Absolutely nothing needs to change! The management team is extremely professional and knowledgeable! Every single employee at this location is extremely helpful and professional! I have to point out Anthony and Vincent both helped me out today getting a rather difficult electrical installation for my trailer hitch. I think and appreciate each and every person and all their patients today, I hope to be back soon, and highly recommend everyone comes to this location and only this location

An employee on the clock running up to customers and checking in a vehicle with a lit cigarette blowing smoke in my face and into the vehicle i am returning makes a terrible first impression. Happened at both locations. Still has not refunded my deposit. I will not do business with this company again.

I made reservation a day before with a UHall in HB since they didn’t have cargo van they told me to pick up a van at Westminster location, I was there early in the morning but they were other customers in front of me after waiting for my turn I got some one that I think he was new employe so giving the excuse of computer being slow it took almost 50 minutes till I got a van, I just needed the van so I can take a sofa bed back to IKEA store, I was back within 4 hours but again after returning the van I had to wait and find a guy to give the key back, anyhow I have been charged on my credit card for the total of miles even I specifically asked him if I return the van within the time limit, he asked me how many miles i think I will use , I told him probably around 30 to 40 miles. I would like you to look in to this matter and find out why I was charged for the total of miles. Thank you . Sincerely : Jamie Shahinfar

I found a beer bottle in the vehicle after I picked it up, but the equip return guy said "I don't care about that." OK then. Then the returns guy said it was under filled by 1.5 gallons. Wanted my fuel receipt, which I didn't have, since I forgot. So, take a picture of the fuel gauge at pickup and return.

Took 2 days to get through with out severe waiting time. Bailey couldn't find my account put me on hold for 9 minutes so I hung up. Called back later spoke to a young man, who handled it perfectly.

We were very unhappy with being told had been set aside two 5x10 units versus the 10x10 I reserved. Certain large items had to be left out and I was forced to buy two locks. Bad experience

The actual move-in date was 11-17. Your location in Westminster is clean secure & convenient , There was a mix-up regarding the truck I rented. However the manager Anthony worked things out thank you

Five days before move in I secured a storage unit. When we got there they were nice and took my money. When it came tome to go to the unit, there were none available. No i would not recommend.

I had a serious issue with one of the employees. The manager on location did take care of this however, an employee should yell at a customer and never lock a person upstairs and turn the elevator off
