it was. Great team! I liked the way they interacted with each other. Great team work.
