The same thing happened with the truck I reserved-I reserved a 15', but was told the day before that they did not have one for me. I also reserved a dolly, and when I received my truck I was told that they did not have one. Why do you not honor reservations? What is the point in even making one? Your customers are relying on you honoring them.
