They were super helpful and accommodated me when I ran out of room and got me set up quickly so I could continue to move out of the UHaul truck. So grateful we found this place! Everyone we encountered was professional, helpful, and working hard!
Marit J. | Overall ExperienceYou get average because the manager was amazing…. The facility was not great. It took over an hour to get stairs to start moving. And that is only because the manager worked hard to get them to fit. Maybe not be greedy and take some units out to make it easy to maneuver the stairs without a struggle!

elaine b. | First ImpressionsThe only complaint I had was how extremely difficult it was to access my upper unit. The ladder provider was horrible to maneuver. It definitely took two people to try and even that was not easy. Other than that customer service was always good and respectful.

When I needed another because I misjudged my space, she was quick to help me find an additional one. The man who checked in my truck was very kind. And the person who helped my mom (78 years old!) drive my car closer to the unloading was so nice to her. Another worker saw we may need another cart for unloading and she went and found one for us. I'm truly grateful I found this place!
