tina w | Overall ExperienceThe only downside was an employee who would not look up from the computer for about 2-3 minutes. He should have acknowledged the customer(s) waiting even if he was still busy. A smile and "Be right with you" goes much further than making the customer(s) feel like they are of no importance. Once he was interrupted and was told what service was needed, he acted like he could not be bothered to walk down to inspect the now empty unit. He said, "You can just come back later to close your unit."- No explanation of why. The next day I returned to close my unit and expressed my frustration with what had transpired stating it was NOT acceptable customer service. The manger explained that the employee was new and was happy to help me. The manager did acknowledge my statement that better training is needed.
