It was much more expensive than I originally discussed with someone at U-Haul. The price on the website was 14,95 per day- that was definitely not the case. I spoke with several people and received different answers each time. On your website it states that the trailer is weather resistant- that is not what the inside of the trailer states. I figured this out after some of my belongings were wet from rain.

Thank you for a GREAT experience. We moved back home (hometown area) from Arkansas and it was exciting to see this beautiful UHaul layout built on the original grounds of JCP and Montgomery Wards (old.school). It was nice, cool, clean and convenient. Great price and excellent customer service. Thank you!! Without any reservations, I highly recommend this location.

There was a lot of miscommunication between uhaul corporate, the actual location and the moving help division of uhaul. I had to jump through too many hoops to get my belongings delivered in a timely manner. I don't have an issue with this location, but corporate needs to be more organized.

I originally had scheduled a truck pick up in Natrona Heights and was called by customer service agent and said that there were no trucks available that that location so it was switched to Lower Burrell. When I went to pick the rental up Saturday morning, there was no truck available until after 5pm because the customer service agent put a pick up in for 10pm instead of 10am. I waited until the following day to pick up a rental. Then, I was unable to return it in a different location which was extremely inconvenient. I called the customer service line and they said that they would look into it but nothing was done about it. I am very unhappy about the issues with the services.

I do not own a pickup truck so when the need arises, and it has over time, this Uhaul location is my go-to place. Dana has been there from the beginning and is always helpful and knows the business well. The vehicles are always in excellent condition and ready to go.

When I dropped off the truck at the location, I followed the signs as directed. There was a location out in front of the building with sign stating to park the vehicle and wait with the equipment until an associate would arrive. That associate never arrived. I ended up going inside the building to return my keys. While I don't care at all that I had to go into the building, I wonder as to why there are directional signs telling you otherwise. I stood outside with the truck wondering when the associate would arrive. As my time was short I ended up going inside . The staff, once inside, were friendly and efficient. I am just curious as to the directional signs available to the customer.

The location is not close to where I originally rented but I was delighted that we could rent for two days so I was happy to drive the extra miles. Thank you for accommodating us!

We rented a U-haul from Denver to Pittsburgh, one-way for 5 days. Cleaned and vacuumed the truck when done and returned it on time. This location charged an extra $118 for an extra day and a cleaning fee. Both workers I spoke to on the phone refused to remove this unauthorized charge from my card with no remorse. They just regurgitate the phrase, "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". They are thieves and swindlers. U-haul has piss poor customer service. If you can find any other company to rent from, I would recommend it. I will never use U-haul again in my life and I will go out of my way to not use them. Overall I feel very misled with your service. I went from expecting about a$100-$150 rental to over $200 plus I returned the truck with more gas than when I started. And the cab stunk like cigarettes and the back of the vehicle had a stain that looked like blood (and yes this pickup location found a dead body the day I picked up my rental). Finally I was misled that if I returned the truck by 3:30 on Sunday I would not have had a three day rental. (I returned the truck at 2:30) The truck itself did what we needed it to do but the cost we paid was too much. I've shopped at the store before for boxes and have found great products at fair prices. Disappointed that your rental pricing is so misleading

Employee was very rude. Making an online reservation does not mean you have a reservation and when you show up they do not have what you "reserved". I only continued to use this facility because we were in need of the unit asap or else I would have looked elsewhere.

Happy with the the staff and their professionalism Danielle was it always a great help the only suggestion that I might have is that the company have a pair of bolt cutters so when one may have lost their key they would be able to the borrow or rent the Cutters put remove the lock

When we arrived the facility did not have have our truck rental or our storage facility rental on file. So we had to go through the whole process which took about 20 minutes. Then after we arrived with our items to put in the storage facility my card did not work so we had to track down a worker to activate my card which then took even more time. The front desk worker was very kind and helpful but the whole process took much longer than necessary since they were not working or in the system.

Truck wasn't not available or at time suppose to be. Then was told it wasn't available and I had to go to another place to pick up. Then come to find out the location I scheduled did have my truck then was delayed with moving. The storage building I was assigned was already someone else's. Then the rocket movers cancelled on me the day of and Still took my money 287.00. Now I have to pay for another day with the truck because of your business

Don't like that I lost the key you can help me get the log off. I had to find somebody to get the lock off and then they have like damage the door on the storage unit when I never touch that just a lot.

My only comment would be to have another employee there to wait on customers if there becomes a line. There were four people behind me, and with an extra employee, they would get through they are transactions faster.

Beyond the fact of charging more than I was supposed to for my shed and told that I had a bigger one and it wasn't the amount you're supposed to be and I got all these late charges it was ridiculous it was an auto pay so how do I get late fees and they're they're not helpful at all there's only one woman in there that does is nice the rest are just they don't even want to be there at atude I would never go back there

Considering this was an old deot store from over 40 yrs ago, I was surprised that the FLOORS were NOT replaced. Original Montgomery Wards flooring from the 1970s is what is there. The cracked and stained floors should've been replaced especially after 40+ years. Plus it is also a business deduction! P.S Great manager! She was very helpful and nice!!

