My fog lights came in working. After they installed a hitch they don't work anymore.. so I don't want others to go threw this. Now I have to take it to Jeep to get an estimate and find out what happened. Only problem with that is my work schedule. So it make take days or months for me to get to the local Jeep dealershipchad E.
The two people there were amazing!! Went above and beyond to assist and be helpful. We had a couple of snags on my end and they truly went above normal customer service to rectify them. Definitely an awesome experience from both of them!! Thank you!!William C.

When I arrived, The attendant (female) told me I was in the wrong place because they didn't have anyone there to put on a hitch. Then she admitted that she didn't check the schedule and after checking the schedule saw she had 3 hitch appointments. I was witnessing the confusion on her part the whole time. When I finally left the keys with the confused attendant she said that they would call when my 1 PM appointment was finished. I waited. After 4 hours, I called the store number and ended up getting a customer service agent who said she would send the store a message to call me. Another hour went by and I called again. I got another customer service agent who also left a message for the store to call me with an update. I knew that the store was closing soon at 7 PM so I had my partner drive me to the store 30 minutes before the closing time to see what was going on. My car had been finished for a few hours and NO ONE CALLED MEâ€¦. That same woman was there and flusterdly confused on check out. By that time I knew her shtick and just wanted out of there. Had to ask her for my key though because she forgot I needed that to take my car home. Terrible experience.Robert T.

When we arrived the facility did not have have our truck rental or our storage facility rental on file. So we had to go through the whole process which took about 20 minutes. Then after we arrived with our items to put in the storage facility my card did not work so we had to track down a worker to activate my card which then took even more time. I was in need of a trailer wiring harness, and the rep. at lower burrell called uhaul on clairton blvd. They had 6 of them available. I drove the hour and half to find out they did have 6, but they were ALL reserved. Then Clairton called the one on Washington Blvd, they had 1. Since I am unfamiliar with Pitts. I asked if they would sell me one of theirs and get the one from Washington Blvd. They were VERY unwilling to help me. So I was left to fend for myself. I would not recommend Uhaul on 5 Clairton Blvd to anyone, their Custer service leaves ALOT to be desired.Kevin K.

I booked a truck on the website and received an email with my reservation information. On my way to pick up the truck a uhaul employee called to inform me that he had a truck at a different location and that I didn't have a reservation (despite having a reservation number). He explained it was simply a request for reservation. Had a truck been unavailable this would've been incredibly inconvenient. It ended up only being mildly inconvenient and annoying. The Seinfeld quote of â€œyou know how to take a reservation but don't know how to keep a reservationâ€ comes to mind. To improve- update your customer end on the website. If a truck is unavailable at a location don't send customers a â€œreservationâ€ number. In fact, don't let the truck even be booked. If you are keeping your current system then you have to update the language in your emails. You can't call it a â€œreservation numberâ€.RYAN W.

We were quoted of 59,95 $ for a brake controller (which it was) and 30,00 $ for installation of this controller. When my husband went to pay the bill, the total was 165,79 $. We had nothing to show the quote we were given so just paid the bill. Going forward we will purchase from another source and install the products ourselves. My husband could have done it easily. The only reason we went with installation was because of the quoted price. We won't return.linda K.

The equipment functioned properly and was mechanically sound. Who ever rented the trailer prior to me spilled a granular substance in the trailer that was melted to the floor. I had to use a putty knife to remove the substance then wipe down the entire floor so it was not sticky.Lucas F.

Get more trucks. I had to drive 30 minutes to another location because the closer location I had a reservation for couldn't full fill my order because there wasn't enough trucks. More miles were put on the truck than I would have originally used if I got the closer pick up and drop off location. Uhaul is still the cheapest and easiest way to rent a truck. Merci.MATTHEW B.

The vehicle was dirty and it was not cleaned at all. Also, I ordered a 10 foot UHaul almost two months ago and did not get one. We actually made a trip to this location two weeks prior just to make sure everything was ok and that we would have the 10 foot vehicle. total lack of communication. Called the LB branch to order a hitch. Didn't know but was transferred to the call center. Placed the order and asked that this hitch would be put on in LB. Turns out the hitch was sent to a place in OH and the appointment was made there, not in LB. Contacted the OH number that called and was told if the LB branch would call there, they would ship it to LB. I called LB and she said she would call and do that, and she would leave me a message letting me know she had done this. Long story short, no phone call. I stopped in the branch the wed before the scheduled install, the hitch was there but I was told very rudely, I was on the schedule for the following week, handed a printed invoice, which he high lighted the new the install date .I told him their customer service was horrible and I planned on contacting your customer service. His comment, good luck with that! I talked to at least 4 different people and your customer service is horrible. I finally received a phone call from LB one morning asking if I could bring my car in at 9 that morning. No, I had to go to work. I told her Id be picking it up on Sat and taking it else where to have it put on. She says ok. Bought the hitch with out as much as a thank you. Your manager lacks customer service, big time, and is basically just rude! My daughter also called to order a hitch for her car, she was on hold 30 minutes. LB Lost a sale.Valarie A.

When you reserve a truck online it should tell you right then where exactly you will be picking your vehicle up at, not the preferred site. If the place of pick up has to be changed you should call the customer and tell them, not by a text message, I tried calling twice when I got the text on 2 different days and was on hold for a half an hour both days without anyone answering the phone. You might have time to wait on hold all day, but I don't. When you drop off the vehicle you should be able to drop it off anywhere and not a specific site, I had to pay for extra miles because I could not drop off near my house. This whole experience was just ridiculous and will never use this company for anything ever again and would not suggest it to anyone either. Your customer service of how to work with a customer is non existent.Stephen P.

