The general manager was beyond helpful and professional

TIMOTHY MI actually regret having to move out. The new general manager is far easier to work with than the one in the past I had a very, very rood, unprofessional and just generally abrasive experiences with the previous general manager, which is unusual for me because I have frequent experience with both the morrow and the Eagles landing locations and I the staff and management were always for the most part of pleasant professional and responsive and because I was a frequent customer and was treated accordingly or they adjusted accordingly so I'm very much welcome the new general manager and when in the vicinity I will definitely, use Flint River again matter fact, the two people who came to help me have multiple children and multiple homes so I encourage them and anyone else to check in with the new general manager at U-Haul Kendrick Road

KAYLA PCustomer service was with stern-looking unhappy face with an irritable attitude. The truck was old rickety, tires out of alignment, and wobbling with heavy vibrations when in motion. Steering wheel was so tight to make a turn appropriately.. It was an overall bad experience.

CHERYL HWent to pick up young lady was quiet and not really happy. She spent her time outside after checking us out with the van cleaner. Return at 5pm I called to ask if they could wait 10 minutes to ensure we returned appropriately, she said no you can use the app. Got there The close sign was up but the young lady was still in the store. She walked out 15 minutes after we arrived and said nothing. I had issues adding my return pictures as the app kept freezing. I texted the number on the door and no response. I understand you monopolize the market but there is more needed regarding customer service.

OLAJIDE OVery rude never greeted us, was told to move the truck so it's easier for her but complicated for me. Then told me just leave it. I said I don't want to do that I'd rather you guys check in front of me. Then was told " it's my store " you can just leave it. I didn't and waited for her to disconnect trailer. Very rude and unprofessional!

carl GThe representative had a poor attitude. Also, the truck was parked on an incline, so once I left I saw there was less gas than what I saw that was registered when I agreed with it. Then I put much more than I even agreed was initially in there to insure there wouldn't be any additional gas charges. The representative still charged me for two gallons. Finally, I have been renting Uhauls for seemingly all of my adult life and this is the only time that the representative refused to accompany me during the check-in. Awful experience!!!

I went in the office because I was having problems with the app...no one was there....I stood in there for about 3 mins then left back out. The young man that was there attending to the trucks didn't acknowledge me or ask if i needed help. The young lady seemed to have an attitude when I asked questions. Overall I rented the truck but if I ever need U-Haul again...I won't use that location.
Corliss RWhen I arrive to pick up the truck it wasn't ready had to wait 40min for a truck because the previous customer was late. I was told that we will be accommodated for waiting $50. I think it's very unprofessional to promise a customer something and don't make it happen. The lady with the glasses in the front told me she will accommodate because it put me behind 40min. She also told me that the manager wasn't there to do it so I would have to wait to the next day well when I arrived she said the manager wasn't there. So I will not recommend anyone to rent from this location for the inconvenience and unprofessional to a paying customer.

JONATHAN WWhen I arrived on time to pick up my reserved vehicle, I was a little surprised that only one person was working in the location. Of course, I had to wait because he was with a customer. It took us an hour and a half to get in the vehicle I reserved. I know people call out of work at the last moment, so I felt bad for the guy trying to keep up all alone. It was 90 degrees outside, and my family was waiting for me outside because the office was so small. The truck itself was rough, it was swept clean, but the steering wheel was filthy. I used three disinfectant wipes before they did not turn instantly greyish-black. The most irritating thing to me was that the low tire pressure kept flashing on the dash. I stopped twice to check them, they registered fine, but it was nerve-racking and worrisome. There were two employees present when I returned the vehicle and things went much faster.

Deriel BI was billed for gas despite returning the meter to its original position. Additionally, I incurred charges for four extra miles, which were not acknowledged by U-Haul after they changed my pickup location, despite my driving the exact distance. The drop-off point conveniently had a gas station nearby, where I refueled. I urge you to uphold better standards of business integrity.

Kevon CThe person on duty (Robert A.) at the time I rented the truck did not go out and check the truck nor did he do a walk thru with me and the truck. The truck had not been washed or cleaned. He told me that he mostly rented the Chevrolet truck which was there but the dodge truck I was renting did go out much so he signed me up for the dodge. Saying he wanted to give the dodge some rental time. He said the rental amount would be 19,95 per day and 0,79 cents per mile. I asked if I could get the flat 7 day rate with the 750 miles included rate. I walked around the truck and did not see any dents but did see numerous places where the truck had scratches. This person did not give me any information labeling these scratches or indicate to me at all that all of these scratches are damages and that the scratches had been recorded as damage. When I returned the truck, another female person doing the intake is claiming that additional scratches are on the truck. One vertical and one horizontal both in the same area as a third scratch. All bunched together and that 2 are scratches were made by me and the third was already there.....her claim is that I should have reported all scratches on the truck. Her claim is that I should make sure that they are giving me a truck with no scratches or I will have to pay for scratches. That she should be able to just be lazy and not do a customer service walk thru and not give a customer service report of all the damages or scratches to the truck. I was the only person in the store when I rented the truck so its not because they were too busy. This is simply a poor case of customer service and customer care. Tim

I did not see any preventive measures taken to keep rats out of the storage. I was very disappointed that no preventive measures taken and that I was not warned of this issue. This is my first time using a storage facility. The staff made the inconvenience more bearable and working with Rhonda McCormick to remove my items with lower fees made the difference.
