As someone who has worked food service, retail, and customer service, I understand how annoying it is when customers arrive just before closing. I also know one should still assist a customer at that time. I was turned away 5 minutes before closing while attempting to return the truck. The app was wholly unstable during checkout, and I was attempting to avoid using it for the return. Again, I understand it's annoying, but not at all right to be refused while on premises during business hours. As predicted the app was horrid on check-in. I spent 30 minutes in the cold repeating the process until it finally worked. I also needed to speak to them about a possible double charge, or a breakdown of fees to see why my final price was $100 more than quoted originally.

This was a pretty bad experience for me. I spent way too much time fighting to resolve this than I should have. The general manager of the location did a great job helping and credited me back the difference (with help from the drop off location), but in my opinion I feel like I should have received a larger discount or credit due to SO many things wrong with the pickup, the missing equipment, the lying about the gas amount, etc. Pretty bad experience for giving away half a thousand dollars.

The clerk couldn't get his his computer to check us out. So we had to wait a long time for another clerk to help us. Then he quoted us info on the insurance that wasn't correct. He said it would cover the contents, but we later read it would not cover contents if they are stolen.

We would recommend the location employees show the upswell items that they are loading into the rented asset. In our case we rented blankets as an add on, but where not shown the items or quantity loaded in the trailer. Then after we left noticed only 10 of the dozen we provided.

I took The unit home found that all four tires were low and the two Rear tires have leaking How to return and wait over 2 1/2 hours new tires put on it after IHave loaded the unit the night before.

The customer service wasn't that great I tried to use a discount code (my sister works for uhaul) and the customer service representative did not know how to use it on my order and instead of asking he just said do it when you return the truck. When I returned they said that should have been done from the start too late now. Not very happy with the representative that misdirected me!!!

The last time I rented a trailer the side rails had cut outs large enough to pass a ratchet strap through them, this trailer had tiny holes that I could barely pass small rope through, it made it very hard to secure my cargo. And I suspect that less and less people actually know how to tie proper knots. Please retrofit your older trailers with more user friendly tie down points. I was very disappointed by this. I may be looking elsewhere next time I need a moving trailer.

Employee, Daniel was extremely rude about my pick up time. Equipment was not in the truck like it was supposed to be and I was still charge for it. Truck was not ready and where it was to be when I picked it up. Lock for the truck was completely broken so I had to buy a lock to ensure the doors stayed closed going down the highway. Completely awful experience.

I showed up right at opening so I was expecting not a morning person. But instead I got the happiest most delightful person I've ever dealt with. Just his outgoing personality and positive attitude I picked up on, and I wasn't there 5 minutes. I truly felt that he appreciated my business. I just wish I could remember his name. Trailer had oily residue on floor when I picked it up. I did not know it until I got home and started loading. I was able to cover floor of trailer with tarp to protect my belongings.

Make sure you get what the customer is wanting when making a reservation. That's why it's called a reservation. U-haul changed the truck size on my RESERVATION and had to go to a different town to pickup the truck. When a customer makes a reservation make sure you work on getting it they're way.. i still haven't received my refund on a tow i rented and refund on insurance i got on it

Was informed by the employees at this location that they no longer rent dollies or furniture pads because “people don't return them” so my 80 year old grandmother who was picking up her uhaul to move was told she could purchase a dolly, but that they would not be filling her order of a dolly and furniture pads at all.

The facility is congested and difficult to get in and out. The employees do not greet you. When I dropped my equipment off I was left standing in the office for 30 minutes while the employee went to check my equipment in and help another customer. I had to ask for a receipt. And the facility looks like it has never been cleaned.

Have brochure to give customers who are new to the area so that they can have a little insight about the area such as restaurants. I can remember the guys name that was their at 7AM this morning 10-28-2020. He really went above and beyond his job to give the customers before me the best customer experience they could possibly receive. He was outside chizzeling Ice off windows and warming up truck's. He helped me with my return issues in a timely and efficient manner.

They didn't have the size truck I reserved, had to go to 2 locations to get a smaller size...reservations were for 3:30 pm...didn't get the truck till 4:40...took act of Congress to get the appliance dolly I reserved & I got one furniture blanket out of 10. Why offer things you cannot & do not intend to deliver on? Worst experience EVER.

The computer system was down when I arrived to get the trailer, luckily I had checked in on line. 2 hours later when I came back the system was still down but the employee was able to get through after several tries. Employees and equipment was great, computer system seems to need an update.

I ordered a 26' truck and had to drive 20miles to get a 20' because my reservation was not there. I received the $50 credit but that does not cover time and fuel to go to the new location. Also my stuff did not all fit in the 20' and I have to now rent a trailer to finish moving. After this move I will not use u haul if they can't make things right. I will use private moving places.

The two times I used them I had reserved my rentals. Both times they completely changed what o had reserved to something that was twice as expensive. When something is reserved online I expect it to be what I’m getting: midland uhaul is screwing people just because they work in the oil field and assume everyone has a pile of money. Never again.... NEVER
