Margaret D.10' box truck. Cab was a little smelly but not unpleasant. Box was smelly like livestock. But cleared out quickly as we left the door open. Glad we checked the lock on the box before we left as there was no lock, but there was a lock key with the ignition key. They set us up with a lock quickly.

The vehicle i was given was below empty on gas. The vehicle smelled horrible of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The gentleman who checked me in was nice

Katherine H.Your staff is extremely rude. I asked for a 30 minute extension and he said that's totally fine and hung up and then proceeded to charge me $30. I would've expected him to inform me there is a charge for extending your time or even let me know he's charging my card or even give me a receipt. When I asked the representative that was assisting me about it, his coworker interrupted and very rudely said “it was in your contract.†I understand that but I was making a point that the professional thing to do is simply mention there will be an additional fee. On top of that, I was actually only 12 minutes past my return time (I rented for 4 hours, 11-3). The man who interrupted was simply so rude and disrespectful for no reason. He has a serious attitude problem and I am not sure I would come back to this location because of that.

Callifornia B.When I made my reservation I made it for 7am and going to use the mobile pickup option. When I went to do this the morning of the rental it said I had to wait to do it in person at 9am!!!! When I complained about this the person that I spoke to simply said I don't know what happened. No resolution. The truck maxed out at 75mph. I drove it 200 mile 100 of which the speed limit is 70 which means everyone goes 79. It wasn't fun.

For some reason, this location, like other industries are experiencing labor shortages. It took an hour to get the vehicle and the pre-reserved storage. For some reason - this location could not pull up what we reserved. It was awkward that it took this long.

Jonathan C.The truck was a certified piece of crap to be honest. Brakes were sketchy (warped rotor I believe) had a terrible shimmy in the front end, leaked power steering fluid (I had to add some) this truck has nearly 170000 miles on it.

Henry S.I am still waiting for response on a $396 charge that was incorrect. I have had the worst customer experience in my life from your company. People are rude as well. I am a travel nurse will never use your company again and will be spreading the word on social media and to all my travel nurse friends if this is not resolved! Tried to be nice and resolve this in a respectful way unfortunately your company does not seem to respond to that.

Todd W.The cargo area was dirty. We swept it out and prepped it for loading. The cab smelled like smoke. The cab did have a hanging air freshener but we used our own. The billing estimate was off of the actual cost by $70 dollars. The kid working meant well but she was very nervous and perhaps still learning the job. Enterprise has a truck rental across the river. Is a hassle to rent from when this U Haul is close. But, they are professional.

DARIUS H. | Premières impressionsI didn't have a disc block but I read that it was at the discretion of the U-Haul person to let me use my own lock as long as it fit the locker and I didn't have one of those discs locks but I did have a combination lock and they did let me use it but then I went back to retrieve my items and there was a red lock on my locker and they had locked me out of it and I wish they would have not done that since the okayed my lock in the first place. I was told that the person that had helped me before was not experienced.
