stephanie m | Expérience généraleThey we’re very helpful . But need to have pesticides ( bugs roaches) otherwise I recommend uhaul for all my moving and storage
Nina G | Expérience généraleThank you for working with my unfortunate inconvenient circumstances.
Derrick D | Premières impressionsNice people working there
Marco A | Expérience généraleTerrible service. No one was available and waiting times were very inconvenient.
Nathan J | Expérience généraleThe manager/salesman was very rude we coming into the store we made a customer service complaint about that his name was Robin I guess anyhow after that he was very rude and talked really fast tried to upsell everything so you didn't have this and that and you didn't tell us about any of the promotions that were going on and as a matter of fact we were told that the first month was free with purchase of a U-Haul Van then when we got there he said that the people on the phone don't know what they're talking about that there was no sale going on for storage but he was very unprofessional we made a complaint when we got the product then had to call again because he tried to tell my wife that she was going to have to pay cash that day $40+ dollars or he was going to charge her account $30 every day after that... We did not have that money because we extended the time we had the vehicle and the money was pending on the bank card but everything was paid for so why was he asking for cash at that point... Now I'm very worried about my storage unit even though he said that the trucks and storage were separate that worries me having my most precious stuff in storage with a guy like that running the business
Daniel R | Premières impressionsThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had a moving facility!! Our unit was broken into and the manager Robin Garcia, didn’t even apologize. He said he would look over the security tape and give us the footage but said then came back to say “there isn’t any footage”. We had several expensive artworks stolen and our entire 26ft long storage unit rummaged through and thrown back in when they were done looking for whatever they were looking for. Looked like a tornado went through it. Again, no apology from the manager. Just outright the worst storage facility ever. Very sketchy, very ghetto. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE. Just terrible. On top of that, after we moved out of the unit they still were trying to charge my account for another month. Do yourself favor and don’t go anywhere near this place.
MEGHAN L | Expérience généraleCoordinated a storage move out at 7 am for 7\12 reserved with a guarantee for 15 ft truck and movers through the uhaul app to meet at 1805 Massachusetts Ave. Lemon Grove and move to my new place. I went to the uhaul facility the day prior to confirm the truck was set up. I was told everything was good. That I would get a code to retrieve the key at 7am from a lock box. On the 12th there was no code for the truck. The movers couldn't wait around. Massive waste of time effort and highly inconvenienced. The facility opened at 9am and the assistant manager was rude and condescending, offering no help. I had to call the customer service to rent a truck while I was at the uhaul facility. Unbelievable.
ISIDRO D | Expérience généraleIt was professional help maintain my property until I got settled
donold r | Expérience généraleStaff was nice and I experienced great customer service.
sheila e | Premières impressionsFirst month being free with truck rental was the sole reason for selecting this unit/location. Honestly a bit disappointed with the quality of the unit. I'd say "you get what you paid for" but a similar sized unit with a competitor closer to my location with much better ease of access was also a lot nicer. Issues from first glance: immediately notifed of local transient issue, cracked/flimsy dry wall into neighboring unit (took photo), chicken wire ceiling, hall to unit is ridiculously narrow (honestly surprised I made it work), used rat poison unit filled with poop and poison spilt on floor, visibly saw roaches crawling along the wall of a unit in same hallway (took photo). I'm not going to go through the hassle of moving everything to a different unit/location because I don't have time for that so: you got me.
Richard R | Déménagement en ligneThe one that I could not understand is their requirement for me to take insurance from them only for coverage. My insurance covers uhaul rentals and I could show documentation but they refuse. Other uhaul locations accept it. I felt it was a way for this one to bump up the cost....
JEFFREY B | Expérience généraleNice crew
Jayvion H | Expérience généraleMy stay was amazing. Jeremiah was such an amazing help to me. Very professional and I will choose U-Haul if I need storage needs in the future. Thank you so much.
