Being new to the area, selecting the wrong, more distance out, this location had the two RIGHT people to accommodate my needs. I am thankful, grateful for Tasha and Josh who put my mind at ease after dealing with a rushed, complicated morning. This drop off was the BEST I've had since utilizing U-haul over the years. james G.The after hours check in is absolutely awful! The app wouldn't work the wait time for a person was well over 45 minutes! Very poor customer service in this area! I've never been treated so badly! And it wasn't even a person it was your technology and it wasn't user friendly at all and didn't work and when it did it trued to charge me a incorrect amount!

Suzanne G.They gave me a defective trailer that had a hole in the front left corner. It rained on my trip across country and all my items got wet. Very very disappointed. Also, the hitch was attached too low. The drop off location was pretty upset that this location even let me leave the lot considering how low the trailer was.
Schyler P.What a rip off. One place required me to have a credit card to secure a van, which was only charging 0,79 cent a mile. Was sent to another place that didn't require the credit cared but required a deposit after being told no deposit required then charge 0,99 a mile because it'd Friday and a weekend. Weekend doesn't start till Saturday. Then you have to fuel the thing which means you get non of the deposit back. Because by that time you pay more than the deposit. So it cost me just over $100 to use the thing for less than 2 hours.
Kara C.We received a truck that was NOT cleaned in the cab (spills on steering wheel and dirty). THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. We picked up the truck, drove it a short distance to our home. Packed it full and took off the following morning. Joe said the air conditioning wasn't good, but it soon turned to full on HOT AIR through the air conditioner for an 11 hour trip to Florida!!! Most of the trip, it was raining, so he was SO HOT in the cab. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Brian A.Give the customer the correct vehicle. I went to return to find out I'd been driving one with someone else's name. I got a phone call the next day saying, “where is the vehicle you rented?†I told them, “returned yesterday, the guy called me by another persona name and told me it was the wrong one.†Work with your customers better. I took a discount to take the vehicle back to a different location. When I realized it was an hour away and I had to come out of pocket the amount of the discount for that gas, I tried to pay the “inconvenience feeâ€, to take it to a 15 minutes away location (I would have paid for my convenience and it was my original location of choice) the supervisor got on the line to tell me they had rented the truck I have to someone else the next morning at the intended destination and an “inconvenience fee†was not an option for me. When renting my pick up location was changed. I was compensated by being given a larger truck, but considering all the other issues this was a terrible experience. Uhaul has a great concept, but I'll find a different company next time. Your workers have a great customer service personalities but so many mistakes were made at the hands of many!
jolene D.I do not have any complaints. The drop-off was very easy. I just pulled in to the awning and I was immediately helped found one of the employees. It was a very quick and easy drop off.

The staff was friendly every time I spoke with them and reassured me everything was going to be ok. My things arrive safely to Tacoma and even got there early. I would definitely recommend this uhaul location.

David W.Uhaul dropped the ball on my reservation. The scheduled 20' truck was set for a 12 pm pick up. When I arrived, they told me the pick up was 7am and the truck was not available. So I drove 45 minutes out of my way to pick up a truck that wasn't there and had to get a 26' out of sheer necessity. This was a huge disappointment.

CLINT E.I tries to return the uhaul through the app after hours and it would not accept the picture of the odometer for me to complete the return, so I simply had to drop the keys in the after hours box. I'm sure I will be charged $20 for that which is unfair as the app did not work. We stood in the rain for 5 minutes trying to get it to work with no luck.

Kaylin P.The truck was not well maintained. Unable to drive faster than 50MPH, the vehicle would shake and make the uhaul hard to control. The steering wheel would bounce left and right and the cab shook so bad that it was hard to control. Had to take back roads to keep it at a lower speed which made the drive longer and the use of gas higher. When dropping it back off for inspection the employee did not seem to concerned with it being a safety issue, though he did say he would pass the information up.

I had a specific unit which they said I could reserve on the first floor (did this about a week or so ahead of the actual time needed for move-in). When I went to pay for and secure the unit...they had rented it and said they could not actually hold or "reserve" a specific unit location or type requested. In the end I got a good unit, just on the third floor.

The security card I was given did not work, it set off the alarm for the entire building. I sat there for 10 minutes with the building alarm screaming aloud and could not get ahold of anyone to help me. I left with my stuff and never even got to move in.

Very inconvenient if you are carrying heavy items. We had to try to go to the facility during off times so it wasn't as busy. The layout was not planned correctly. The original employee who signed me up made some mistakes. Spelled my name wrong, didn't set up auto draft correctly, and had me down for the wrong storage number. The employees who corrected it were nice and helpful but the initial employee was not a good experience.

Multiple bedding items (stores in containers) had to be thrown away due to mold. When I rented the unit I did not think mold would be an issue, but come to find it did. If I did it all over again, I would want to be briefed that mold is a potential issue so that I could plan more accordingly.
