Horrible place to rent a storage from. Manager is beyond rude and the staff learns bad manners from her. Ac never worked in my climate controlled unit. It was over 101 degrees move in day. I've made multiple complaints to cooperate about her and this location.

The staff is not friendly or professional, and quite low class individuals that operate it. I am a business owner that used the facility for extra storage but never had a good experience with staff and I was a customer for several years. I moved to a difference storage center where the staff is friendly and professional.

Was told there was damage to the truck and that they would pursue the damage repair for a couple small scratches about a quarter inch long by the rear bumper on the lower edge of the rear fender. They are nearly invisible and impossible to see on the outbound pictures. The truck bed was clearly marked with tons of "X" for prior damage, but these minute scratches are a problem? They will nickle and dime you for an extra cash grab. Save your money and go somewhere else

Rude employee. Told me that i shouldn't be returning rental at 6pm. That how i would expect them to see anything. The employee was so rude that he kept on cursing the whole time and told me that it's not his job to unhook the dolly rental, that i had to do it if i want it to return it. Mind you they close at 7pm. If lighting is an issue they should work on that.

The only drawback is that I couldn't find anything downstairs. The top is very difficult for me. Because I'm a single woman, but there's no other option. It was the only thing that made me think about going somewhere else. But as always, I chose you and decided to stay

The trailer light harness had several broken wires when I picked it up. The manager repaired the wires as I waited. The lights worked when I left After unloading the trailer i noticed the tail lights were out. I asked for roadside assistance to fix the lights that evening only to be told that I must be with the trailer while it was repaired. The next day after calling at 9 am I was late for a lunch engagement awaiting the technician only to be call and told that the repairs were completed without my being there. Why was this possible at 11 am and not 7pm the night before? This is poor customer service.

Employee that works there never noted in my account that I moved out. No one even thought to call to asked till today. But they kept changing my bank card and fees was taken because no one thought to call beforehand. Need better employees that's willing to work. Not kids

I have been with this facility for over 25 years. I left doing Katrina and I came back just to utilize this facility when I could've used any other Uhaul closest to my location, but I've always chosen this one because of Miss Deanna she goes far and beyond to make sure you're satisfied as a customer whether is getting a truck for you a trailer, the proper unit and anything you think you may need while you are on premises and it truly saddens me to actually leave and that was only because of additional spacing that I needed and at this time they can't provide that, but she is still going out of her way to find a convenient way for me to have all the space that I need combined they are like family to me all the staff. They have been great to me always

While everything went smooth with pick up, move and return, the charge of $30 service fee and ridiculous charge per gallon leads me to think this independently owned location needs ethics training. I would expect to have a charge for bringing back the truck without topping off the gas, of course! But come on, the charge is excessive!!!! May want to work on that. Everyone's experience dropping off the trucks are different.

Change the attitude of the customer representative as well as the individual. There was a white guy taking care of me and he was with the phone. He didn't take care me as I expected just like other locations. He has very bad attitude which I never expected.

First, I would say that the representatives would need customer service training. This was my very first time renting a U-Haul. I was not shown where the truck was located or how to gain access to drive it. It was 50 degrees below zero outside while I was trying my best to operate the lock on the truck's back door. I could not gain entry, and the representative told me all I had to do was spell "PAUL," as if I don't have a college degree. My time there was wasted figuring out how to open a lock to get a key to drive the truck. I will never return to this location again.

My 3 day cross country trip turned into a nightmare all because of uhaul. I will never EVER use uhaul again. Uhaul doesn't deserve the respect of an explanation or reasons why. TRUST me Uhaul should be served a lawsuit for the numerous failures, mistakes and mean spirited employees that contributed to this feedback. Budget and Pensky from now on.

