Quick service both at pickup and drop off.
John M.I had a mishap about timing. I scheduled the moving box to arrive on May 12th but in the system it was scheduled for May 9th and I am not sure why. Even my movers saw that my move was scheduled for May 12th but U-haul told them to come and pick up the U-box on May 9th. So I had to re-schedule that with this location and they were able to accomodate.
Really great location. Best U-HAUL experience I have ever had.

TED T.I had a really good customer service experience overall the start was a little rough but what self move isn't. The return process was easy and pleasent. The website could use a little more user friendliness on the quoting process and printing especially when the scheduler can't see exactly what you see on your computer screen quote. Turns out I got a much better price by bringing it back to Cali.the hitch is you pay for the gas. We picked up the truck with dead road bugs on the windshield and front which was not a big deal. The fuel tank was 1/4 full unfortunately they don't top of tanks anymore. The fairly new 26 footer performed great for a gas engine on a 1000 mile trip. We where loaded down floor to ceiling end to end and averaged 7,5 mpg at 55 to 60mph on a Ford F-650 including mountain climbing. I will definitely do business again with U-Haul if it stays consistent to this last experience.

Shih-Han H.I have learned to check the tires and tire pressure when I get home and as usual one tire was low pressure at 20 lbs. Missing a bolt on the tire stop and the second bolt was loose(auto transport). Employees are very nice at this location.

The drivers door was broke, and the check engine light was on almost immediately after I drove off the lot. Guys were pleasant, but the equipment was in terrible shape

Behruz V.needed more staffing on a Saturday - there was 7 people in line and only 1 person at the counter to help. The other person was helping customers locate their trucks, etc....and the mobile app wasn't working as it wouldn't take a photo for verification purposes...

rene G.My trailer pickup time was pushed out 2 1/2 hrs by uhaul delaying leaving on my trip. Trailer had a bald tire when I picked it up and the bald tire threw a tread the first day of my trip. Spent 2 1/2 hrs waiting for a replacement tire. There was a second questionable tire on the trailer that was replaced by roadside assistance.

I'm handicapped and he had other cars parked in the designated area. Also the office is extremely busy in the a.m. and only one employee working.
