Horrible customer service. Upon arriving, we were given the keys to the truck. The guy at the desk pointed towards the truck and told us it we were all set up. How this should have been handled: a.) How about telling us where in the lot we should drop the truck off? When we got back to the lot to return the truck, there were no available spaces. I even saw a Uhaul on the side of the road but the drop off instructions specifically said to park on the property. Looks like that person didn't know where they should've parked either. b.) There was no explanation on how to use the truck. We had to figure out the levers our selves. Also, the dolly was still zip tied in the truck which did not make sense as we had rented it. Again, no one told us anything on this. c.) This was the worst part of the experience- the headlights did not work! We were using the truck to move at night and the headlights did not work. I had to drive using the brights (which was not automatic and required me to hold the wheel at all times freeing one of my hands which is illegal. Also when I turned the truck, my hand had to come off the brights as i had to hit the blinker while also turning the wheel- HIGHLY DANGEROUS You can improve.. - Making sure a customer gets into the truck knowing its ins and outs - Showing a customer where in the lot to park when they return/ have a location for the truck upon its return - Having an employee check the trucks so that customers don't run into a similar situation like mine (headlights not working during a nighttime move.)

We had to wait a long time to get help at this location. The woman behind the counter was clearly overwhelmed and was extremely rude to other customers. We could tell no one was winning, so bent over backwards not to upset her any further. This may not be the job for her.

I tried to add on a furniture dolly part way through my afternoon rental. I went to the store, and it took 20 minutes. The staff did not know how to work the online uhaul system. Clearly your system is hard to use, and your employees need more training on it. Additionally, I was charged for an after hours return, even though I returned my equipment before the store closed.

Passed around uhaul locations multiple times. When I finally got placed, 3 hours after my initial reservation, I had to wait there for an hour for them to look up what happened and how I ended up there. My rental time got cut into because of how long I was at the uhaul location. Lastly, they had the truck running when I got into the truck. I did not receive a paper copy of where the gas mileage was and no one walked around the truck with me for any previous damage. I filled the gas up where it was when I got in the truck and informed the lady who took me to the truck that the return time should be changed, along with the gas mileage because I was there waiting for the truck for an hour. I was charged another $75 after returning the vehicle. Very unprofessional. I have used uhaul multiple times in the past but I will not be returning.

She definitely made my experience positive and memorable at the UHAUL location at Greenville Ave. Definitely recommending this location and the rentable containers to friends! - Natalie K.

The customer service was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Once I got my rental, there was some weird stain on one of the seats and the truck was just dirty as a whole.

The truck size that was recommended by the employees was too small. It didn’t have a ramp and was really hard on my moving team. Cost me extra trips.

I have had 2 experiences with this location in the past 6 weeks. I rented a truck to move apartments and had 0 issues, then i rented a van to pick up a couch i was buying. When I went to rent the van the shop only had 2 employees, and was busy. I waited about 25 minutes for my turn and was told by the employee helping me that I was late. I purchased 15 miles and was told to return the van with 1/4 tank of gas. The van had a different amount of miles on the gauge than what was in the link to the check in that I was sent. I received the van with 5179 miles, and dropped it off with 5191 miles and a 1/4 tank of gas. I used a total of 11 miles over the course of and hour and a half. I got my receipt and was charged for additional mileage and gas. I can understand when a shop is short staffed, but overall I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be using this location again.

I’ve never left a negative feedback. U-Box arrived early but I received no call/email. When I called I was placed on hold for an hr and transferred back and forth. Not pleased with our experience.
