after COUNTLESS frustrating and fruitless calls to your national cust service number, and days and days of getting jerked around and my plans ruined by ineptitude, where your personnel REFUSED to honor the reservation quote I was given, even after they listened to the transcript of the call to verify that I was given this quote by a uhaul agent, they STILL refused to honor my quote. I was livid, but stuck between a rock and hard place of needing to move. When I arrived at the location, I explained my situation, and Allan Smith, understood IMMEDIATELY, apologized, and rectified the Uhaul error in under a minute and honored my original quote. You are LUCKY to have him as an employee, as he saved you from losing my business as a future customer. He deserves an accommodation and a raise. Your national customer service team does not.

Better train your associate on how to properly attach a trailer on a vehicle. Prior to leaving the yard, myself and my father made sure that the trailer was attached properly, and it wasn't. The tongue was not locked into the ball and the trailer would have came off if we were to travel with it in the condition your employee. Also I have been charged twice for the rental, but will be calling tomorrow to rectify that issue.

Before returning the truck we replaced the gas we had used. When we received the email receipt we noticed we had been charged for gas. We called and the man on the phone was polite and acknowledged we had been wrongfully charged. He said we would receive a credit for that amount. The next morning we had another email receipt waiting for us, but it did not reflect the promised credit. I stopped in the store today to speak with Nathan, the store manager, who was also polite and sat right down to help me. He pulled up the receipt which showed the credit had been issued and explained it sometimes takes a few days to show up on an updated receipt. He then made a copy for me and wished me well. We didn't mind that a mistake had been made as we understand they happen to everybody. We very much appreciated the service bestowed on us by Nathan and his employees as we worked toward resolving the issue. We were pleased and will continue to use this U-Haul location in the future.

My experience at this U-Haul store was fine. The cargo van was clean & ready on time. The person at the counter was polite & helpful. My only problem was with the website, U-Haul.com/share to return the van after hours. It was impossible.

First it was the environmental fee for $1. Now you have a personnel check in fee for $20.isn't that their job to check the equipment that comes back to u-haul? Why do we have to pay for that? What's going to be the next fee you spring on us?

Upon receiving the keys, I asked where the vehicle was, as it was not parked in a visible location when I drove up. The employee who checked me in directed me to the side of the building but no matching van was there. I walked around the entire building, and noticed that tucked away behind the facility was the cargo van. Unfortunately there was a mound of snow/ and ice behind it, with an employees car parked right next to the mound so I did not even try to move the van because it would have damaged the vehicle. I walked inside to see if they could get it out for me, but then it took a few minutes to locate the staff member whos car was blocking the van in. Finally after he moved his car, he also backed the van out of the spot and then we saw that the front windshield was entirely covered in a layer of snow and ice. Meanwhile it had not snowed for a few days, so I guess it had been sitting there and no prep was done to get it "ready" for me. Once I got in the vehicle I had to spray it down myself (I happened to have hand sanitizer and a rag) because it was dusty and while it was in decent shape on the inside, I could tell it had not been cleaned. There was no trash or ashes (like the previous time I rented from this location), but during a pandemic all vehicles should absolutely be sprayed down/wiped/sanitized before being rented out. This should be common practice, but ESPECIALLY important during a pandemic. Otherwise, the female associate who helped me at the counter was nice, so that's a positive, but in general, I would do whatever I could to avoid this location if at all possible.


I was never informed about the .20 increase in milage charge on the weekend. Originally I reserved it for a Monday but had to switch it to a Saturday and no one told me about the rate increase. Im glad its over !!!

I wanted to pick up the van before hours on a Sunday and arranged to use the app however when I got there at 7:30 am, the app told me I had to wait until the store opened at 9 am to complete the check in process. I called the phone number and was told the van I was assigned was returned late (after hours the night before) so they were not able to put the keys in the box for me for pick up before hours the next day. However, there seemed to be a parking lot full of vans not being used so I am not sure why another van was not assigned to me when they realized the original van was going to be late. I was compensated $20.00 for having to sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half and rearrange my day. The van I was ultimately assigned at 9am was indeed the one that had been returned late the night before but was not washed outside for me. It was clean inside but the outside was dirty. I watched the employee move it from the late drop off spot to the parking spot I pick it up from without any cleaning.

Simply put, I was overcharged. Here's my itinerary: Uhaul to home - 1.8 miles home to city dump - 2 miles city dump to Uhaul - 3.7 miles That is 7.5 miles! I was charged for 17 miles. Look at my bills and you will see the extra charge. I don't care what the odometer says. The itinerary above is where that truck went. I'll look for a refund of at least $9.41. Contract number is 22404672.


We filled the tank not knowing the capacity or mpg we drove the truck brought it back with more gas then was required and were told that there was no rebate. That did not make me happy.

The truck was ready for pu. This is my second rental from this facility. The steering wheel was sticky, there was an empty water bottle in the cab. This truck, like the last had no wiper fluid. The left rear tire was low on air. I filled it myself to turn the light off. The blower motor gor the heat only worked on high, they were aware of this at the site, but there was no monetary compensation for the inconvenience. The blower eventualy just stopped working. 29° this past Saturday. I know people abuse your vehicles, I do not. You should not be renting vehicles w/o washer fluid, low pressure and no heat.


we were so pleased that the car trailor was there as we hoped. and in good working order. the experience was perfect.

We ordered a car transport and the hitch broke when we put the car on it. We ordered a 20' truck and the fuel pump was bad. They replaced the truck the next day, but since it was a DV situation, or window of opportunity to get my sister's belongings was impossible. So I paid for a truck that wasn't t used, and now her belongings are still in a house she can't access. Horrible situation, all the way around.


Not well lit for night time drop off. Approached by two workers (had no idea who they were) approached the uhaul and were unhappy i did not park in the drop off area. I was not advised to park in the drop off area not could I see this area at night. Almost missed the place at night for drop off. Uhaul was clearly not sanitized before use as it was dusty and dirty inside the vehicle. Truck was also really rough driving, seemed like a transmission problem. Not satisfied overall and would not recommend to anyone else.
