The staff think they own the store and talk a good game but really your employees are trash and. Need to know their place and boundaries

I didn’t get any instruction, still needed to get a few things out of it. So went the day of and gathering my things and set the alarm off on my unit and nothing happened so don’t understand the point of the alarm if nothing happens.
