Very nice, friendly, and secure. The units could use lighting. But at some point had a mouse/mold issue.

I have been using this particular location for the past Three years. By far the best staff and great manager
solomon r | Overall ExperienceThe staff were very friendly and helpful, and I think the U-Haul storge units were very well maintained. However, if it were not for the free month I was offered for the unit and the fact that I only need the unit for 2 months, I believe that some of the other local storage units would be better choices for various reasons for long term storage.

Raising the door open with my hand resulted in a serious injury. The ends of my fingers were smashed as the door reached the top of its travel.. stops should be installed on all the doors to prevent this from happening to others. Thanks
