Please make sure the Dolly's have everything on them. Our maintenance dolly only had one ring. It made moving more difficult.


The rental agent was rude and unprofessional. I waited in the office for nearly 10 minutes with no one around. When he did finally come out, he went straight to a shelf and started moving things around, ignoring me. I had to greet him and ask for assistance. He acted like I was bothering him the whole time, and he actually flicked my drivers license back at me. It was really bizarre.


The customer service rep at this location, I'm not sure of his name, referred to my 20 year old son as “little man” when he said no to my son's request to use the bathroom as it was against company policy. I have no problem with the rule. I have a problem with your employee referring to my son as anything but “sir”, as in, “I'm sorry SIR but our restroom is for employees only”. I will not be using this location again unless it is absolutely necessary to meet my needs. I was also less than impressed with the online platform. It required multiple attempts to successfully navigate.


Just had to drop the unit off. Took picks to verify the trailer was swept clean and in good working order.

Do not treat customers like employees. Customers do not need to replace the work of checking out and checking in vehicles during normal business hours that are performed by U-Haul employees. Your company markets self-check in as "convenient" to the customer; I don't see how that benefited me as a customer at all. To the contrary, this was a major inconvenience--specifically because I don't normally perform the role of assessing whether the rental vehicle was returned to your company's satisfaction or not. As long as U-Haul has this policy in place, I will be using another moving company for my family's needs.


I rented a 12 foot open trailer yesterday (10/19/20) at 12:00 p.m. I was accommodating to a new employee which caused my rental process to be extended for approximately 30 minutes. It was no big deal to me because the Manager, Kelly (I believe), was great, super friendly and provided fantastic customer service. I rented the trailer for 6 hours but I got called into work so I couldn't return it until 8 a.m. on 10/20/20. As soon as I arrived I was not greeted with a Hello but an already obviously annoyed Ashley Lils. Ashley said she was charging me a second day rental for not having the trailer back in 6 hours. I explained to Ashley that I had the trailer for 20 hours and it made no sense to charge me for having the trailer for 48 hours. I told her what she was doing to me wasn't right. Ashley then said she was going to charge me a cleaning fee. I hauled metal objects not leaves, dirt or rock. This trailer is an open trailer and it is exposed to the elements whether it is parked in my driveway or in the parking lot of the U-Haul store. I told Ashley that too isn't fair because the trailer was returned in the same condition has I had rented it. Ashley said that U-Haul provided cleaning products to clean the trailer when I rented it. This is not true! I was not provided any cleaning products when I rented it and it wasn't dirty. I hauled machinery not yard waste. To sum up my experience Kelly was great Ashley is a thief and bad person. I will be following up with Kelly today about this issue.


This location appears to be the best run in area.

Be more professional. Tell people if adapters are needed for electrical ahead of time, so I don't have to pay for an adapter. I would have had one prior if I knew this trailer wasn't the new style. Update you site. I wanted a trailer from Davenport. I didn't want to drive to Moline. Also, don't show that its possible to take a trailer one way if not sites offer it.


The girls in this location were terrific. Helpful and knowledgeable.

a little friendly customer service might make it a better experience


Inside of windshield was very dirty. Cab really dusty, not cleaned. When dropping off my ride went to wrong location, I forgot my phone and asked the man at the desk if I could use the phone he said no and I'm not going to.let you use my cell either. He was very rude, no thank you when dropping off, no hi how are you. Very unprofessional. Waited in line 10 min to pick up and same for drop off

I tried to help diagnose wiring problem with first dolly, however, too much corrosion in all connections prevented it from working properly. The second dolly worked fine. Kudos to the women I helped in Moline, she tried very hard to make the wiring work.


The person that helped us was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly both at check out and again at check in.

Our truck smelled like puke. Called the store for replacement as soon as we opened the back of the truck. Told they had nothing available, didn't offer to clean or replace. Also booked it over the phone with the plan to drop off at another location. Told at pickup there would be upcharge. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and will not rent from this location again.

The lady was nice at drop off. She had to drive the truck around the building and park it quite a bit away. My husband was inside waiting for her return as I watched outside. It was very hot outside about 95. The lady had to walk the blankets (12) from truck to side of store. She tried to grab them all and get down from truck but they fell. My husband ran out there,, after having a long day of moving, and helped her get them all to the store. We had a charge of around $10.00 for gas (went over on mileage) and she said dont worry about it, you helped me out alot. She was the only employee there and another guy was waiting. Needless to say, we got charged anyways but what are you going to do?
