Allow the excellent staff @ the point of service determine your terms of service, rather than some pale pinhead, in his/her mommy's basement entering data into yer rulebook. My reservation was overruled by yer 'puter, which told yer staff that my 1 ton truck, 12 000 GVWR, couldn't pull a wimpy trailer, that you advertise, "Any car can tow!" It wasted an hour of my time, whilst they appealed to upper management to overrule the 'puter God's decision.

John SI have a double unit there already, but on Sat I needed 1 more, but the 1unit they provided was too small. I called Uhaul and they gave me with the next size up. But when I looked at my credit card statement today I had a charge on my Visa and on my Discover, so I called the store mgr explained the situation to him. He said he would take a look into and as long as I only had the 2 units, he would credit me, sure enough I was credited.Immediately.

Robert GThe inside of the truck was kinda gross. It has not been cleaned in a while. Something was smeared on the inside of the wind shield, kinda smelled like an ashtray. The handle for the drivers window would come apart when you rolled down the window. I was given a truck with almost 0 gas in it. Then was told to return it with a 1/4 tank. To me it just a sign of something poorly maintained. Otherwise truck ran just fine, but to me the details matter.

Matthew CReceived an email confirmation stating to go to one place per a call from uhaul. My uhaul app said a different place so this made everything take 30 minutes longer than needed. They did figure it out and even saved me money, but if I went to the location that the app said, no truck would have been available. It did all work out but strange someone called me, changed the pick up address and the app didn't specify that. Everything else went great!

Tom CRemove the 2wheel dolly & blankets from trucks. Your taking away space needed by customer. And if the customer breaks the seal to move them, you get charged for using the dolly or the blankets. Not ideal

desiree mNot charge extra fees for fuel when the U-Haul didn't have fuel to begin with and I had to add fuel at the beginning of the trip. Then when getting to my destination the truck died so I had to jump it. Very poor attention to detail and the trucks are not taken care of. It was snowing the day I picked up this uhaul and I as the customer had to remove all snow and the windshield wipers were so old they were dry rotting. Also the staff at this location are all unprofessional with the way they speak to customers. Will never recommend this facility to anyone! Do better uhaul. Oh and the fuel service charge on top of the fuel refill fee like how ridiculous. Do not rent from this facility.

In the last few days I was in your facility numerous times to buy supplies and rent a van to move and then rent a storage unit. I was waited on by multiple people. Every time the attitude was as if they were being bothered to help customers. The most disturbing experience was yesterday (Saturday, June 3rd) around 11AM. There was a line of 4 people waiting in line inside at the counter. There was a younger gentleman with spiky messy hair waiting on us. He was wearing his sunglasses indoors and mid transaction of the person in front of me he said, "I'll be back, im going to the restroom. He slowly walked away to the restroom and didn't come back for over 5 mins. The other customers and i were left there wondering what was going on. When he finally returned, he seemed a little out of it. I cant be sure, but im fairly confident he was doing some type of drug in the restroom.

Although we made a few late payments, as food and utilities came first, payments were always made. A female made several calls to press us for a payment not made by the due date. She was disrespectful on the phone. Chris was somewhat helpful regarding late payments and penalties, we were still charged a "lean" charge. Every month was paid in full. As mortgage companies and landlords were required by the government to stop penalties for late payments and evictions haulted, U-haul should have taken notes out of that book.

The manager basically refused to contact me to discuss the issue. He even went so far as to send me an intent to pre lien my unit when my items were already out of the unit for almost 3 weeks.

If i were working there at uhaul i would protect my customers and coworkers by no mask no service as this is state law. As this person without a mask got closer i felt unsafe.
Christopher R | Premières impressionsI have a couple of issues. I thought the online process was was smooth and easy until the alarm on my unit went off every time I opened it. I asked some employees about it and they told me the access code I was given via email doesn't do anything I needed an access card, to which they gave me. Now that I had my access card ( which wasn't mentioned as part of the online purchase process) I assumed my alarm issues would be solved. Wrong again. The alarm still goes off every time I open my unit. Then I come to find out that my unit has a wiring problem and is crossed up with another unit. So when I check into my unit I am deactivating the alarm for another unit, and some other unit deactivates my alarm. This is very annoying and discomforting. It defeats the purpose of the alarm in the first place. I was also informed that the issue "should be resolved in a few months". If I hadn't already filled most of the unit I probably would have canceled due to this issue. On a side note, the employees were very helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is I paid for the whole month of April. 234 and moved out yesterday and they would not refund me the rest of the month. It was not the facility fault. U-Haul policy.
