Kevin M.The Girl behind the counter was quite rude. She obviously is not happy with her job. When the truck we rented was blocked in by another truck it was apparently an inconvenience for her to move it. Then when she walked behind the truck as my daughter was driving out of the parking lot she didn't even bother to tell us that the back door was open.

Lillian W.My only issue was with my reservation. I booked online and received a confirmation for the next day. 2 hours prior to my pickup time I received a call that the trailer that I reserved wasn't available for the length of time that I needed it. I would think that I wouldn't have been able to book the equipment if it wasn't available. The staff at the location was able to adjust it for me a little bit but I wound up having to rush, almost in an unsafe manner, in order to get the trailer back in time. I hope this wouldn't happen again.

Mark C.Only complaint I have is that the seal around the windshield came partly off during driving. First noticed something flapping around slightly below the side mirror when bringing vehicle to load it up and once I got to my house, I noticed the seal was hanging off the side of the windshield. We were able to tuck it back into place and thought it was all good, but the next day when driving on parkway to MA, the seal popped out again, but this time it came out almost halfway across the windshield and was slamming against it. I had to carefully try to grab it as I was driving and tuck it inside my window until I arrived at our destination. The gentleman at the drop off location said it looked like someone installed it incorrectly. Glad it wasn't raining or there probably would have been a leak. Truck also smelled like someone had been smoking in it at one point which wasn't the best. Other than that, my experience was great! Got all my stuff from point A to B!

Kyle M.The van was not inspected before I used it. I was handed the keys and told the van was in the other parking lot. The transmission was slipping and I didn't go to the location I expected to go. When I returned with van I went inside and there was another customer ahead of me. I asked him was he being helped and he stated no. I said there outside in that garage I will go get someone. The guy that checked me out was sitting down and acted as if I was bothering him. He told me to just leave the key in the van and asked if I needed a receipt. I said I did not go where I intended. He said we will just email you. This is horrible customer service and I wish I could get a refund.
Carla B.your communication on returning the truck was non existent, I waited online was told when I was next that I just needed to leave the keys in the truck which I did and then got multiple phone calls about returning the truck, made multiple phone calls to deal with the this and the extra charges on my bill
Natalie K.I reserved a dozen furniture blankets and a furniture dolly. I was moving a piano. I did not receive either one, all the other uHauls near my path of 50 miles were closed, and I had to make do with one rachet strap. And was charged for the blankets and dolly. I should not be charged at all, and will be making some unhappy calls this week.

Paul T.I was told to drop off the truck and leave it for them to inspect. I brought it back with the same amount of fuel as I picked it up with yet I was charged $15 for 2 gallons of gas. When I tried calling them afterwards it was impossible to talk to anybody. The automated system said it was over an hour wait to talk to a person. Very disappointing end to what was otherwise a fine experience

Keith M. | Premières impressionsWhile I was pleased with the way the staff treated me, I was appalled at the state of the storage unit. The four was left open when I arrived, which I thought was to ease my move in. However, I quickly discovered that the door was off the rails, and bent, making it difficult to close. Additionally, the unit was absolutely littered with trash, especially a ton of broken glass and ceramics. I expected it would have at least been swept and checked before I moved in. Had I known it wouldn't be, I would have brought a broom to clean up before unloading. The broken glass was a safety issue, and the damaged door is at best disappointing, and at worst will make accessing my belongings difficult.

joseph y. | Expérience généraleWhen I moved out of the unit I went to the office to notify them I was on my due date when I moved out they were trying to make me pay for another month that my stuff wasn’t there they were very young courteous staff I had to explain to them blindly what was happening as far as maintaining those water leaks throughout the building the plywood has water damage and moose I think you need to look at the staffing in the maintenance staff of that building fixing problems and may be Relocate all the staff or re-train in better customer service

Staff is super friendly and helpful and with the pandemic storage units have been hard to come by. Uhaul did the job. I bought a house and no longer need to unit. Merci!

Though there were only two free units left on the lot, the one I had reserved had mountains of garbage in it that had not yet been cleaned out, rendering moving in impossible. I did not move in to a uhaul storage facility, and am unlikely to try again. The staff arranged a storage unit reservation at another facility and that is the most I can say for my experience at Uhaul's storage facilities.

You didn't hold my reservation and had no space available. I was told that's a problem between your office and customer service who takes the reservation. No. That's a problem for your customers.

Since the call to the facility was differed to a call center and I waited 40 minutes on two different occasions to no avail. I replied to the late email that I did not have any rental with U- haul Final received phone call from Kingston facility asking me if I had a storage unit at the Kingston location. I replied no I did not.
