I reserved an appliance dolly with the trailer but when I arrived at the location they had no dollies. This caused me to incur additional expense elsewhere and higher than your rate, plus substantial inconvenience. A most unwelcome surprise. The people were friendly and helpful otherwise.MARK T.

windshield wipers were worn out,, left lots of streaks. It was safe to drive, just annoying. . Had minor exhaust leak, probably the common ford cracked exhaust manifold or broken stud. Just annoying, no safety hazzard.RODNEY B.
There was a sign in the return area instructing you to stay with your truck/trailer and someone would assist you. I waited for several minutes and nobody came to help, so I ended up going inside to get helped. I wonder how long it would have taken for someone to come out.DAVID C.

Make it easier to speak with the actual location(s) where you're picking up and dropping off. I had a sub-par experience with fulfillment of moving pads/blankets as I only received 6 pads whem I had requested 3 dozen. Speaking to the actual person locally would've given me a better chance to get what I was planning for. However, our move went smoothly even with only the 6 pads.nathan H.

I would still recommend this location because it's usually been a good experience but not this time. There was dirt in the trailer and the guy working with the last name Webb wasn't knowledgeable in the insurance coverages and acted like he could of cared less about being there.KYLE G.

The mileage estimate does not match the mileage I used. Estimated 20 but probably only used 14-15. Not a huge deal but I was told I'd be refunded/charged for only the miles I used. Also the pictures in the vehicle inspection before leaving the lot didn't match the actual vehicle.JEFFREY B.

The Mgr in the store at 9 a.m smelled so bad of BO that it made your stomach turn. He had not groomed himself in quite sometime. Not a pleasant early morning experience. Apon signing the contract he stated the 26 ft truck was in perfect body condition, no walk around to confirm. As soon as I saw the truck there was clearly several damages to the truck. I asked the mgr about the damage and he simply stated just take a picture. I told him thats ridiculous answer.DANIEL S.

The only thing that was wrong was the tailgate. It would have been nice if I was warned. When I pushed the button to let the tailgate down it popped off the hinges, it freaked me out. The last truck I had was nice and smooth. Also, the tire sensor kept coming on saying tire was low, I checked it, it wasn't low. You might want to check that out!TERESA P.

I made two trips for the install. In between the two trips an electrical wiring harness could have been ordered and been installed with the hitch if the sales people had been paying attention. I purchased the hitch "kit" from the uhaul website and scheduled my installation online. There is no option online for the wiring harness. Since it is a "kit" I assumed it was included. My first appointment was delayed by hours due to a set back during the previously scheduled installation and I rescheduled my appointment. I was informed on my second visit that it would not be installed and was not in stock for purchase in store.Toni F.

The UHaul app was USELESS in returning my rental. I got back to the location to return in by the cutoff time of 6:00 but spent 15 minutes trying to upload a picture of the odometer/gas gauge. I finally had to use the website, which worked fine, but the app was, again, useless. Also, I couldn't find a phone number to call since I was having trouble with the app.AARON T.

Schuyler Cantrell the young man running the front office and keeping the wheels turning on this location is top notch! I am a retail store owner and have to use Uhaul many times in cities all across the country for events and moving fixturesâ€¦.I deal with dozens of Uhaul employees and locations every year and this one is the nicest, cleanest, most professional and best kept lot I have ever encountered! Schuyler is doing a wonderful job maintain a very high quality of service and the other employees really seem to respect him and enjoy working with himâ€¦.I met Abby when I returned my rentalâ€¦..it was cold and raining â˜"ï¸ but she still had a huge smile and great attitude while checking in my equipmentâ€¦.she said she loves her job and likes the people she works withâ€¦.Mr. Cantrell deserves a huge raise and some recognition for his outstanding work! Got a somewhat funky truck that had a tire sensor problem-left rear always reading low. They knew about it when I took the truck back. They should have told me.BRENNA N.
You rented me cargo van with a broken door i could not open. Your staff treated me like an imbecile, mocking me the entire time I was trying to clear up a complaint. One of them was even giggling at me like a child. I've never been more humiliated in my entire life. Your staff, lacks both the time and experience needed to work proficiently with the public. We really had a bad time at this place. First of all, the homeless and weird people in and around the units always had us a little on edge. Then we just had issues with the lock being put on when we were paid up, them not having a unit on auto-pay.. one time we went in and someone cut the power and we were stuck in the bay.. umm, i had a card that was about to expire so they cut it off and charged me a late fee... umm there's more... it was non-stop at this storage facility. We had an appt, came, checked in, waited over an hour, then were told our hitch wasn't there, they'd call when it came in. Several calls and 3 weeks later, we got a hitch online, made an appt at 10am to have it installed. At 3:30, we called, they didn't know if it was done, would call right back. At 5:30, we called and it was done. Horrible communication. We never got a call one time in all of this time, and they didn't seem at all apologetic that they made us come into town and wait so long the first time, that they didn't call about our hitch after that, or that they didn't let us know when it was finished so we could pick our car up. We will never use UHaul or recommend it to anyone againBob M.

There were no carts or dollies to help with moving my tubs and boxes. This made to process quite difficult as I had to make many many trips to place my things in storage.