Was suppose to be ready at 2:30 and I think we didn't leave out of there til 3:40 can check photo. (Which made me loose 100 that I already paid for moving help at 3:00. Then they had no idea about my online reservation. Needed a dolly but they didn't ask which one and they gave me the utility one I needed the one for appliances. So got charged two days for a uhaul because they made me late. Then charged two days for the dolly that couldn't be used. Oh let's not forget I reserved a storage building as well. Which they didn't have ready to go. And the card to access building didn't work lol And all the info I did online I had to re do at the facility with these stupid women who seemed incapable of doing their jobs with their masks falling down their nose constantly during a pandemic.

The staff are very helpful. The first month free is a nice perk. My only complaint is that I couldn't access my storage units after 10 pm.

The man who worked after Jodi left was a complete nightmare to work with. I turned the trailer in at 4:45. The guy said we're all good. He never said I had to do anything with the bill so I figured they would charge my card on file and we were done. We were unpacking our truck in the garage bay area and suddenly he tells me at 7:40 that we had to have the truck out of the bay by 7:50. There was no way possible to get it done in 10 minutes. My daughter had a severe leg injury and my back has been broken twice so I don't move fast. He promised us a lock earlier and when I asked him about it he said he would bring it once we cleared out the bay. We got it out and then he told my daughter that he wasn't going to give her a lock because we had an unpaid balance on the trailer. Then he said you get a month free storage with a lock. He also lied by telling my daughter that her swipe card key wouldn't work and she had to have the door propped open with a wooden board. That left us in danger of someone walking in off the street and doing God knows what to us. We tried the key with one of us outside and one of us inside and it worked perfectly. So he lied about that and put us in danger by telling us to not secure the building. Additionally I told him that he should have told us way ahead of time that we only had till 8pm in the garage bay and he should have told us that we had to be out. He said repeatedly that it was not his responsibility and that she told me that it was closed at 8pm. We tried to get him to call her to straighten it out and he said she was in bed sleeping. When I came outside to see him he was on the phone with her no doubt complaining about us. I was trying to explain everything to her and she was very exasperated and when I tried to tell her what he was doing she said she didn't want to argue and was very dismissive. He denied saying that he told me it wasn't his job to explain about the hours and he lied about that denying he said it. He also told my daughter that I said I would come down and straighten out the balance for the trailer. I never said that because he said we're all good when I turned the trailer in and I figured anything on the balance would be put on my card. So he lied about that too. Lie 1. He promised to give us a lock and bring it to our unit. Lie 2. He said he would give us the lock once we were out of the garage bay. And that was very poor customer service because he acted like he was going to withhold the lock until we got our stuff out. It was very manipulative and deceitful because once we got our stuff out he still refused to give it to us. It was a lie to get us to get our stuff moved quickly and he never intended to give us a lock. 3. He lied about telling us that we had to remove everything. He only said the truck had to be out, not our stuff. 4. He lied about the door needing wood to prop it open and telling my daughter that the key card wouldn't work. 5. He lied about calling his manager saying he would not do it, she was asleep, then turned around and called her to complain about us. 6. He lied about what he said to me over and over again, that it wasn't his job or responsibility to let us know what time the garage bay closed. I told his manager what he said and he said, "I didn't say that. " yes, he did. So 6 outright lies in the course of just over a half an hour. This is someone who is 100 % untrustworthy to do anything in this store. Also, Dana the manager wanted us to leave our belongings in a storage space without a lock to protect it. We left at just after 9:15 pm or so. Thhat meant our storage space would be unlocked for 45 minutes while someone had access. The access opens at 5am and the manager doesn't get in till 7am. So for an additional 2 hours our stuff would be completely unsecured. Lastly, Dana's requirement that the lock had to be "silver" was nowhere in any uhaul rules. It was insane to make that a requirement. I called uhaul management and told them what she said and they said there is no such requirement. This is by far the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. And I've had some bad ones but to be lied to repeatedly, to have a manager suggest we leave our belongings unsecured for over 2 hours, and to be told she doesn't want to argue when we're trying to bring up problems caused by her employee was very unprofessional. It has been a horrible experience and Dana's apology for not telling me about the bay closing at 8pm is not enough to undo the horrible treatment we got.

Your main phone center has absolutely no idea, I mean no clue on the operations of the satellite locations. The phone center makes appointments that the office cannot keep. The office and the phone center do not share the same schedule. My 7:00 AM appointment that was made by the phone center did not exist on the stores schedule. Uhaul has a real problem that's clearly under the radar. This is a huge flaw and needs investigated. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.

Dana was very helpful and friendly in getting storage all set up under a stressful time. Was very grateful for the easy and fast set up. Jessie also help answering questions and helping with the pick up of the truck. Thank you both for all your help in making this move smoother. The staff there is wonderful

The only concern was we needed to access the large area for loading and was originally told it would be available til 7. We arrived at 5:50pm and gentleman came and told us he was locking the door in 5 mins and had to use small door which wouldnt work for us because we had large furniture to load. Asked for at least 15 mins but we had to come back next day.
