My account was left open after I left in dec 5 and now I owe over 300 dollars for nothing I have been attacked with email for me to contact you i did and manager was going to close it which he never did

Sometimes service is very slow and feel ignored. This time picking up and dropping off went well.
Employee's were very helpful and full of knowledge which they happily shared with us to make our experience as easy as possible.
clerk was rude did not care and indifferent, senior business owner done business with them 20 years. leo with state and federal id. yet demanded over and over a personal reference in case I steal trailer. I am 61 I outlived everyone. very rude I wont be using them again. rest of staff was great.
Asst Manager was not wearing a mask and unfriendly
I forgot to stop for gas upon returning the truck. They pointed me to the nearest gas station to avoid an $88 charge. The guy that helped me was very nice, friendly, and inviting. Great staff!

Drop off was to be at Saums Rd location on Christmas day. They called the day before to say they would be closed for the weekend as well and did we want to drop it off at the I10/Dominion location on the 26th, as they were closed on the 25th as well. I dropped it off on the 26th and was charged an extra day.
Maybe have the smaller Uhauls carry trailers also so I don't have to drive to I-10.
Show the customer how everything works I drove the whole trip with no radio. When I got here the check in person said it was stuck in some kind of auxiliary mode.
Don't understand why I was charged a return fee, I was there during business hours. Backed into location, personnel was there to instruct where to put trailer, said regular hours were until 4:00 PM.

This was not my first rodeo ... always had an above average experience at this facility. There were many steps in the on-line rental process, I might suggest one more, the license link scanning process done at the site ... waited and waited and waited, but that wasn't my issue. There were items on the invoice that I did not select, luckily I was paying a bit of attention even though I was in a hurry ... more time. The appliance handler had ripped strapping rendering it useless. Last but not least the associate that checked me out had an attitude throughout the process ... and I wasn't even complaining. I am now !
I returned the truck one day before the contract.

No one checked me in I had to go into parking and find my truck. When returning truck I went into office. The lady told me to go outside and there were 2 guys to check me in. I saw no one and returned inside. This time she took my key and said all was ok. Poor service. I'm waiting to see if credit is on my bill because I only used 61 miles.

One worker outside refused to put on a mask before approaching my car window. All others were friendly, helpful and very professional.

Drug test the reservationist that I spoke with on the phone. She was rude and unprofessional. On the website I saw there was a 17' truck for 29.99/day she would not honor that price. Now I use uhaul quite a bit and you guys are usually really good about price matching and owning your mistakes, but for her to make me feel like a fool haggling with me over what I see. I have to say, that was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. The location was pristine, the truck, however pulled to the right a lot. I notified the attendant when I returned the truck and she said she would make a note of that.

I went to two "local" U Haul locations. The doors were locked at one, and the postal place was no help. It's a different world when you walk into the Katy freeway location - ALL professional and knowledgeable employees.

The guys outside do not have to wear masks while working. But when they walk up to your car window, they should have to wear a mask. When I asked him to wear a mask, he just said "No.", and that was poor customer service and rude. The lady inside was wonderful, helpful, friendly and very professional. Then a different worker from outside, a black guy, went out of his way to be very helpful, friendly and professional, carried my boxes for me, a true delight. Loved the drive up without having to get out of the car to drop off.
I really liked the 1114 because it had some cool in around the storage...no mildew...some moisture but I used the Moisture Bags that take out the humidity from the unit... M Maruska
Professional service from pick-up to return. No problems. Great location and selection of trucks.
Emmanuel was such a huge help!!!! I just moved here with my kids with medical conditions and we were so tired but we still needed to get our stuff out of the u-haul and into a storage unit he made sure we were taken care. We are very thankful for his help and we would highly recommend him.

The schedule to move into my new home has been a bit unpredictable. I was so thankful that within a few hours of my original reservation, I was able to modify it for my specific needs...Hassle-free. Customer service was extraordinary and I was extremely grateful for the partnerships with moving companies that I was able to easily access through their website. So convenient and so easy!

The only complaint I have with the Katy, TX location is they did not tell me there was a 20.00 charge for dropping the truck off after hours. But I did feel the gentleman that helped me was awesome!!

The only problem is employees parking at the loading dock
The only complaint I have is the employees were always parking in the unloading shaded spots. At times, I couldn’t park to load or unload because they were taking up most of the spots. I’ve seen them eating in their vehicles while parked in the loading spots. I’ve mentioned this to the management several times, still happens. Into the day I moved out.
Had a few times when my access card didn't work after hours, but called Customer Service and problem was fixed. Also, the waiting time to talk to someone at the front desk takes around 15-20 minutes which is too long.
I paid for 24 hour access and wasn't able to use it but once. The keypad never worked and I was continually told it would be fixed in "two weeks". They once tried to blame me and told me my card must have been erased by my phone, but even the new card didn't work. Also, the cost of the storage unit is ridiculous compared to the area storage units. I moved to a new one, same size unit at $50 a month, dumpster, 24 hour access and pin number access all included for every storage unit. No extra fees needed.
I would Uhaul again and would recommend to my family and friends. My experience was second to none. Thank you for your kind service.

Someone was in my unit, boxes knocked over, glassware broken. Hand and footprints on wall above unit divider. Elevator had issues. Quit working occasions once with me in it. Very bad experience!

Can't say enough about the staff at this uhaul center. I've rented 7 6x12's, a 26 ft truck, and a storage room from them in the last 7 months, zero problems, polite and competent staff. Well done.

Nikki is a great Manager but the employee who checked me out was also the one that checked in my last Uhaul. I was injured onsite tha night checked in my Uhaul truck and he was not at all concerned
The woman who helped me was efficient and pleasant. made the whole process very easy.

The manager there was beyond exceptional. She figured out every way to make things accommodating even when I was a bit difficult in my constantly changing demands (multiple u-boxs & rooms)

Excellent service, but we have one concern. The space we rented needs the wall reinforced between the next unit. We could actually see items in the next unit.
My only issue was that my reservation was incorrect the size truck and storage was a down size of what I had to be placed in them

Horrible lazy management. We got locked out of our storage unit around 10:20 pm. Tried calling the night management to help us, and got no response back from the manager on duty. Bad service.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, they even go beyond the policy to accommodate my request . Information about their policy are given clearly.
on three occasions out of five, the loading docks were congested to the point where it was impossible to load without extra work. Vehicles were parked in the area that were not loading or unloading.
They NEED to have a dumpster for the customer's trash that did not make it through the (their) moving process.
Facility was always in clean condition and easy to access. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Rented for over 5 years and never had a problem.

Although service was good, your establishment makes it difficult to obtain copies of receipts. You say to go online to retrieve; however, once there, it just says paid. Need a real itemized receipt.
Person who was issuing storage for me was rude and unprofessional because of her attitude I simply cancel my storage. I was customer at that location since 2013 and I will not returned to that locatin
With the exception of not getting my ubox ready for transfer, I had to come back another day. I got a discount for the trouble.
Rhonda runs a great operation! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I never had any problems with my unit or being able to access it. I highly recommend this facility!
