You didn't have our 15' truck, we were forced to take a 10'. As a result we had to make four trips instead of two so we got killed as far as mileage charges. No one offered to send us to a location with a 15', not did they give us a break on anything based on inconvenience even though I had my confirmation letter with me for a 15' truck. I can't recommend u-haul to anyonePAUL E.
The people were great to interact with in spring valley. My pickup location was changed without notification. No one ever reached out to me via phone as communicated in the contract. The 20' truck requested wasn't available. The 15' truck I settled on had no oil in it so I had to add oil so the engine didn't seize. The oil pressure dropped to 0 multiple times on my way to my house. It was affordable, but also a big pain using U-Haul. I'll looked at other more reliable options in the future.Cameron R.

Customer service sucked. The people that work there have no skills and taking care of customers in a timely fashion. Everyone was chitter chatter ring about their water bottle and who clocked in. They had no sense of reality who was waiting in line. Even as I was waiting in line he proceeded to help people behind me because he knew them. Make sure the trucks are cleaned and inspected throughly before renting out to customers. My last three rentals had issues. Where I was offered a minimal discount but the time that it took to make correct, I was late on a couple pick ups which cost me in the long runMIGNON W.

The service people were great. Just not enough of them. They do a great job. Helped alot. My issue is with the app. I reserved a vehicle for 10am. The online truck rental procedure didn't accept my license even though I rent every weekend. Had to wait in line. Then when I got my truck that I was assigned the mileage was way off..app said 27k truck said 15k. Had to wait in line again. And the app didn't let.me take the before pics to show previous damage. The uhaul worker fixed the mileage for me and was very helpful and I thank him for that. I was about an hour an half late cause the app issues. He mentioned that there are fleets that use the trucks sometimes and may have gotten used before me. From the previous pics of the truck to when I was picking it up. There was alot of new damage an marks that needed to be mentioned but cause the app issues and the mileage problem I didn't get to submit them before I picked up the truck. I hope I'm not charged for them. The staff...gets 120 percent good marks....the app gets 20 percent good marksANTHONY S.

I feel like reservations lied to me about my storage unit, I was there with all my things and had no other option but to pay double for what I was promised. I was very clear about what I wanted and I would like to leave your facility. I have been there 3 days and will not be finishing the week there, very disappointed. Manager was GREAT. He got me a truck for the time I needed, even though I called last minute, the night before, during a busy day, between rainy days. Friendly, fast, and professional. This place is always understaffed. Long lines. Did the mobile checkout, and my truck was not ready and was pinned in behind another truck. I asked the employee if he could move the truck in front, and he replied with me needing to fill out a new contract. Thankfully, I fought for him to move the truck, because the person at the end of the line told me they'd already been waiting for 45 mins to get help, even though they already had a reservation. Also, I ordered a dolly. It wasn't in the truck, so had to ask to get a refund on that. Not sure if that'll even happens. It's just one more thing I'll have to keep tabs on in the coming days. We'll definitely avoiid this location at all costs. We are always waiting around every time we've rented from here. Not worth itELIZABETH W.

Gina, the marketing manager, and Daniel Rios, the general manager, we both service-oriented and compassionate. Kelli, the assistant manager, however, was not. She did not look for solutions and has rigid and uncompromising decision making tendencies, which is not helpful to customers, especially during an unprecedented pandemic. Gina was amazing through. She acknowledged my concerns and apologized, which is everything to a customer, and she followed up to ensure resolution was reached. On Friday July 31st, everything was excellent great customer service dispit the traumatic experience everyone dealt with, the online had a mess of things but Levi helped us and accommodating me in my time of need. On Sunday the 8/2/20 I had a different experience I did not receive the care like on Friday, I was not pleased with how the day turned out due to not having all information. On 8/4/20 my storage had a flood and Levi again went above and beyond helping me get my unit in order, Daniel the manager went above and beyond as well. So unorganized. Every single step of the way there were problems. Staff needs to be trained. Very poor customer service. You kept incorrectly billing me and I would call to fix it. Thinking it was resolved I then would receive emails saying I still owed. This happened multiple times. I then went in person and they would look up my account and say everything was fine. I then would receive another email so back in person I went- 4 different times. I spent so much time on the phone and going into the facility to resolve your mistakes. Then you sent my emergency contact a bill-this was my father and it got him very upset thinking I wasn't paying my bills. My dad had a heart attack and stroke a year ago and upsetting him was extremely upsetting to me. Final straw, I moved out and went to the office to inform you all that I was moving. I was assured I was moving out on time and would not be billed. I was billed and told I was late and there would be a lean on my property which is a joke since I emptied out the storage unit.
