Everything went really well up until the return process. I was checked in with ease, swiftness and efficiency. The gentleman offered me the insurance and made sure I had everthing I needed such as furniture dolly etc. When I came back to check out, I parked in the checkoit lane and there was a sign that said to wait in the car. I waitefd for several minutes and watched a total of four workers at the facility walk right by me. I went inside and let a young lady know that I had been sitting waiting for a checkout. She looked at me while I was talking and her co-worker was assisting someelse. After I was done talking and asking if I was supposed to sit there. She put her head back down and started working but never acknowleded that I was talking to her. I caught the same you gentleman outside as I was just about to go ahead and leave and he explained she didnt know english and that he would get me checked out. Why would they have someone working at the front counter that doesnt know enough english to at least say something to acknowledge a customer. This was disappoingting.
Open the store on time. People that make a 7am reservation expect employees to be on site for a 7am pick up. I waited with another customer until 7:30am before the manager showed up. I didn't get my truck until 8am. Later while I was standing in line to close my storage account, this same manager joked with an employee about "setting a good example for showing up on time." Complete disrespect towards customers in addition to utter incompetence. I won't use Uhaul services in the future specifically because of my experiences at this location.
Have more employees on Saturday to help customers. It was very slow service picking up and bringing truck back with only two employees at the counters resulting in too many people in the store at one time with COVID-19 distancing. Otherwise it was very good Experience
The above average rating is mostly contributed to the young woman who was working the service desk. It was a busy and crowded Saturday morning and she handled each new situation with ease. She was very helpful and descriptive while completing the checkout process. The store however did not have the 17ft truck for the reservation that was made several days prior. The reservation was specifically moved to this location because of truck availability. They also did not have anything comparable. So because of that I had to get the 10ft truck which I could have gotten at the location way closer to me. This caused me to rack up several more miles than it should have been and we had to make several trips to get moved out of my house instead of 1.

This location was wonderful and they were very helpful and accommodating. However, prior to actually picking up the truck, l was dealing with a couple of different DENTON offices and THEY were horrible!! Do yourself a favor and always make the reservation at this office.
Fast and easy pick up. Karen called me Friday to check on the reservation. Thank you again. Karen is awesome.
Employees were excelent, however they are very few and they have to deal with so many tasks and clients. I don't know how they do it, because they still try to do their best. However this situation makes that us, the clients, have to wait toooooooo long for picking up or delivering. THEY NEED HELP!!!!
First let me tell you the trailer was very filthy. The associate did inform me that you don't clean trailers. Second, I rented the trailer to transport a Chevrolet Camaro SS. Problem arised after getting the car on the trailer. No way to open the doors and get out. Even with the wheel wells pulled out the lip on the inside was still to high and prevented the doors from being open. Cars like the Camaro should not be an option on your pull down menu. Even tried to exit the cars through the window. Not very likely in a Camaro. While I brought the concern to the associate upon returning the trailer unused, the answer I got was that I should have taken better precautions. Precautions??? What kind of precautions could I have taken to get out of the car? She informed me that it was in the rental agreement. That something is written in the rental agreement is all fine, but most two door cars with small windows are not suitable for transport on this kind of trailer. Backing the car on or front first don't make a difference. I would highly recommend that you don't rent this kind of trailer for any kind of performance car. I am not in the business of renting trailers, you are. Know your product and provide excellent customer service. That is the way to keep customers.
Trouble with web site. Unable to pre-register prior to pick-up. Unable to upload photos of vehicle at time of delivery.
After picking up my trailer I got an email about the condition of the equipment. I intended to visit the link when I got to the place I was picking up my furniture. I got there in about 15 minutes and the link had already expired.
We rented the 15ft truck for one day and the pricing of $29.99 is a little deceiving as our final bill was $64.00 for one day. By the time taxes, mileage, and insurance was added on, it was way more than we expected.
Easy drop off location just off of the highway. Did self return and took a couple of tries but got it done.
I ordered moving pads and those were not included. I was issued a non safe trailer. The leaf spring broke when the trailer was empty and I was traveling approx 25 MPH. Had this happened on the highway in sure this would be a different comment. The breakage did not disable the trailer so I was still able to bring it in. I asked the technician about the trailer because visually it looked older, he said it was a 1987 model. I don't think this unit was inspected correctly and could have been a different situation because of the leaf spring breaking. The only other way I know that one would break is to exceed the load capacity of the trailer
I received a call when delivering the trailer. My phone shortly after the call and I had to navigate to the store by memory and I'm not familiar with this area. It ended up taking me an extra 30 minutes to return the trailer. Once I arrived I was not told that I was late or that I would receive any additional charge. It was not until after I left the site that I received a receipt showing the additional late fees. If I would have been informed of the charge for an extra day. I would have kept the trailer for an additional day. Overall, I am very disappointed in the clerk's inability to communicate.
