Our only problem we experienced was that the location (address) that was provided by the web site was incorrect. By that I mean that when I put the location in my vehicle's nav system I was routed to downtown Dallas. I got the same result when I used the directions tab in the website. I finally was able to reach the uhaul location after getting directions from my son.LANCE P.

I waited for over 1 hour before been attended to. 15 minutes per person. They swapped the truck am supposed to take. And forgot to put utility dolly for which I paid for. Gave me a truck that had no full fuel but says it does on paper (which I guess was for the other truck). I was highly disappointed!CHUKWUDIMMA M.
The desk people couldn't find the proper van info to check out the vehicle I rented online. We stood there just basically looking at each other for about 30 minutes before I suggested just give me whatever vehicle they had available. Also the lady with the broken arm was annoying and kept distracting the guy helping me with personal stories and questions. It took everything I had to not be rude about it. They discounted my mileage but at this point I was about 30 minutes behind schedule. This uhaul location has always been the worst to deal with over the years. Just pure garbageJASON B.
Truck broke down. Took over 2 hours to talk to someone. Drove back to the rental location to tell them the truck died and she told me there is nothing she can do, I should call roadside assistance. I told her to take the keys and have roadside pick up the truck and she told me it I leave the keys she was going to report that the truck was stolen.CLAUDE S.

The only reason I didn't check "Excellent" was because we rarely get excellent service anywhere. Excellent would have been if you brought me the trailer and then picked it up when I was done and washed my car. You should be proud of your store as the service was above average.Mark R.

One of the females at this location is always extremely rude. She actually cussed at one of the other employees using the f word at one point while I was standing right there. The other employee was walking me out to the U-Haul which was way in the back of the parking lot on the other side of the building. She very brashly said "she can walk there by herself." She is very rude and demanding about wearing a mask but does not allow for things to be done outside of the building. There is no longer a state or County mask mandate yet this issue seems to be a big source of a power struggle for her. The new policy about not being able to drop the U-Haul at the end of the day and use a key drop is also very inconvenient for us and the way that we run our business.Haley S.
The vehicle as pointed out to the people in charge had a cracked windshield in the line of sight of the driver. The trailer had the number plate light hanging and was not repaired or replaced for a new trailer. We had a reservation for 7:00 and had to wait till 7:45 to be given out vehicle because the attendant was walking around and did not have our vehicle ready. When we filed up for gas the gage was not working and we mentioned it soon return and we were practically insulated saying the vehicle was new and had no defects. Poor customer service and will be taking this case up to higher management .JOAQUIM D.
