He told us if we returned the trailer early, we would get a refund. We picked it up 2/3/21 11:41 am and returned it 2/6/21 10:43 am. We paid for a week and got NO compensation returned to us. I can't believe there is NO return early policy after we paid 1 000 $for 3 days! Terrible.DALE C.

Was given a vehicle that didn't match what I had reserved (which is understandable since I was late picking up). But the truck I did get was waaaay under the gas that was stated on check in sheet. I notified the gentleman inside who said he would take care of it. And now I see I'm not only being billed incorrectly but the mileage doesn't even have the correct starting mileage number.LUCAS W.

Overall see service was ok.. however I used U-haul storage as well...got a bill for April March 27 PAID IT..but I moved out March 30..was told I could not be refunded for my payment...I know businesses are struggling during the pandemic BUT to operate like this... anyway unfortunately I'll be using the rental truck again when I move in the future (supply/demand) but I'll never use the storage facility again. I don't know if U-haul operates in franchise and/or company only- hopefully one day you'll revise your contract- probably won't just thought I'd throw it in there.INETTA W.
I did not receive a copy of my contract, even though they said it was going to be emailed to me, and had to make several calls to find out where to drop off the equipment, as the person helping me changed the drop location. I found out from the person at the drop location that I could have been charged with theft had I gotten pulled over, and not had a copy of the contract...was NOT thrilled with that news...JOSEPH G.

My scheduled pickup was at the 1515 location. I waited in line and at my turn, was told they did not have my scheduled truck available and tried to offer me a smaller 15 inch truck. They told me to go to the Madison location, which I did and had to wait in line again and register again, even though I had my previous order with me. I was over an hour behind schedule because the truck I scheduled in advance was not available Upon pickup and it was beginning to thunder/rain! Upon return, I wasn't given a refund because they said I owed $13.00 in order to fill the truck back up. My deposit was$100.00...they said my fee was $100.00 even, gave me a sheet alleging where the gas mark was and that was it...said nothing about the amount of mileage used. The truck was rented on a Sunday, 3/28/21; therefore, upon return, there was no one available to talk with. This was the worst experience I have ever experienced While moving in my entire life and I am A 62 year old female. I came back to get my refund alone and I felt misused and cheated. It is so hard to trust people to do the right thing or offer the proper customer service anymore. Thank you ðŸ™VANESSA M.

The truck I rented was dirty on the inside like it had never been cleaned. Also my card was charged and so was my husband's card. I don't talk to them about refunds because last time when I was double charged, they said to talk to my bank because it wasn't their fault. Well the system charged quite a few customers twice and refunded twice. That is not my fault. I was charged $62.50 and my husband was charged $82.50.ALMA C.
