The woman that was in charge was VERY VERY VERY RUDE, soon as I pulled into parking lot she came outside fussing at me then went back into building. I get out the car and go inside, she is assisting the customer behind me while I'm standing at counter. I ask many questions and every response was her being smart or nasty. My wife told her she's being unprofessional but she didn't care bout how we felt or what we thought. She literally responded and said that out her own mouth. I Asked her how much will I get back after I bring truck back and she said you not getting anything back and I know you supposed after good truck return. At long as she works for Uhaul you will always have bad business or reviews At this location. I just want my portion that's returned to customer back into my account. Please help!!!TAVARUS R.

The manager there is very rude . And any time you talk to someone who says my facility ...and they don't own it ...you already know what you're going to get. There are several times that I called I stayed on hold more than 15 minutes and there has been times that I have called and that was a lot of horseplay and profanity in the background. I was charged twice the contract stated the truck was full however it was on empty. They said I went 90 something miles when I only traveled 17 miles both ways.ANTHONY S.
At first glance the cargo van appeared to be clean but after driving for about 10 mins, I noticed that the van reeked of urine. I own a balloon business so I rent the vans to make deliveries and I couldn't return the van without being late for my event. It is clear that this location doesn't throughly clean their vans because there are spiders webs under the seats and we saw a roach crawling around the cup holder. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location to rent ever again.ASHLEY W.

The general manager, Doneesha McDowell, is par excellent! She is friendly, personable and professional all in one! Whether it's on the phone or in person. She makes the rental experience seamless, quick and efficient. have used a lot of different Uhaul locations for storage and truck rentals over the years and she is overall the best person for the job that you can get. I did not have a registration, and the customer service rep said he had no vehicles available. I left, went online to make a reservation, the vehicle was at this location. For starters when a customer makes a reservation could you notify them in advance if you don't have the requested equipment! I had reservation at Hwy 85 location but was sent to Tara blvd due to truck not being available. Down sized from 26ft to 20ft only to arrive at next location and truck not available. Try not to rip your customer off they charge me 50 cash to remove a lock. Then was told that they could not give me a receipt. The young man told me that it would take one hour to remove the lock . It take him 10 minutes the most just to take a hammer and beat the lock off. They pocket the 50 dollars when they could have let me use the same hammer and save me the customer some money. Rent me a vehicle that is clean. not all beat up and everything is working properly. The truck that I just rented was dirty, every body panel had multiple dents and scratches. The tail gate wouldn't close all the way so the interior stayed on all the time. The passenger side window would not roll up from the driver's side switch. The drivers side seat was stained in multiple spots. The fuel and mileage was incorrect. What happened to having an associate walk you around and viewing the inside of the vehicle with you. I PURCHASED UNIT #2408 ON WEDNESDAY 21st of July I tried to move some things in my storage on Saturday 24th of July my gate access key didn't work I was stuck behind the gate and couldn't get out for three hours I called customer service I was on hold for 50 minutes they finally gave me a code to open the gate so that I can get out the very next morning I went back to to storage unit still my key wouldn't work I went to the front office and was told that an employee there had sold the storage unit that I purchased on Wednesday 21st of July to a Michael Wilson I was very disappointed because I had a delivery of a bedroom set that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but the delivery driver called in sick thank God or they would've been delivery to a storage unit that an employee sold to someone else that was supposed to have been my unit!! THE STORE MANAGER KEVON SMITH GAVE ME A LARGER UNIT FOR THE PRICE OF THE SMALLER UNIT THAT AN EMPLOYEE GAVE TO SOMEONE ELSE TO FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHICH WAS NICE BUT I STILL WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THAT UNIT BECAUSE ITS UPSTAIRS THE FLOORS ATE WOOD AND LOOKS AS IF THE FLOORS OPEN UP AND SOMEONE CAN ENTER MY UNIT FROM THE UNIT UNDERNEATH AND STEAL MY THINGS!!! I have had my storage unit for several years and I am never late due to my account being on auto pay. Recently I had several fraud transactions on my bank account, and I was forced to cancel my card. Through the process of protecting myself, I didn't realize Uhaul was one of accounts connected to my card, and would be affected until I received a letter informing me. I called the location, and spoke to a lady that was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me and when I corrected her pronunciation of my name she mocked me. I also asked her about waiving my fees and she informed me that they would have needed to know in advance about my situation. I asked " so I needed to let you know in advance that someone would be committing fraud on my account?" I asked her for the Store Manager or customer service. She said she would transfer me to customer service, but I somehow got the Morrow location instead. The lady at the Morrow location successfully transferred me to customer service, but I was hold for an hour. The Jonesboro location need a lot of work on their customer service. During the time I have had my Uhaul storage, I have been locked in the storage facility by the staff, the restroom is always filthy, verbally attacked by a staff member for a delinquent account that was not mine, and now this.
