After my first month in storage there was a little issue ( a little dead mouse in my units) but the issue was promptly and professionally dealt with, I was very pleased. Things like this can happened anywhere but the way they get handled is what makes the difference! If you care for great service, I recommend this place.

Good except for one minor thing - minor mice damage & definitely turds. As once we got everything out, we were able to see their presence was obvious. All in all was good ….

Stephan D | Online Move InPlease mention every thing clearly about u box.I rented from port kells location.Nobody told me where my u box be stored/placed.How easy or hard be access.Though you guys take the u box on request but that does not suit to every client like in my case,i can not give 24 hr notice.sometime i need access in 1 hr.Anyway,langley staff helped me to replace with bldg storage not ubox.I was not told at port kells that my u box be at langley location.Anyway langley manager sardar ji sorted it out all.thank you.love u haul.

MARK R | Overall ExperienceThings I did note was that there was only 1-2 staff working on the first of June and an extremely long line and waiting time to pick up the truck we rented. Another was that Dollie’s were not available for rent. I needed one desperately and even bought one but more should be available especially at the beginning of the month where everyone is moving on the same day. Our outdoor drive up storage unit was easily accessible.

( The Duncan facility in Vancouver Island should take note as i did not have a good experience in fact I found this facility to be not helpful and instead very rude) Kudos to your customer service at the Langley location.

It is.in my opinion fraud to keep my December payment which you insist must be on VISA ...AND also rent the same unit right away to another party. YOU are getting paid twice for the same month !!!!!
