Your staff is extremely rude. I asked for a 30 minute extension and he said that's totally fine and hung up and then proceeded to charge me $30. I would've expected him to inform me there is a charge for extending your time or even let me know he's charging my card or even give me a receipt. When I asked the representative that was assisting me about it, his coworker interrupted and very rudely said “it was in your contract.” I understand that but I was making a point that the professional thing to do is simply mention there will be an additional fee. On top of that, I was actually only 12 minutes past my return time (I rented for 4 hours, 11-3). The man who interrupted was simply so rude and disrespectful for no reason. He has a serious attitude problem and I am not sure I would come back to this location because of that.

Easy access facility. Everything top notch. Kelly and her staff are awesome. Would recommend using this facility for all your storage needs. Very secure. Never worried a minute about my possessions while stored there.

The truck was dirty on the inside with metal shavings throughout & the cab had coffee, soda all over it. Very little gas & when I returned it I made sure it had more gas in it then when I got it.

I've had a horrible experience and never in my life have been treated so bad by a company. I am still awaiting a pending 1200$ charge to be removed hopefully from my bank account from you. Horrible experience at pick up, horrible service at drop off, app didn't work and now am filing a claim

When I made my reservation I made it for 7am and going to use the mobile pickup option. When I went to do this the morning of the rental it said I had to wait to do it in person at 9am!!!! When I complained about this the person that I spoke to simply said I don't know what happened. No resolution. The truck maxed out at 75mph. I drove it 200 mile 100 of which the speed limit is 70 which means everyone goes 79. It wasn't fun.

The site only had one person on duty and that was the manager, as the other employees called in for the weekend. For some reason, this location, like other industries are experiencing labor shortages. It took an hour to get the vehicle and the pre-reserved storage. For some reason - this location could not pull up what we reserved. It was awkward that it took this long.

The truck was a certified piece of crap to be honest. Brakes were sketchy (warped rotor I believe) had a terrible shimmy in the front end, leaked power steering fluid (I had to add some) this truck has nearly 170000 miles on it.

I am still waiting for response on a $396 charge that was incorrect. I have had the worst customer experience in my life from your company. People are rude as well. I am a travel nurse will never use your company again and will be spreading the word on social media and to all my travel nurse friends if this is not resolved! Tried to be nice and resolve this in a respectful way unfortunately your company does not seem to respond to that.

The cargo area was dirty. We swept it out and prepped it for loading. The cab smelled like smoke. The cab did have a hanging air freshener but we used our own. The billing estimate was off of the actual cost by $70 dollars. The kid working meant well but she was very nervous and perhaps still learning the job. Enterprise has a truck rental across the river. Is a hassle to rent from when this U Haul is close. But, they are professional.

The driver's seat belt was VERY difficult to unlatch. The front brakes are getting thin, I was hitting the wear bar whenever I hit the brakes. I notified the location of these issues when I returned the truck,

I informed them I did not receive any blankets and I ordered 6 dozen blankets. I also ordered an appliance dolle and did not receive it. I was told I would receive a credit and they charged me double when I returned my uhaul. I have left messages and called with no success in fixing this issue.

Flashers / turning indicators were working but taillights weren't working on the first unit we were assigned, but quickly & cheerfully swapped it out for another. Two wires were corroded through and appears to have been OOS for some time.

Team members need to make eye contact, speak up and clearly, returns should be handled as posted. I waited outside in dock area where sign says to stay and wait for member to come out. Well after 10 minutes I walked in to find 3 team members behind the counter not doing anything.

I was told I couldn't take the 4x8 on the lot, I would get a call by 6 for a different location. No call. Next morning, I called, and they said the trailer was dropped off late at night. I went in, and was given the exact trailer from the night before. Staff was friendly and helpful, though. Left tire had outside trade but when I made it to my destination, we saw the inside was bare. Called drop off location at 4:00 and he wasn't there, gave new phone number, no one answered and VM was full. Had to call scheduling and get a new drop site.

I didn't have a disc block but I read that it was at the discretion of the U-Haul person to let me use my own lock as long as it fit the locker and I didn't have one of those discs locks but I did have a combination lock and they did let me use it but then I went back to retrieve my items and there was a red lock on my locker and they had locked me out of it and I wish they would have not done that since the okayed my lock in the first place. I was told that the person that had helped me before was not experienced.

I would like to thank Ms. Ransom for her excellent customer service skills. I made a error in the size trailer I needed, She corrected it for me because I told her I needed the trailer to take my lawn mower to the shop by 12 o'clock and it was 11:30. Her quick response enable me to make the the shop with 5 minutes left.

The whole process went very smooth. Was hooked up and headed out very quickly, and when I returned trailer, I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle, they came and disconnected me as soon as I was in the parking lot. Will use this location again, when the need arises

Charged 100 dollars for using a prepaid card. I had the truck the there at 740 and it took until 813 for the app to work. So it past 8. So the charged me 103,08 when it should have been like 84 or 85.

Using the online service I chatted with 2 separate customer service individuals. The 1st disconnected after one minute of no communication stating I went offline. She said that I was to be charged $61 additional for an additional day, asked for my authorization to charge my card, and then disconnected without me giving authorization. The 2nd person I spoke with then said I could have the 2nd additional day at no charge . I have screenshots of the end of both communications. When I contacted u-haul after they charged me $61 without my authorization, I was told to wait 5 days to hear from someone. Not so great in my opinion.
