When i returned the truck the dark skined employee gave my u haul keys to another person causing me to be late returning the u haul truck the manager was called in and he said he would call the police but he didn't instead he allowed whoever his employee gave the keys to to return the vehicle whenever they got ready when they returned the vehicle it was an extra 30 miles put on the odometer by an unknown person totally unacceptable and I would like something to be done about this to keep this from happening to another customer I felt as though I was bullied and raned overRICHARD P.

This location associates are always rude. They always act as if I'm on their time and my money is not as good as the next customer. I have been with uhaul for 7 years but iam currently looking at other options to rent. Because of this location I don't think I will be coming back to uhaul. The booking process was horrible this time around! I have booked a 6x12 RV two times a year over the past four years. First issue, it was difficult locating a store close to my house to pickup the RV. Second, they missed up the rental days twice and I had to call back to get it corrected. And last, the call hold time was ridiculous. I was on hold 30+ minutes each time I called.ANTONIO W.
As you can see, I rent from this location multiple times a month. Every time I enter this facility the customer service is horrible. The manager is always engaging in conversations that's inappropriate while customers are in the store. they are always playing and joking around while customers are waiting. There check in process is not the best. I try to keep from using this location as much as possible.JAMES M.

The general manager, should not complain about other uhauls sending their customers to his store infront of the customer. And also not be rude and belittling to customers. He smacked his lips and rolled his eyes because I did not do self check in at his store and he was obligated to enter in my information. Then when I told him about the credit to my account for the inconvenience he laughed at me and said he not going to honor that I can use the credit at his store but not his.And I explained to him I did at the original location. And they said they would transfer all my info over. Also upon returning the uhaul by 10pm and putting the gas on half a tank versus the 3/8 with pictures to prove I should have not been charged an after hours fee. Of 20 dollars and by 7am the next day I called customer service for them to remedy the matter the young lady informed me that he would reach out to me shortly. In which he never did. Not a good experience at all and also I subcontract for uhaul under moving help.com Atlanta's MVP movers my reviews show I know how to treat customers this gentleman surely does notCHRISTOPHER G.
