Sharon K. | Overall ExperienceThe associate who took helped me get set up with my storage unit and my moving truck reservation was super helpful, was an absolute sweetheart and answered all of my questions. The manager Pondra, on the other hand, was the complete opposite experience. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I was shocked when she told me she was the manager. I was so disgusted with her attitude and behavior that I cancelled my moving truck reservation, and cancelled my storage unit with no backup plans even though I had to be vacated from my residence in 2 days. I have never experience such unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. On top of it all...she had a trainee with her! I will never do business with her or uhaul again after that experience.
