Not knowing where I was to drop off the trailer was definitely uncomfortable. Then multiple drop off locations were offered that either took me in the wrong direction or made me transit through heavy city traffic. I won't do it again

Attendant was more fixated with the workings of the check-in device than with me or the equipment. Was non-comunative and a bit rude.

RE: Contract number 97918546, Sept 12, 2024 I found the staff at the 46075 Signature LN location to be very service and customer oriented. Unfortunately, the 8 Ft pick-up truck I had reserved is in great demand. I arrived the morning of Sept 12, at about 7:05 am for my 7:00 am rental and the prior customer had not yet returned the truck. The prior customer arrived shortly after me, parked the truck and sped off, leaving a damaged truck and much administrative work to be cleaned up by the staff. I was on a timeline where I needed to be at a location by 9:15AM. This added a little time pressure to my schedule. The prior customer returned a damaged truck which required the the staff to file a claim using U-Haul's online process, although the contract time shows "checkout time" being 7:34 AM, the truck wasn't ready until 7:41AM. This wasn't a huge problem. However, over $5 000 in body damage was done to the truck and I had to make a decision whether I wanted to rent the truck. It appeared to be mostly cosmetic and not a structural issue, but it was the only truck available at the location. It was a "take it or leave it" decision. A better customer experience would have been provided if there was another truck on the lot "ready to go" in lieu of taking a damaged truck. U-Haul should consider stocking additional "high demand" vehicles in high demand locations, perhaps holding back some number of vehicles for "pop-up" issues such as I experienced with this rental. In the end, the truck performed well, it had only 7100 miles on the odometer, nearly new. The staff did the best they could do to complete the necessary damage claim administrative work as quickly as the handheld electronic tools and internet speed would allow. The check-in return process was very easy and the check-in employee was courteous and pleasant to work with.

Customer service is first rate! Location, facility, cleanliness, everything about this Uhaul store greatly exceed any other location I have every used. All other locations need to take notes from this location.

The only downside was an employee who would not look up from the computer for about 2-3 minutes. He should have acknowledged the customer(s) waiting even if he was still busy. A smile and "Be right with you" goes much further than making the customer(s) feel like they are of no importance. Once he was interrupted and was told what service was needed, he acted like he could not be bothered to walk down to inspect the now empty unit. He said, "You can just come back later to close your unit."- No explanation of why. The next day I returned to close my unit and expressed my frustration with what had transpired stating it was NOT acceptable customer service. The manger explained that the employee was new and was happy to help me. The manager did acknowledge my statement that better training is needed.

Only two associates were at the location and one young woman referred us to the associate who was tied up another customer. The location and facility was great. Close to my final destination and easy to get in and out.

I'm really upset that u-haul said the gas tank was at 5/8 when I picked the truck up when it was only at 1/2. Additionally, I'm very upset that u-haul tried to give me additional fees when I dropped the truck off when I stayed within all of the required parameters. Not happy with my u-haul experience and would not recommend to others.

I reserved a cargo van the day before picking it up, then when I went to pick it up the whole process went smoothly, and also returning the vehicle was easy. The staff was also was friendly.

Customer rep too lazy to come out to check out truck on date off rental. Said it was too hot outside for him to complete that task. Also when we rented the truck, it only had 3/8th tank full. We traveled on a date of heavy rain and the truck leaked.

Antonio was a big help! They worked with my timelines and provided assistance when I needed it. The drop off lot was easy to find and staff made it seem effortless how they checked me in. If I ever move again I will use U-Haul again.

I paid for a furniture dolly and they didn't give it to me. When I showed up to get the keys, the guy just told me it was "in the back of the lot" and i had to walk around testing the key to try and find the right truck. Overall just did not seem like they cared at all.

Please give Charmaine some recognition. She was very helpful on Sunday when I was clearing out my unit. She had equipment to check in, a store to run, and she still put everything aside to help me get in and out with a quickness. There was also a gentleman I met at the store who was also deserving recognition, but I don't remember his name. I do remember that he not only helped me, but my buddy who also has a unit there. Spectacular service, guys, seriously.

Short term storage was very convenient after selling my house and moving cross country to another state. It took awhile in my new location to find adequate storage. After doing so, I moved my items from Lexinting Park to Iowa.

Access both in and out of the storage units was made very difficult by the unreliable large garage door. Further, the alternate doors only operate during business hours, which further constrains the access after hours when the garage door was broken.

Only thing I had an issue with, I couldn't return my rental truck to same facility where I purchased a new storage in the area I moved to. Also I has to wait 9am before I could get access to the truck because that's what time the facility opened. Other than that the staff and process was amazingly smooth.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the right drive in bay door did not work so I could not pull into the bay to unload. The one working bay door was used by someone who was there before and I after I was done. Other than that, fantastic service and personnel!

Everything was ok until the first guy that started my intake was rude and didn’t get my intake right the other two men on the next day did do a very good job and if they were working for me I would give them a raise or bonus

My only complaint was trying to call the office and trying to speak to anyone at the facility. I've called several times, and no one answered and there was no answering machine.

Staff was unsure about their answers to several of my questions and I couldn't do cash due to time restraints for cash pick up. My transaction was interrupted several times by the employee attending to other customers, which led to input mistakes where I had to provide my information more than once. The garage doors to pull vehicle inside were not functioning properly but staff was very nice and accommodating to work it somewhat manually for my use.

I appreciated the ease of renting my storage unit online with immediate access to my unit. The Lexington Park facility is clean and secure. My items were maintained in perfect condition for the two years I rented my unit. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this location for my future storage needs and would highly recommend U-Haul storage to others. Thank you U-Haul!

My only problem was that after reserving my unit online, the second day, the guy could not find it. This held us up some. The manager worked with me the night before and all I needed to do was make the payment and buy the lock. The next day, the guy could not find my reservation. That held us up a little.

Originally, I reserved a 5x7, On the day I went to move in, U haul had rented out my unit. The manager said he was trying to keep his numbers up. We all know what that means.So being in the Storage and rental business I figured,I should get a discount for the next higher up unit available. This did not happen. So, I called corporate and they said they would do something for me. In which this did not happen. I was very unhappy with the pricing of the unit but I did feel my Stuff was safe and secure.
