The manager there is so unprofessional and should be fired. When I first came to Uhaul the manager at that time was helpful, friendly, and made my move in a good experience. When I left management changed and it was the most horrible experience I have had, the manager was rude, lazy and all around made Uhaul look bad. I have always looked at Uhaul as a class storage company but after dealing with her it gives the impression of The lowest class storage company. She spoke as if she was from the lowest educated part of Atlanta and treated me as if I was not important. Not only that but when I moved out she did not want to do her job and complete my move out which resulted in being charged the following month and I had to go through a lot just to prove I moved out to get my refund which I did and received my refund after a week. And yet again she fail to do her job once move and left me in her system again and they debit my account the following month as well when I called to have them refund my money and remove me from their system she spoke to me as if I was bothering her and even told me not to call there again as if she did not care I was over charged once again. I am stilling waiting on that refund as of today. I will never use your company again and have made it clear to all my social media followers that if they want good service any other company is better than yours. I know I have personally help 5 of my friends find other companies so they could move their belongings from Uhaul to a better company. I always have a lot of friends and business associates in the property management world who I have expressed my concerns with regarding your company and with your prices increasing and never being the better price in the first place they have also decided to discontinue referring clients to Uhaul. I hope this feedback helps make major changes to your company so that one day you can once again be seen as a class A storage facility.Amanda P. | Expérience générale

Keep HR issues at the back of the house. I don't need to hear about employee's employment history and ugly details of other managers. I just want to rent a trailer with little fuss. Otherwise though, I understand they're struggling with employee shortages, and the main person working this location was very knowledgeable and personable. She was juggling many responsibilities and obviously needed help.GUY W.

The lady at the counter was very nice. The truck we rented was very very old. The heater did not work and it was cold that day plus it was raining all day. The heater didn't work in the truck and the defrost. I had to pull over several times because the window was fogged up and couldn't see. We almost had several close accident on the wet road. That vehicle need to be taken off the road or have major repairs done to it.NATHAN B.

We are moving from Lilburn to Marietta and used your facility to store small furniture, clothing and just "stuff." After 26 years in one home, we acquired a lot of "stuff." Your facility and staff made our move possible. The facility was clean, safe, and always available to us. The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed to always be in a good mood. I was not happy when upon arrival to pickup the equipment. When I reserved the truck, I also requested appliance dolly, furniture dolly and blankets/padding. None of these items were provided and were not available. Rear door to the truck was extremely difficult to open.Dale G.

The office attendant was 30 min late to work. They marked the gas at 3/4 full on the contract when it was at half only. I returned the truck full of gas and in perfect, swept condition. Why is my bill double of the quote I got online, seriously???ILLEANA R.

Please keep your fleet updated. Big trucks with base configurations, rolling windows...It's 2021. The truck had 100K+ miles and constantly refused to shift to the next gear or come down a gear.SHAKIB A.

The location itself was good. Very clean and professional. I was given a truck with a known check engine light and was told that everything was okay. He's not a technician and I'm sure he shared what he knew. Turn around to get the truck back on time and now the truck won't start. When it did, it's making loud noises. Eventually we were able to get the truck back in one piece to the location but went through a lot to make this happen. The truck should've NEVER been rented out. His managers should've never allowed him to do so. I will not be using uhaul again after this.devante L.

The truck was not in good working condition at all. This truck should not have been put in the road. It did not go above 20 miles per hour the transmission was shifting so bad the truck was jumping and the check engine light along with a green wrench kept popping up on the screen. Our trip took longer that expected because the truck was not working properly. Then we I went to return the truck the computer had us down for renting the truck for two days our paperwork showed we only wanted it for one. So lucky the lady was still cleaning the building so she was able to physically check me in and fix the information on the computer. Over all this was a very bad experience and I should not have had to pay for such bad equipment. ðŸ'ŽðŸ½TERRANCE S.
We really appreciate the excellent customer service of Pondra the Manager of this location. She treats the location like a caring mother with a child. We just hope the U-Haul Corporation will give her some new 15' U- Haul vehicles. So she can have less to worry about and make her job easier.Jermaine O T.

The service was great, but the employees need to be better equipped. They can be (and were) excellent but if the technology they're working with is garbage, it's going to taint the experience. I waited probably about half an hour for the computers to work properly. In addition, the tool for accepting credit cards has a light up indicator where you tap your card for payment. But apparently U-Haul doesn't use/accept that technology and in addition to not accepting payment, it messes up the (already slow) computer system and requires restarting the application process. Also, the online check-in / check-out method doesn't work well with high-definition cameras. If the picture I take is too high resolution, it won't upload. Not sure if this is a U-haul problem or an android problem but if I hadn't spent 20 minutes figuring out a work-around ,I would not have been able to properly check out.GEOFFREY P.

The absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in 30 years of doing business with U-haul. The manager of this location (she) does not understand the importance of the customer experience. Let's behavior has also been passed down to one of her employees. I'm gonna say don't waste your time with this location go elsewhere unless you Are looking for the scary monster experience. The reservation system is terrible. I was told there may or may not be a truck there when I reserved a truck a month before. Then I was told that my 24 reservation was now only for 12 hours if there was a truck at all.Arthur H.
I had a horrible experience with Uhaul . The absolute worst . I made a reservation a week in advance that was confirmed to me and the day before I have to pick up the truck I am told that they don't have it all if a suddenly and I was given a new reservation at a new location that didn't have it either . That one day I was given 3 different confirmed reservations and all of them were wrong and did not have a truck . I had to speak to countless reps and store reps I was given different information by each I was promised a credit and did not receive confirmation of one and the woman at the Lilburn location did not by any means provide good customer service continued to send me to scheduling because she said she has no availability and doesn't know why they are sending me to her.LAUREN H.

I rented a pickup truck and it was guaranteed. But when I reached there I was informed that there was no pickup truck available. I had to take a van. I needed a truck and to get that I choose a location 8,5 miles away from my home. So I had to drive extra 17 miles just for nothing. I paid for that extra mileages.AKM B.
