The lady that was working was obviously a newer employee. She seemed to be more interested in her drink that she had on her desk. Her Boss or Manager was working really hard getting other customers taken care of and trying to assist her constantly. I gave her my phone number for the reservation 3 or 4 times. She kept entering it incorrectly. While working on my rental she asked her Boss if she could use her vape. He told her that she could only do that in the breakroom. While he was on the computer she stood behind him and did it anyway. It looked very unprofessional. I had a much better experience at your other location on Gary Burns at the Frisco TX. location.Eddie B.

Too much to list waited an hour and 15 minutes in a line bc none of your apps computers were functioning or staff no idea how to use it finally my turn only to find out the hand truck wasn't available although I reserved one... Forget the three sitting there bc they are "for sale" drove to Oklahoma anyway but too late my movers left so a completely wasted trip and rare day off spent... I will not pay for it other than the 50 dollars in gas I left yall with... I'll dispute the charges I'll post every online feedback I can find and raise he$$ to the point you'll be shocked... Check in was extremely slow. The customer service specialists didn't know how to use a computer and checking out a trailer took almost 30 minutes. I even completed all the paperwork online to help expedite the process. The gentleman who hooked up the trailer was very helpful and fast.Steve S.
Verify tire pressures! All 4 were different (ranging from 40 to 62) and none at the specified sidewall pressure of 65psi! I was running fully loaded, and this could have been a major problem had I not checked them prior to departure!Tim D.

I waited in line for over 35 minutes just to see the woman at the counter. She told me my reservation for 3 dolly's basically didn't matter because she didn't have any available. Then she handed me the keys to the truck and said â€œit's EL, it's around the cornerâ€. That was it. She told me it was at a quarter of a tank of gas and that a gas station was around the corner. She didn't show me how to operate it or send me to anyone who could. The survey link expired before I was able to fill it out because I was trying to figure out how to turn the thing on. It had a bad tire, it was popped or anything but it looked weird and I tried to report it and couldn't since it took me so long to work the truck. I went to the gas station and filled the tank, assuming it needed to be filled since she told me about the gas station. After getting gas and renting some dolly's at Home Depot, I turned the corner towards my street and the tire popped. We had to call rapid response to come change the tire. I got the Uhaul at 9:40am and wasn't able to start loading it until almost noon. The rapid response team was great but the Uhaul place was terrible. I'd love a refund on the mileage I used to replace some of the cost of the gas I used to fill the thing up. I had no idea it didn't need to be filled when she told me to go to the gas station. It was honestly a terrible experience and thankfully I've moved so I shouldn't have to deal with something like this again.Diana E.

When coming in for an inspection as Uhaul suggested the personnel should be friendly and not demeaning. Very unprofessional behavior. Also, at drop off the guy just stood and watched as we unhooked, no offer of assistance at all. It was like they were bothered to assist in any way.Dana O.

This was the worse customer service situation I have ever been in. Your staff told me that I had 24/7 access. I get to the unit and try to unload my uhaul trailer after hours to come across not being able to. I had my wife and children ( 2children and a newborn) waiting in y'all's parking lot trying to get help to get into our unit. Also had to miss work because I had to call customer service multiple times.I call and talk to several customer service people just to get told they cannot help me. Then I ask to speak to someone higher up just to keep getting told that in emergency situations like this y'all have no plan in order to proceed to help your customers. I talked to 3 customer service reps and then a customer service manager. 1) customer service rep hung up in my face. 2) was a customer service rep through the live chat that pretty much had no care and couldn't help. 3) was a customer service rep who listen and tried to help me to the best of her abilities. She did keep telling me that there wasn't anyone I could talk to. Finally I got to talk to a customer service manager who was great and helped me every way he could. I still didn't get access to the storage but he did send out emails. I believe on emergency situations y'all need more plans to help y'all's customers.Johnathan W. | Premières impressions
Auto Fuel charge of $35 added to my bill. My contract stated I would refuel. I refueled & told the outside tech I had refueled & he checked the fuel gauge. All was good. He said I can send the receipt to your email or you can go inside for a hard copy. I went inside & they already had it printed. I reviewed the charges & saw the extra charge. It took 10 minutes for the manager to reverse the charge. He didn't give me any reason for the mistake. It was clear that this was a scam to to get a quick fuel charge starting with the tech outside with involvement from the manager inside. Bad business! My next post will be a google review with a 1 star and title BEWARE!!!!Mark R.

All the dollys were either none operable, chains missing tires flat/holes or they looked like a cheese grader got to them. The guys there asked us if we wanted e3 dolly and it strap couldn't go over the car tire due to the fact that it was ripped apart. It took them 5 dollys to go through just to find one that wasâ€perfectâ€ condition and it wasn't. When we put my car on it the tires were completely flat and wouldn't hold air.LARISSA H.

Employees are really great. Especially, the gentlemen that takes your truck from you or helps you with just about anything outside. Super nice, and very very strong work ethic. I called to confirm my reservation and the lady was extremely unhelpful. She didn't even know if the office worker was "down there because she could have sworn she came in and said by a long time ago" even though the website said it was open. I asked if there was a way to go check or call the desk specifically to see and she said "oh sorry she doesn't have a phone down there so you'll just have to go see" It was an absolute nightmare picking up our truck with the 24/7 check in and on top of that they never gave us the dolly and furniture cloths we paid for. The owner of the facility really should work on her people skills. Also, the facility is very quick to assess fees. If these two items were improved, customers would be more likely to keep their units longer. Also, they would be more apt to pay their bills on time. Got what I was looking for. 24 hour access, auto pay, within my budget, and a spacious storage unit. Used it last night with no issue. Guy who helped us was casual and friendly. Really needed a storage unit for awhile now, so glad this is done. This was a filthy u haul. I don't understand what has happen to U haul. They used to be a good, reliable company. But after the.past couple of horrendous experiences we had between storage and trailer rental, we will never use this company again. Online check still required check in at facility. Staff at facility (Karen/Greg) was professional, positive, and most helpful. Avg rating for this reason. Though I have 24-hour access, system did not work after hours. Created a huge problem with a 26ft truck with with furniture to move in. On June 3 at 11 PM at night I had no other recourse but to stack up the truck and my home garage because the truck needed to be returned the following day. Not at all happy about that incident. That night when trying to gain access, there was another customer there experiencing the same situation. Though he called the contact number there was nothing U-Haul could do to reset or to provide entry. I also contacted U-Haul to which they informed me that there was nothing they could do to give me access after hours. This is a situation that you have needs to seek to resolve. When you have a full truck of items that need to be unloaded, you must definitely need 24 hour access that was agreed-upon in the contract. However the next day when I return to the facility, Greg research and determined that he could not explain what happened the previous evening. He tested reset and tested my card and walked over to ensure it was working. No explanation for the access being denied the previous night. He promised to research and determine if my contract could be extended or what credit accommodations U-Haul would make for the unfortunate experience the previous night.Kim M. | Online Move In
