All the staff was very considerate. They wore their mask as well as the customers. Very fast and efficient. Check in and out was fast. I would recommend this sight to anyone. We rented a $19.95 truck and were not rushed as we had 6 hours to return it. So much more relaxing. Thank you U-HAUL

brake and turn signals worked, however tail light on left would not light up. truck is factory wired and i run several other trailers weekly that all work just fine. would be nice to have a way to let the location know this when dropping off after hours.

I drove the UHaul up under a tent where the signs advised to go if you were returning equipment. I waited there for several minutes but no one came out. Then I went inside because I assumed someone would be in there, but I had to wait in the lobby area for several minutes before someone finally came out from the back and I was able to tell them that I was returning a truck.

Made reservations for a 26 foot truck and carrier over a month and a half early and didn't have any trucks the day of my pick up. Ended up having to rent 2 separate trucks and had to travel to 2 out of town Uhaul places to pick them up and had to go to 1 Uhaul place on forest hills for carrier Then the carrier with my car on it had a blow out on the tire soon as I got off the exit in Indianapolis Indiana

The manager Justin Ring decided to charge me $150 late fee even though we returned the truck within 9 hours. However, he didn't use "late fee" on the invoice, instead he used " Cleaning fee". After working in accounting with many years of audit experience, his actions are pretty questionable by using the wrong charge category purposely. Furthermore, it is very bad customer service. $150 late fee? He refused to provide any other solutions when I asked if I could upgrade to a bigger size of truck, then I can avoid the late fee. His answer is "NO, it is $150". The total fees for renting a truck was $317. If we don't receive financial relief to something more equitable for a day of rental, Uhaul will lose us as customer forever. We will also share our experiences on social media regarding Uhaul opportunistic and poor customer service.

Employees were not wearing masks most of the time. I submitted my discount code and they didn't apply it. They were friendly anyway.

My request was rescheduled 5 times including decreasing the size of truck I requested twice. My original request was for a 17 foot truck and I ended up with a 10 foot truck. Because you charge $0.99 per mile and I was moving things between 2 locations that are about 100 miles apart multiple trips was not an option. I was unable to complete the move because the truck was too small for everything to fit. All of the rescheduling was very frustrating and stressful.

The storage space was rather expensive. The best thing about it was it’s on the first floor and by the door in the back of the building. However, you can only access the storage coming through the front door and walking to the back. The hours are not good either since they close early evening.
