Wasn't a big fan of going to a uhual location to be referred down the street to a different uhual place. Lion was awesome ! He also mentioned that the Veterans and Williams Blvd location constantly tells people to go down the the Marietta location because they don't have any equipment to rent out .

First I went to the uhaul place right down the street at Williams and veterans Blvd intersection and they were supposed to rent me a 20 ft uhaul but told me I couldn't pay In cash (which was a lie) and made me go put money in the bank And come back before they would rent me the uhaul that I asked for. When I returned the same lady told me they now only had a 26 foot they could rent, I asked what happened to the one I originally asked for and they said they gave it to someone else because they didn't know I was coming back......???? They were very rude and unprofessional so I went down the street to the 2828 Marietta location and the lady that helped me there was very helpful and very nice and professional. She made a bad experience and turned it into a good experience.

Upon reviewing the fuel gauge before leaving, the gauge was incorrect. The contact stated it was was 3/4 full however it was actually less at 3/8. I let the staff know and was advised to take a picture and submit the correct gauge. I did what I was told and began my move. When I returned , I was told I was responsible for the 3/4 of fuel. When I disagreed, the representative told me no proof was submitted prior to challenge my dispute. I was responsible for 9,75 $ in fuel. I totally disagree with this charge!!!

Ms Deanna and her staff were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful and friendly. If we had to rent in this area again, we would use this facility. The only negative we found was that the "step up" at the doors and at the lift did make it a little difficult to get carts in.

The lady that was working at the location Was extremely rude. Not really helpful and Made me feel like if I was a bother to her For renting a trailer. I also confirmed what I needed over the phone with a rep as far as for a furniture dolly and they didn't have on site. The same rude lady said that wasn't not on my order and that they never have those there. So since I didn't have time I had to go buy 2 of them at Home Depot. I will not be returning to this location and will be Reviewing this on yelp, google etc. people like her souls not be working on customer service.

Went online to make the reservation for a 10x15x8 Got there you had none no elevator had step was told no drips. Wanted to give me a 10x10 and a 5x5. Had to go to another one u haul n it was 95 a month more but had everything I needed

I had issues with the location services during the check in process. Location was enabled on my phone and on the app, but the website was not detecting it. It may be important to have a plan B in case the auto detect service is malfunctioning or someone doesn't understand how to enable location services on phone.

They need to work on a better way of recording fuel usage. The truck I used was a little Over 1/4 tank. They said bring it back the same way so I did . I drove 50 miles and put 6 gallons in it. Figuring it got at least 10 mpg They charged me said I didn't put enough back In it.

Nothing, everything was smooth, easy, clean, good condition. All the workers were pleasant, kind, and friendly. That alone is a huge plus. They also followed all the rules for social distancency and cleanliness.

The location was fine (once I found it), but my overall experience was poor. My online reservation was booked at the Kenner location at Veteran's Blvd & Williams Blvd. it was not until I got dropped off (Uber) at that facility and started the contact free pickup (mobile device) that I learned the actual vehicle (pickup) was located at an entirely different facility. So I had to walk half a mile to that facility for the vehicle, which delayed my pickup to 3 pm instead of the scheduled 2pm. Then upon retrieving the vehicle I learned my “24hr” 6/26-6/27 reservation had a contract return time of 12 pm! This was a surprise to me being that I just picked it up at 3 and was scheduled for 2pm (my expected return time). So I immediately called to clear up what I assumed was a misunderstanding, which took most of the day, only to learn that it was not and the only option available was a one hr extension. I still do not understand any of the above process & none of it was a pleasant experience.
