UHaul car dolly worked great. Used my2022 Audi Q5 to pull my son's 2016 Honda Civic from Corona, CA to Evanston, IL. Took 3 days but UHaul dolly did the job just fine.Thomas P.

I was scheduled to drop off the truck at the Evanston, IL location, upon arrival i was told they couldn't take it and I had to take it to a location further away which resulted in me being charged extra for milage. When asked to speak with a manager I was told they were gone for the day. This was very unprofessional and unethical. I need someone to contact for compensation for this HUGE inconvenience.James G.

The customer service was outstanding. I rented a 5x8 and the explanation of how to handle the trailer long distance was thorough and really helpful. The only issue was the spring loaded cable got stuck on the trailer door and nearly took off our fingers as we tried to rethread so we could close the door all the way. I was unable to move my DIL's business from one place to another because of it. Lost a whole day of moving.Sharon B.

The location of my original reservation was changed due to vehicle availability. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an apology and phone call alerting me to the change! I was promised a $50 credit for the inconvenience. What great service! Well, the $50 was never credited - that was very disappointing. Please don't make offers you don't follow through on.Julie E.

After arriving, there is a sign which states that if you are returning a vehicle, to remain INSIDE/with the vehicle until assisted by a "service" attendant. I parked the truck at the sign, followed instructions, and WAITED, while two different "service" people wandered past me, and the truck, and began to chat with each other, while leaning against a sign, approximately 30 feet in front of me... Both saw me, but did NOT acknowledge my presence... Finally, had to walk over to where two of them were chatting (not working), and inquire about returning the truck. BOTH looked at me, and with a "DUH" tone of voice, told me that truck returns (the key turned in), were done INSIDE the facility.... Why one of those overweight people could not accept the key to the vehicle was beyond me.... Went inside to another person who was just standing at the counter (NO other customers present the 10 minutes that I was there), this person accepted the key, and the deal was done. Would have been nice, and much better customer service, if I'd been acknowledged by staff that was lounging and chatting outside, within 30 feet (or less) of my vehicle/big truck....Elizabeth P.

Their was someone their to unhook the transporter but when we returned the truck no on was their to check the truck in so I was told to just leave the keys in the truck which caused a delay for clearance of the equipment being returned but I was finally cleared with no extra cost thanksROBERTA M.

I don't feel the storage entrance is secure at all. Anyone can walk in during open hours and roam around. We were in the end storage unit and you didn't know if anyone was around the corner as it was a dead-end and someone could have been hiding there. I did see the cameras, but I feel a large mirror at the end could show if anyone was hiding around the corner.