It was so easy to pickup the trailer and drop it off. I reserved the trailer on like for a noon pickup. When I walked in the door they asked me if my name was Richard and they began the rental process it was very easy and quick. The same upon returning the trailer. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Very rude management. I went in to return a dolly and a white guy was just mad for no reason. All i said was that i was there to return a dolly. He made me wait 30 minutes i honestly don't know why since i was the only person there. Ill honestly avoid this location at all costs

In the store my problem was not solved (they were still very very nice) had to get in contact with a manager. Problem solved and I'm glad they redeemed themselves. I replaced the gas but there was a disconnect of how much was exactly in there (but I did put $10 in there). All in all I got my extra charges back and I was pleased!

Be more clear about if a dolly is provided. They accused me of not returning a dolly when one was never provided to me. They have not charged me at the time of this review but threatened to charge me $120 for a dolly they never provided.

I screwed up documenting the fuel level at check-out, and Deanna was able to correct it for me. This should never be a "blame the customer" situation, since UHaul has offloaded check-out to the customer as opposed to doing the old walkthrough with an employee.

Climate control doesn't with it is extremely hot and humid throughout the building. The floors are wood and not in the best condition. I was rented units when I only wanted a large open space. Two units not even next to one another.

Well, I've been paying stories for a while and then I got stories again so I am having problems with a storage that I'm trying to pay or I pay supposedly they said I did not pay. I pay double. Will I ask them if they can reverse the payment and how much it's left with that I had 2 storages there. 566 is out already, so I only have one story. That It's 8:02 and they're saying I did not make the payment. Which I did that last payment. I made was 2 15 90. That's what they charge me and that I paid another one that was 235 90, which they say. I picked double well, they can help me reverse the payment for that 802, and they're saying that I did not pay where she came out automatically out of my bank cart. So we are trying to figure this out. I don't know who's lying me or whoever. A man took my payment and he said everything was clear and I told him. Make sure I'm paying the 802. Because I want to get that clear so they say. And I didn't that I pay for 566 which I didn't because I talked to that guy and I know what he told me. So the ladies there in the office, they're very friendly real good persons but. Something happened there that, but I am going to look into my bank statements and it would tell me there how much I paid, but it won't tell me which story so I need to find out what's really going on. Because that's too much what I'm paying I'm willing to. Pay what was left of 802, but I'm not happy.

Service was great. I also rented a truck and there were no issues with that as well. My storage unit is ok, but I do think it's a bit expensive for what I have, in my opinion. Especially considering I have no climate with my storage and the unit itself is lined with what appears to be wood. It was clean however so I'm happy about that. Also, I was under the impression the storage facility was 24/7 (there were doors open) but when I went after hours and opened my unit, a loud alarm went off? I thought I'd done something wrong.

I got water damage to almost 25 to $3000 worth of my stuff. I put a claim in and I can't even get a $1000 worth of the coverage of insurance. Just so, I can try to replace some of my child's bedroom. Set that got ruined with my entertainment center and 2 ceiling fans.

Mrs. Deanna was so amazing. My family is basically homless until our move in date. And I was very stressed walking into the facility. I had never did this process before. Charged for an entire month for a storage that is no longer occupied. Came in the office to make them aware that the storage was no longer occupied. The attendant could not close it out because it was on the due date. Now I'm responsible to pay for an a storage I'm not using. Told to speak to the manager who is never there and doesn't answer the phone. I will never purchase with this company again which is sad because it use to be my trusted go to!

