Amanda S | Overall ExperienceI WAS OVER CHARGED. I MOVED MY THINGS OUT OF STORAGE, ASK THE STAFF MEMBER IF I NEEDED A RECIEPT OR ANYTHING, SHE SAID NO AND I WAS STILL CHARGED $178.00 FOR A MONTH THAT I DIDNT NEED OR WANT! UNACCEPTABLE!

After I closed my account and moved out they kept calling and sending emails that I still had a balance due after I was threatening my storage unit would be auctioned off on this particular date … then in the notices I was told my unit had another auction date… so the auction is a lie for a certain time frame I’m assuming

They made my business dealing with the u-haul company smooth and easy. I sincerely hope they are able to read my review. Because I do not write reviews unless I see something unusual and outstanding in a good way. Their storage was clean and in good condition. I will recommend this location. Thank you!
