Found out about the storage rental for a free month while loading our truck. I spoke with the lady at our drop off location who was extremely helpful and got us set up. Putting things in the storage unit was much easier than moving them at one time into our new home.

JEREMY W | Overall ExperienceTHE REASON I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FREINDS IS BECAUSE IVE HAD MY STORAGE UNIT FOR A YEAR AND HALF PAUD $85 MONTHLY I TURNED AROUND THIS MONTH PD MY BILL AS DUE ON 3RD , AND COULD FINALLY CLOSE MY STORAGE UNIT ON THE 9TH . TO FIND OUT UHAUL WILL NOT PRORATE THE BALANCE . SO I FEEL THATS A RIP OFF TO PEOPLE .VERY UPSET AND HONESTLY UP TILL THAT POINT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM BUT NOT WHEN YOUR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF CAUSE THEY WILL RENT THAT SPACE OUT AND MAKE MORE MONEY ON TOP THE MONEY THEY SHOULD BE PRORATEING BACK TO ME. LUKE ALMOST A FULL MONTH .
