I had a trailer rental that I ordered on line and could have picked out and hooked up myself. I arrived at 1:55 pm for a 2pm pick up and I was not able to talk to the customer service rep to get checked because one guest monopolized her time with 35 minutes of questions while I waited. Either she needs to multi task or the location needs someone else that can help her
There seems to be some general confusion around the costs and operations of the Ubox containers within both the local uhaul branches and the reservation center. I would like to see more capability of your online portal to schedule my final ubox delivery without contacting someone. I think you should offer a slightly wider or taller box for some oversized items. I think your monthly storage fee is too high and detracts from the convenience of the pod, considering the lack of availability to items while in storage. Perhaps discount multiple container units. Misty and others skillfully handled the delivery and pickups of my containers and I am happy with the service overall.

Make sure the associates at this location don't bring their children to work and actually know how to use the system.. the girl couldn't even find my ubox that was dropped off there. She had to call someone from the back and couldn't even figure out who was there. I definitely will not be using Uhaul again for any of my moving needs.
The selected location was not even a Uhaul location. I finally found a place to accept my truck.

Employee should explain the use of the moving pads and dolly in the truck. If you use them you will be billed. I didn't need them so I didn't use them.

Truck was a little beat up. Steering had a lot of play in it and pulling to the right. Recommend doing alignment on truck. Left sun visor was broken. Front bumper under cover hanging. Great customer service though. In/Out in under 10 min both times.
The transmission slipped and the assistant manager was very unfriendly.

Searching for the vehicle took alot of time. The online process can be better, the whole point of online was to not have to wait in line or have contact. I spent 10 minutes going through the process to then have to wait to get the key from an employee..
David and the rest of the staff were great to work with. They all do an amazing job.
Not sure who is to blame here, the pick-up location or destination. My credit card was just charged a wrong destination fee because supposedly the equipment was returned to Glen Burnie, MD. The truck and tow trailer were returned to the Norcross, GA location per the contract. I opened a case with uhaul to correct this and refund the charges, case # 3014152.
First of all the final destination was Norcross, GA not Glen Burnie, MD. The truck and tow trailer was returned to Norcross, GA as per my contract. Not sure how this happened, but I just noticed a wrong destination charge on my credit card. I don't live in MD, never have. I spoke with uhaul regarding this situation and a case was opened, 3014152.
Close out the rental when the box is returned. I had to call in November and again in December because my credit card was charged for the box rental even though the box was returned in October. I am hoping it is correctly closed now and I will not be charged again in January.

The fuel gauge was not correct the mileage was not correct the dolly was already taken off the tab the truck was running like crap transmission is going on the truck slamming into gears I really would appreciate someone from customer service calling me back I should be reimbursed not charged terrible terrible experience my TV got broken because of the transmission in the truck I'm not happy
This was the worst experience I ever had from a customer service stand point. Price was misrepresented, I talk to the the clerk at the counter who told me to call the Store Manager. He did knock of the days rental charge but I still paid over $300 for a truck that was supposed to cost me $35. It just turned into a big blame game. Over and hour and a half on the phone with corporate just to be hung up on. Maybe disconnected but I don't get that feeling, no call back. They have my number. Never, ever again will I use Uhaul.
During our cross country drive, one of the straps came off one of the tires on the car we were trailering. Also, the windshield fluid was not working, which made the drive through rain on our second day difficult. Fortunately, "John" at a U-Haul facility in Columbia, MO was a GREAT help! He opened his door to us before his usual opening time, put the strap back on the tire and found out why the windshield fluid was not working and fixed it...all with a smile on his face. I hope that UHaul has some type of acknowledgment system to reward John for superior customer service!!!!!
None of the employees were wearing masks indoors nor outside. My son has cancer and I am very nervous to be around people without masks. I really wish they would follow the county ordinances at least indoors.

Although the computers were down, check in was a breeze. As indicated by the attendant, an email arrive a few hours later with my receipt.

Never received a call the day before to provide a delivery time. I heard from driver (Nikki?) morning of delivery. She was very nice and helpful, but having the peace of mind to know when it would be delivered while prepping to move and close would have been appreciated.

U-haul was the worst moving experience i have ever had. .Containers did not arrive on the day promised. Never received a call at any time. I had to get rooms for six people who came from Florida to Georiga to help me. terrible experience with U-Haul.
If it wasn't for the young lady who was on duty, I would have taken my rental to another location. She went above and beyond the call of duty. After trying four trailers, that all had electrical problems, she upgraded me to a larger trailer and made sure everything was working correctly. I think that your trucks are rigged with some sort of device because I only went 11 or 12 miles and spent $10 in gas and when I got in the truck it said it was beyond full I drove 3 miles and it read almost 3/4 of a tank so I believe you guys do something to your vehicles because there's no way 11 or 12 miles is $10 in fuel, over 5 gallons....that would be like 2 miles to the gallon. The people were great to me at the location, 0 complaints there except when I asked how many miles these get to a gallon I was looked at like I was crazy and he said he had no idea.
I have no complaints except that it defeats the purpose of having me register online if I have to essentially re-register again when I pick up the vehicle in the store. They asked me the same exact questions that I already answered online. Also If I'm a single unmarried person with no family how am I supposed to list an alternate phone number if I don't have anyone but myself. That needs to be changed. Please make these changes.

Excellent Service and though it's an additional $10/month for 24hr Access it's worth having. The only downsode, at least for the smaller units, is that there is no elevator (not many steps at least)

Waited 1 hour past the stores opening time for someone to show up and open the store. The unit we had rented was suppose to be large enough to hold the furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment. No way!

Need other options in the questionnaire. We did not use the facility but the POD. The POD was pickup from Co.without any notification. The delivery was very late. No one called to update. Never again
took 75 phone calls to get our pod delivered, a week late and after sitting the location for nearly 4 days. Delivery was promised between 10-2 and finally showed up at nearly 6pm. My wife was angry.

We rented a UBox for a garage project. The box arrived on time and was picked up when asked - even with a change in the date for pick up. It was easy and secure.
My "no" answers are really N/A. I never visited facility. Had truck delivery of uBoxes. Was hard to get correct number to contact facility and received no call when boxes arrived as stated in email.