Deanna racially profiled me and used the word "ni**er" towards me over a door being damaged by a locksmith. I am currently seeking legal representation & also letting my fellow African Americans know that uhaul doesn't value our business. I reported her to higher command & threatened to get a lawyer involved, her boss later made a deal with me to have my things moved out in 24 hours & part ways! Please spread the word !!!!!!!!! I signed up for a 10×10 and the unit I received was not a 10×10 . I know for a fact it was not because I have a unit with another storage that is a 10×10 and the unit I received was half the size. The manager was the one whom told the associate to give me the until. I will be calling home office. And yesterday the male associate was ,very very rude. Check proceeded to come outside with a male that was not with the company yelling and saying "you can't be just throwing trash in the dumpster also saying ain't not of that" I stated i am a customer which he never asked just yelling. I started I am coming from my unit and turning the key in . I also stated where else is the trash supposed to go. When I checked in i threw trash in the dumpster and was not a problem. HE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I AM A MANAGER AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. he definitely needs to be coached and trained. I was a customer service manager for 5 years. That's is not acceptable. He is not driving sales not customer oriented. I would not reccomend any one to come here. My unit was on the second floor but the facility did NOT have an elevator. Nowhere online did it state this. How can you even be in the storage business and not have an elevator for floors that are not at the ground level. This felt like a scam and made the move in process far more work than it should have been.

I was discriminated against by the manager of this U-Haul facility and denied access to rent a storage unit. I was forced to move all the furniture and stuff out of the truck I had intended on putting in the storage unit, given an impossible time frame to get it off the property, so I lost everything I had ready to put in storage

The Day Management is rude and not helpful. She was willing to give me a few unreasonable solutions to solve their mistake. One solution was moving my things to the second floor or taking my things elsewhere. My initial reservation was for two downstairs; however, when I got here, they could not fill the reservation. This is but one of the many issues. The general manager, Denna is responsible for this place. Please look elsewhere for your storage needs.

Too many problems. Alarm never did work. Had times where I couldn't get online to pay and had to go in person to pay but had to spend sometimes yo to 30 minutes. My pass number never worked there but yet my unit keeps going up. I've called uhaul Corp office about this place many times just to be Told they would have the manager call me. That never happen. I Originally booked a 10x20 unit but someone canceled my unit in couldn't tell me why or how. So I had to pay more money in hurry in try to booked something last minute in I wined up with a 10x25 unit that was decent in size but Iooked bad in I was told thats all they had so I'm real disappointed in the process.

I rented for over a year and the Storage hall area was always open and anyone can get access. Lights were off halfway down the hall sometimes. Due to hurricane and power outage, the storage was damp and have strong smell of molds for weeks. Boxes were crushed inside the storage with weights on top due to humidity and had smell of molds. I had no other issues other than alarm sounded every time the storage was opened, annoying. Other than that, it was normally quiet and clean. Should fix the building alarm so only appropriate people can get access. Could be better overall.

The manager is very rude and ugly to customers. I experienced it seen her with others. The way she talks to people. VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Deanna and her staff were very helpful. The experience that was not good came from the Contractors that demolished all of our belongings after Hurricane Ida to the point that even if anything was salvageable - it got destroyed by the bulldozers when discarded into piles of rubble in the rain and then extreme heat. When i did the renters insurance and was advised 1000, 5000 or 10,000i though that was the deductible and choose the 1000. I lost entire living room kitchens and two bedrooms of furniture which is way more than 1000. I pray that the next time someone rents, that the insurance is explained better than it was to me. The insurance company will only cover the $1000. Please send the name of the Contractor Team that demolished all the belongings so I can submit request for compensation from them. Before Hurricane Ida came about, Ms. Deanna and staff maintained the uhaul facility to perfect conditions. Never had an issue with this uhaul site until Corporation came from Phoenix after Hurricane Ida to throw my most sentimental/prized possessions in streets as though it was yesterday's trash. No one..absolutely no one..called and received my consent to dispose my property to streets, exposing it to the aftermath and elements of Hurricane Ida. I'm very disappointed and hope corporate rectify the situation at hand, compensation should be in effect.

I found everything good, My only concern is a refund of the rent paid thru October 2021. I only used the unit 5 days in this rental period and believe I should get a partial refund for time not used, Sincerely, M. Turner

I asked for the largest storage available and I was promised that. I paid $195,2 total. I received medium storage that I could not fit all my belongings in. I need a refund and to be billed the correct price of the storage Lois Sandifer