I rented a trailer on June 3 at approximately 10:00 AM at the Lorton, VA facility. I returned that trailer at Lower Burrell, PA at approximately 7:50 PM on June 4. That was far in advance of my return date/time of 10:00 AM on June 6. I was told that I would receive my receipt via email, and upon returning hone to VA I found that the Lower Burrell facility opted to not process the trailer return in with the system until almost 11:00 on June 5., and that I have been charged foe an extra day. Bottom line, this is fraud that I request be investigated to correct this overcharge. This is my second rental in approximately a month. U-Haul was unable to fulfill my first contract from the Woodbridge, VA facility, and as a result I was supposed to receive a 50 $credit for. When that fell through I rented a two way rental from the Lorton facility, and U-Haul has yet to fulfill that 50 $credit from the contract it was unable to fulfill. This makes over 80 $now that U-Haul has overcharged me. I have 2 more trailer rentals scheduled and am starting to have serious integrity concerns with the company!MICHAELCHARLES D.

Considering this was an old deot store from over 40 yrs ago, I was surprised that the FLOORS were NOT replaced. Original Montgomery Wards flooring from the 1970s is what is there. The cracked and stained floors should've been replaced especially after 40+ years. Plus it is also a business deduction! P.S Great manager! Was suppose to be ready at 2:30 and I think we didn't leave out of there til 3:40 can check photo. (Which made me loose 100 that I already paid for moving help at 3:00. Then they had no idea about my online reservation. Needed a dolly but they didn't ask which one and they gave me the utility one I needed the one for appliances. So got charged two days for a uhaul because they made me late. Then charged two days for the dolly that couldn't be used. Oh let's not forget I reserved a storage building as well. Which they didn't have ready to go. The man who worked after Jodi left was a complete nightmare to work with. I turned the trailer in at 4:45. The guy said we're all good. He never said I had to do anything with the bill so I figured they would charge my card on file and we were done. We were unpacking our truck in the garage bay area and suddenly he tells me at 7:40 that we had to have the truck out of the bay by 7:50. There was no way possible to get it done in 10 minutes. My daughter had a severe leg injury and my back has been broken twice so I don't move fast. He promised us a lock earlier and when I asked him about it he said he would bring it once we cleared out the bay. We got it out and then he told my daughter that he wasn't going to give her a lock because we had an unpaid balance on the trailer. Then he said you get a month free storage with a lock. He also lied by telling my daughter that her swipe card key wouldn't work and she had to have the door propped open with a wooden board. That left us in danger of someone walking in off the street and doing God knows what to us. We tried the key with one of us outside and one of us inside and it worked perfectly. So he lied about that and put us in danger by telling us to not secure the building. Additionally I told him that he should have told us way ahead of time that we only had till 8pm in the garage bay and he should have told us that we had to be out. He said repeatedly that it was not his responsibility and that she told me that it was closed at 8pm. We tried to get him to call her to straighten it out and he said she was in bed sleeping. When I came outside to see him he was on the phone with her no doubt complaining about us. I was trying to explain everything to her and she was very exasperated and when I tried to tell her what he was doing she said she didn't want to argue and was very dismissive. He denied saying that he told me it wasn't his job to explain about the hours and he lied about that denying he said it. He also told my daughter that I said I would come down and straighten out the balance for the trailer. I never said that because he said we're all good when I turned the trailer in and I figured anything on the balance would be put on my card. So he lied about that too. Lie 1. He promised to give us a lock and bring it to our unit. Lie 2. He said he would give us the lock once we were out of the garage bay. And that was very poor customer service because he acted like he was going to withhold the lock until we got our stuff out. It was very manipulative and deceitful because once we got our stuff out he still refused to give it to us. It was a lie to get us to get our stuff moved quickly and he never intended to give us a lock. 3. He lied about telling us that we had to remove everything. He only said the truck had to be out, not our stuff. 4. He lied about the door needing wood to prop it open and telling my daughter that the key card wouldn't work. 5. He lied about calling his manager saying he would not do it, she was asleep, then turned around and called her to complain about us. 6. He lied about what he said to me over and over again, that it wasn't his job or responsibility to let us know what time the garage bay closed. I told his manager what he said and he said, "I didn't say that. " yes, he did. So 6 outright lies in the course of just over a half an hour. This is someone who is 100 % untrustworthy to do anything in this store. Also, Dana the manager wanted us to leave our belongings in a storage space without a lock to protect it. We left at just after 9:15 pm or so. Thhat meant our storage space would be unlocked for 45 minutes while someone had access. The access opens at 5am and the manager doesn't get in till 7am. So for an additional 2 hours our stuff would be completely unsecured. Lastly, Dana's requirement that the lock had to be "silver" was nowhere in any uhaul rules. It was insane to make that a requirement. I called uhaul management and told them what she said and they said there is no such requirement. This is by far the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. And I've had some bad ones but to be lied to repeatedly, to have a manager suggest we leave our belongings unsecured for over 2 hours, and to be told she doesn't want to argue when we're trying to bring up problems caused by her employee was very unprofessional. It has been a horrible experience and Dana's apology for not telling me about the bay closing at 8pm is not enough to undo the horrible treatment we got.ELIZABETH F. | Premières impressions

Your main phone center has absolutely no idea, I mean no clue on the operations of the satellite locations. The phone center makes appointments that the office cannot keep. The office and the phone center do not share the same schedule. My 7:00 AM appointment that was made by the phone center did not exist on the stores schedule.
