PALLO S | First ImpressionsStaff were pleasant enough the issue I had is the keypad to enter was blocked by cars parking to close. And no one ever blocked off the last stall , also the gate has been left open during working hours which in my opinion effected the level of security Staff at times drove the rental trucks above a reasonable speed many times in the storage yard. No staff was every rude Some were openly friendly others just dropped their eyes down when walking by I would recommend this location But I would include the gate and keypad issues
HARVEY B | Overall ExperienceAfter my first month in storage there was a little issue ( a little dead mouse in my units) but the issue was promptly and professionally dealt with, I was very pleased. Things like this can happened anywhere but the way they get handled is what makes the difference! If you care for great service, I recommend this place.
