Do a little more inspection on wipers and tires because I had a broken wipers blade on the Driver's side and the outer tire was bald right down the middle of of the tire On the Driver's side other than that I had no problemJEDIDIAH G.

Well I needed to rent a truck to go 3 miles down the road to pick up a TV and was told o had to have a credit card to rent a truck. If I would have known that I would have went to hertz or another moving company. Definitely lost my business thats for sureDavid W.
When someone orders a pickup truck, make sure it has a ball hitch. All of Joplin's locations didn't have a single ball hitch. So I'm out of $40 because I had to buy my own at Walmart. Also, $100 for a truck, for less than 100 miles is insane, and your guy tried to lie about me going over the mileage, I got pictures, bud. Trash crew.Zebulin C.
I had to sweep out the storage area before I could use it. The fuel level was NOT 3/4 of a tank as my contract showed, but 36 miles to EMPTY. Since they did not redo the contract, I did not get a fuel adjustment, as they said I would. The truck was not clean, like the photos and there were some body issues not noted by 'stickers'.RICKIE S.
The attendants were very surprised I showed up there??!! Was very confused that I had the vehicle that I had, if fact they stated they really didn't want the truck there. The truck was old and had a lot of miles on it.... not my problem.Charlie E.

I was excited to use uhaul because I had never used it before. When I picked it up the customer service was terrible and couldn't answer the questions that I had. The drop off process was also bad. When the question asked if it was clean enough for another family I put no thinking y'all would obviously sanitize before the next family considering covid. But it put a 25 dollar fee. So I redid it because the truck was clean, I had only been in it for two hours and had nothing in the cab. So how do I know my truck was sanitized when I used it? Or do I have to pay 25$ for your company to do it's part and try to help your customers. Ya I don't think I'll be using uhaul again.Cameron A.

Well it would have been nice not to have to sit and wait two hours not to mention the gas I ran out sitting there for two hours I have to fill up for the gas I use in a uhaul but wen uhaul makes a mistake and keeps me there 2 hours cause they didn't ring me up right and it tried to charge me like 5000$ for a 15 ft truck that I put 10 miles on on a .79 cents a mile day.. sad to say I think uhaul lost a customer, what happened to customer service? I Kno I left uhaul very dissapointed I honestly feel I should be remburst my fees for the day, the 2 hours I waited my ride had to leave I ended up walking home in the freezing cold cause poor customer service !!!!!!TIMOTHY M.

The van that I was given needs back tires.. I got one with new tires. The head lights weren't adjusted right. Made it hard too see to drive at night. The van I had pulled to the right. It wore me out to drive it here... it has a miss in it.LYLE M.

Upon picking up my rental I reserved online, the truck wasn't ready. They put me in a truck then had to stop me and told me they gave me the wrong one. So I had to go back into the store and they had to log me into a different truck. Upon paying, the receipt showed the fuel tank was full. I get out to the truck and the tank was half fuel. So I had to go back inside and provide them with the correct info. The pick up was a hassle and took up some of my time that I needed to get my day started with moving.BETH R.

You should make it clear to people doing the mobile pick up that they still need to go inside and speak to a salesperson. The online pickup was a nightmare and the truck was not where the location indicated. I will avoid using your company in the future as the experience was not worth the hassle.Michael M.
Truck was fine, rental process was fine. Only real issue was the guy working inside. He was rude and made it abundantly clear that he was being put out by our truck return.Zak H.
Did not have the size truck that I had reserved to be picked up. They put me in a larger truck, which I absolutely did not need as I was moving 2 items. And then the truck I was put in turned out to be a death-trap that completely lost control of the steering over 50 mph. I told the guy at the site this, as a warning to not put other customers in this truck and the guy just stared at me like I was an inconvenience to him for even saying it.Dallas M.
