Staff was not friendly, they had the attitude that they were better than the customer. Also once the contract was done, they told me to go out to the lot and take the lock off the back of the truck and get the key from inside the box. I got lucky finding the correct truck as they didn't even tell me how to identify what truck I was looking for. Then the name that the combination lock was incorrect or just didn't work. So back inside which when I told them the combination was not correct they told me to wait until they were finished doing what they were doing, just to finally come out to see that the combination did not work after they tried for five minutes. Then they when to give me a new truck witch then took another 20 minutes to change the paperwork. All in all it took over an hour just to pickup a pre-booked rental. Very poor service.

Djawed W.You moved my reservation that i made 2 weeks earlier, you moved it a day before. You also shortened the time i needed it which was descript in my reservation. This made me have to return the uhaul at 12am which somehow creates an extra fee for after hours. I was supposed to return it at noon the next day. Everyone in there was over worked and complaining. Miss managed for such a large company. I will never use Uhaul again, keep my money.
Matthew M.I reserved an appliance dolly but was told there wasn't one available 3 times. After 30 minutes and insisting they look for one, they opened a demo storage unit just feet away from the main desk and there were 6 of them in plain sight. I have no idea why they didn't want me to rent a dolly and very disappointed at being delayed but such nonsense.
Charles H.When I arrived there was only one person working the desk. There was another upset Customer ahead of me that was very frustrated. I felt badly for the Employee having to deal with that situation and two other Customers - she was overwhelmed and was doing the best she could. On another note my rental was parked very tightly between two other units. I had to retrieve the keys for one of the units and move it to allow me to safely move my unit out. This delayed me by about 15 minutes and was completely unnecessary. The rental unit was fantastic - well worth the money - overall a great experience with a couple wrinkles.

BEN M.For the second time i have rented here, both with bookings 1+Mos in advance, there were no blankets available, which i only learned at check in on both occasions. Furthermore, no mattress bags. Then, when we retrieved the vehicle on this occasion, it had neither of the 2 dollys that i had paid for. When the attendant ws notified, he appeared stunned and we had to ask him several times to equip us per the contract. When i went to perform the pre drive inspection online via the link sent to me, it was not a smooth or effective process. not only were there significant and noticeable damages to the vehicle that were not recorded in the photos on the website, but while the vehicle in the photos bore the correct internal tag number, it was grossly obvious that the vehicle in the "before" pictures was cleary not the vehicle in front of me on the lot, or if it were, it had undergone notable changes. For example, the truck in the photo had a fully chrome front bumper, while the truck i picked up had a full hardened plastic bumper. The staff were friendly enough, if a bit robotic. The price was good all things considered, if one doesnt have any concerns about consistent internal procedures, quality checks, and fulsome product delivery from a business.

Error in billing, it was difficult to get 1/4 tank showing, I ended up putting 11 litres in for travelling 23 miles. Great truck, less than 10 000 miles and in great shape.

Theresa` T.complete nightmare. no confirmation call the day before pick up. not one person on site at Jogger logistics for truck pick up, then, when i called the office, i was advised that my truck broke down the night before and then the owner hung up on me. It took over an hour to find another location willing to provide a truck, and then they only provided a 10' truck. i ordered a 15'. no dolly available, after i had reserved and paid for one. management said "first come, first served". Complete dumpster fire from beginning to end. I'll be dealing with head office today.

Poor all round, also a 6 x 12 trailer should have a Jack leg the operative at the location couldn't lift the unit on his own so I had to help… crazy setup

RICHARD C.Why am I not being asked about the Reliable Towing location whom I spoke to in the morning and no longer had a vehicle for me in the afternoon and cost me a great deal of delay as a result. AND the 20 foot truck that I had contracted for at least a month ago now was no longer available. The result is that I still have to rent storage in the Abbotsford area for the belongings I could not fit in the 15 foot truck which the Langley location said was all they had… even though I watched a 20 or 24 foot drive off of their lot while I was there!

James N.Recently rented a 26' truck to move. Ramp would not sit flush with truck bed due to a lack of proper hooks being installed. Truck bed floor had some areas with motor oil. Both issues are a safety concern and the truck should never of been rented out in this condition.

Tony C.Using the online interface to submit drivers license or return equipment is difficult to use. I would prefer to have staff do that work instead of relying on client to do paper work. Dropping off equipment after hours should be as easy as parking and dropping off the keys instead of going through an extensive online form that continuously “times outâ€. The truck I used was dirty when I received it and smelled as if someone was smoking in it.

Robert S.I returned the cargo van at 6:40pm. Made sure to return it with someone there before closing time. Was told to do the return online…by the girl behind the counter. I didn't understand why and preferred someone inspect it. She refused. I did online…followed the list (checked the odometer…picture. Took all the pictures and then locked the keys in the cab. Went inside…no spare key…SERIOUSLY! The manager will call you tomorrow…called the roadside number…$180. Not a chance. Went home and got something to reach the keys since I hadn't locked the cargo area yet. Crisis averted and keys thrown in drop box. Crisis averted thanks to ME, not the lazy employee behind the counter.

michel S.The dolley was rusted, so much so that the ratchet mechanisms for the tie downs did not work correctly. I was sent to 2 different stores in another country due to faculty errors and incorrect info inventory. My trip across the border was delayed 3 hours due to this. My card was charged multiple times, and the refunds have not yet processed.

