GM Mitch is very unfriendly!! I was given THE WRONG SIZE TRUCK, and once I took it home and the size was evaluated, I brought it back under 30mins and I was still charged. I WANT MY CREDIT PLACE BACK ON MY CARD.

I would recommend this place because of location and ability to schedule online - however the customer service person in the morning was not very happy to be at work first thing in the morning nor was she happy to help us. For this reason, I will take my business elsewhere.

The lady at the counter was rude and horrible to us. I ordered items online and had the receipt to show for it and she canceled items she wanted to cancel. I not only would never go here again I will be posting on social media that this location is rude and aggressive. Worst customer service ever.

The location is fine and the people who work that are very nice. The 24/7 truck checkout using the app is a joke. Absolute waste of time. Park go find the truck which is like a block away. Fill out some stuff walk a block back to main building get the keys then walk back to the turn. Put in your passport or utility bill. Yeah right I go to U-Haul with my passport. I won’t be using that again until U-Haul makes some major changes. It should be a convenience not a pain in the ass to use.

The lady was rude and she didnt even come outsode to inspect the truck with me. I waited to reply so that I could cool off. I asked her was 52 miles enough miles and she said we do 20 percent over and the route was 54 miles. That being said I was charged for mileage and gas I was on 31 miles to empty when I got into the truck and brought it back on 43 miles to empty and was charged for gas also.

Why do you have express check out online if you have to do the process all over at store. Then your system can’t allow a half ton pickup truck pull a 5’x8’ trailer. Plus trailer had wet leaves on the inside.

The tie down on the top of tbe front wall was broken and i did not know it until i got to where i needed the trailer. Disappointed. Why did u guys even have the trailet on the lot to rent in the first place. But the people at the counter very nice. And helpfull

The staff at the Madison TN. Moving Court location is all about customer service. They were accomidating about moving my pickup date a day ahead of my original day due to weather and holiday travel.

I didn't like having a confirmed rental from my area store only to have to go to a different store to get my rental because my local store didn't have the car tow dolly.. Which added 25 miles to the miles I had to pay for!!!

The two guys that were completing the rental process really do not need to be behind the counter. They should be out maintaining equipment, or anything else really. Their customer service skills are lacking and unprofessional. Even after having all information entered and pre-registered information online - still stood in line for 30 minutes. Was not a speedy process. I would recommend having a person behind the counter completing rental agreements, and another person getting equipment ready. Sunday should be better especially with limited places open for rentals.

The two guys that helped me with trailer were excellent and would have made me a customer for life, if it weren't for the female manager who checked me back in the next day. I had the hitch installed at the facility a couple of years back and have rented a few times. This time I got there and forgot my hitchball. I was under some time constraints and rather then making me go home and get mine they loaned me one for the day. When I returned th unit I told the manager to take the hitchball because the two guys were nice enough to loan it to me. She immediately wanted to know what they looked like and when I said "I don't remember" she said it's just two of them so she can figure it out and basically indicated they were in big trouble for violating the rules. What a complete jerk - turned a customer for life based on her two employees doing the right thing into a "well, I'll go back if I have to" customer based on her idiotic and non-customer friendly approach. What a jerk.

4 people behind the counter, not sure what they were doing. None of them greeted me. One other person was handling customers.

I will never use this location to rent a truck from again. Completely rude and unprofessional staff. Waited for 15 minutes waiting to turn my truck in and no one came out. Went inside and apparently interrupted a conversation with two women and they were clearly annoyed. Told the short gray haired bitch I was turning my truck in and she tried to act like I was stupid for coming in. She took the keys and I asked if that was all and all she said was yep. I went out with her to make sure she inspected the vehicle because I didn't know what was going on. She didn't say a word to me about any additional charges or anything. I got home only to get an email stating that I was charged for fuel. I put $15 in gas in the truck using the guide that was printed on my receipt just like I always do. (I rent from U-Haul very often.) The fuel level was correct. She was just pissed that she had to deal with me. She could have at LEAST told me that she thought it was off. If she was a manager then bless her heart. She needs a new job. The guy I rented from the day before was terrible too. It's a bad location and I'll never be back.

The tank was on 1/4 and it was not enough gas to wait until the end of the rental and fill back up- trucks should never be that low- who wants to fill up twice or go before you are done with the truck and be forced to over fill and guess how much you'll use to be above the amount allowed.

You can start with the original truck I ordered! After gettin my second tuck I noticed the gas tank was a 1/4. Unacceptable. The people at the location were unapologetic and unprofessional. I returned with more than enough gas and my 4hr rental was cut to 3:45 after THEY held me up! Will never use Uhaul again.

I was given false information when i called in to reserve i was given a price supposedly this was locked in when i arrive to pick up my reservation i was informed that it would cost $40.00 more than what was quoted. My recomendation is that the total price be disclosed when reserving a rental unit.