Andrew G.I was confirmed multiple times for the rental of the truck and when I showed up they didn't have a truck available. When I asked for them to confirm that the truck would be available at the Barnet location they couldn't get in touch. I phoned and got ahold of the other location on my own. The sales associate kept talking over me and not listening to my concerns. I then had to come back and pick up the tow dolly. They tried to give me a broken dolly which I refused. They gave me another dolly once I was home they called me and asked me to return the dolly as it was out for repair. I told them I would not drive back to exchange the dolly and that they could bring the new one to me and take back the broken one. The sales man was not helpful or sincere about anything he was telling me.
Christina L.Make sure you're not charging for equipment that wasn't provided. Asked for a dolly & flat deck dolly, got neither. Then was charge $25 for a non returned dolly that was never there in the first place.

Then come the day of pu it was a fight to keep our trailer as they told us the computer changed our reservation to a flat open trailer, which makes no sense! Totally upsetting and unprofessional!

Due to my medical condition I was not able to move my belongings. A friend drop the key off at the office for my mover to access my locker. When the mover got to the office they couldn't find the key but happily let him cut the lock.They even supplied the tool I would've been happy to give my permission If they had called me, after all how did they know who he was. To add insult to injury they charged me a $50 lock removal fee

The front desk person acknowledged my comments and said they would send a employee to check it. Subsequently I wrote an email advising the manager, Tina Pender that the storage was no longer required. Yesterday I got a call from U-Haul advising that my rent was 3 days late. That is poor service.

As a Senior Move Management company, I rent lockers on a regular basis for my clients. If we were given a reduced rate I would be more inclined to rent one or two long term for my clients usage.

I asked where was the unit located and got the answer "I think building 1". When I finally found the unit there was a lock already on the door. I went back to the office and asked about it to the same employee he just looked at me. I said it looks like one of u-hauls locks maybe. He then said well yes I put it there. I had to then ask how do we get it removed, he said well I guess I could go out there in a bit. I left the office and saw he left by another door and was ahead of me. The unit was clean but to have a light bulb in there would be nice. :(

I had rented 30 foot Rv spot for my trailer with the idea of fitting a second trailer there at some point 17 months later i realized upon buying a second trailer that my actual spot was 17 feet when i brought this to the managers attention she did not seem to take action after two weeks i spoke with her again only to be told that she can evict me at anytime and that if i am unsatisfied i should take my business elsewhere which i did the new manager was very helpful and i was refunded the difference that i over paid for the last 17 months i should also point out the front desk staff are kind and helpful the only bad apple there was tina but thankful now she is gone no future clients have to deal with her bad attitude.

I asked to have it cleaned and would return in a couple of days to move in. When I returned I was unable to access the main gate and had to return the next day to talk with office staff. I then learned that the locker i had paid for got rented to someone else.

Quintina W. | Expérience généraleEarly yesterday morning before I was fully awake someone phoned, identified themself as staff and explained to me that the storage unit was no longer going to be available o n may 1st when it had been booked for. That there were 2 units available right now and I could only have it if I took it RIGHT NOW. I explained that I needed it for 1 month from May 1st as we had rented a 15ft truck with 2 bedrooms of furniture and were moving from the States to Canada.. We needed it for 1 mth while we were quarantined for 2 weeks on arrival, as per the new Covid Health laws. The staff insisted we had to book the truck from yesterday and if we we late moving our furniture out after May 13th that they would give us a couple of days grace. This is a HORRIBLE situation and we don't know what to do about it. We need storage from May 1st to May31st!!!

Came back a few days later and I didn't realize what time it was and phone was in car outside and my girlfriend and I were just organizing our storage locker and we lost track of time. It was around 11pm(10pm is closing time)when we finished and I didn't think anything of it. So we locked it up and closed the door. Got in my car to drive out and tried my code numerous times and it wouldn't work then we called uhaul phone number provided on google maps and it took an hr to get the gate opened. Finally the staff got it opened and we went home to bed. Next time we went was a few days later and my code didn't work and it was locked I got punished with a only during store hrs access. That sucked for us cause we both work long hrs and have kids. I tried to talk to manager and she was rude, short and unprofessional with very poor customer service and she wouldn't bug on the rules. A few more days go by and there was another lock on my locker provided by the manager for apparently smoking and leaving garbage. I called she was rude, short and unprofessional. But also kicked me out with 48hrs notice. Before the end of the month. So now we have to find another place to store stuff for 7 days till we move not very helpful to our already busy schedule. It has really put us in a bind financially and a waste of our time. 1 mistake and 1 cigarette but in the hallway near the door to exit the building and we get evicted. In my opinion this was all due to horrible customer service and a grumpy manager.
