Franklin MOutstanding experience from start to finish. The team here operates like a well-oiled machine. Neveah checked me in at the counter and was immediately warm, welcoming, and on top of everything. Josh Garcia, the manager, personally helped hook up the trailer, made sure everything was set correctly, and caught that I needed a light-connection adapter for my VW before I left. That kind of attention to detail matters and saved me time and stress. Anthony handled the return, checked me in, and disconnected the trailer quickly and professionally. I never had to wait at any point. Everyone knew their role and executed it flawlessly. The facility itself was clean, organized, and inviting. This was one of the smoothest rental experiences I’ve had anywhere. I will absolutely rent from this location again for the next bikes we trailer home.
MAHMOUD MThey put the wrong amount of gas on the contract. The lady for some reason didn't occur to her that I didn't know where my truck would be. And she sat at my ubox and stared at me while I attempted to find my truck. There was nothing under the tent where the ubox was next to, I assumed they would b put my truck there. And then I had to back up to for my hitch to attach to the ubox... Thank God I didn't mess that up! She did not show me how to do it, which I still have the ubox. You all never have pickup trucks, ever. And the moving vans don't have trailer hitches. Everything took forever. And she didn't know where my ubox was, but I was supposed to know where my truck was?? And why didn't they drive it under the tent like all the other things? Nope "find it yourself and we will stare at you... Like you're the idiot." I tried to tell them about the contract, they asked if I took a picture, I said no and bagan to walk out, they said they had it. Took the picture and RAN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE away from me so I couldn't tell them why I was upset. I feel like I've been treated better at other locations. There is no reason for the u-boxes to go from 45 a month to 75. Overall it wasn't a great experience.
AMANDA SI was in the hospital when I cancelled the unit online. I sent the pics my daughter took for canceling the unit. No one completed my request. I had to call the main line & they fixed it for me. No one completed at this Uhaul place. So I was aggravated that I kept getting a bill. .im grateful customer service help me. She was amazing

ROBERT HAshten had everything ready to go and was very helpful in getting me set up and ready to go with a draw bar adapter and also made my return quick and easy. I was very satisfied with the excellent service that Ashten provided.

CLIFFORD MNothing needs improvement. This has been our go to place for renting a trailer hitch installs for myself and my friends.
WADE LI dropped the trailer off in Maysville Kentucky.....there was no one there, it was after hours. I needed help lifting the tongue off of the ball, my wife and I barely were able to do this. The trailers need a tongue jack badly.
JASON LI picked up a 4'x8' trailer in Tennessee to bring to Ohio for a family here. The crew was efficient, experienced, and expedient, and I was on my way in no time. Thanks guys - I'll be back.
Dianne BWe own a business that requires us to rent from you all frequently. This marks the 3rd time having a very bad experience with staff at this location. There are too many other options to rent from that will give better customer service. The past 2 issues were a guy that is no longer there. He would make us wait 15 minutes before he came out to help and then we had to wait even longer because he was texting his friends. He clearly hated his job. This time the guy came quickly to help, but when he noticed the trailer we needed was in the back, he quickly got very rude with us. This is not customer service. I understand people have bad days and I am a believer of 2nd chances which is why we have tried again. With this continuing to happen, this falls back on terrible management not hiring decent people and not expecting decent customer service.

Very well organized and clean facility. Speaks to a well run organization and customer-service- oriented business.
DONALD MHow can I rate a place that I never went to? The shipment was delayed and that’s costing me about 800. The original guaranteed arrival date was supposed to be 11/4 and you just kept changing it. How do I know if my good arrived safely? Due to your delays, I can’t get anyone over to pick up my items until Monday so how can I possibly tell you if they arrived? OK when they were unloaded off the truck less than an hour ago?
Dianna DI tried to rent equipment on the day the system went down. They took my name and number and said they would complete the reservation for the truck and car trailer when the system came back online. When I went to pick up the equipment a the location of I was told to, they said no reservation had been forwarded to them and that they no longer had the equipment available. They appeared to do a multi-site search but said I was out of luck. Obviously I was furious as my move was coming up in two days. I want back to the Beasie Road site and Josh Gracie, the manager, saved the day. He personally drove somewhere to pick up the truck and trailer. If not for him this rating would be much lower. Also, the drop of location in St. Michael was not open when I tried to drop of the trailer. I had specifically asked for a dropoff location that was an open business because of past experience. No one was there when I got there at 11:30 AM. I called the number on the office door and nobody answered. Again I was frustrated and called to request a new drop off location which I was given and I drove there. Once there (Marty’s in Monticello) the staff were helpful but when he tried to check in the car hauler the number on the unit did not match the computer. It took a while to get rectified.

I was billed for the pick up fee + the storage fee. I’m asking for a refund of October storage fee. Please call if you requiring more details

There were no Uhaul employees helping or paying attention to what was happening inside the storage building. People were blocking truck bays with their cars, taking multiple carts and hoarding them in their units, and holding the elevator. It was awful.

We had to change because what we were storing would not fit because of the pillar. 2: If a client comes to load or unload, please please please add a sign to move your vehicle afterward. We waited a long time for a space to unload because a young man came and retrieved his motorcycle, left his car in a prime unloading spot and took off for hours. From what we heard from another mover, he took off at 6 am and when we left at 4 pm, he was not back. This causes a lot of grief for someone needing that space. I wanted to have him towed, he was just being rude. A large yellow and black sign saying these spots are for loading and unloading - not parking, would take care of this. I still think he should have been towed.

The entire floor still smells like mildew. The cost of my storage continues to increase while storing despite this incident. It would be nice to inform customers they should get renters insurance if damage occurs due to the facility

I think if you're reserving for same-day move in, then the checkout experience should change to pick up the lock when you arrive at the place.

Asked if the gentlemen could show me how to perform the enter and exit procedures, he responded as if he didn’t want to. His body language screamed figure it out on your own. As if that wasn’t enough, when I asked if he could help me locate the storage unit or perhaps give a tour he simply responded “they don’t pay me enough for tours” and proceeded to point to the map and walked off. Poor customer service.

Called customer service and was inside the office. During my 90min interaction with both, no one thought to mention that if I switched, I'd loose the $125 I already paid. No one mentioned it until they had cancelled the first unit and set up the 2nd. Absolute waste of time, effort and energy. I don't understand why no one would have said something at the beginning. Obviously we didn't upgrade because who has $125 to just throw away

They were so helpful and explained how everything worked, the alarms, how to access the storage unit and the hours. I was originally supposed to turn my truck in at another U-Haul place and they were kind enough to make arrangements for me to turn it in there. The facility was extremely clean. My unit was on the second floor. I was impressed that they had carts for use to assist in moving all of my household goods. Usually moving can be a hassle, however the staff at this U-Haul storage facility made it a breeze and hassle-free.

Qwentin M | Expérience généraleI have 6 storage units at this location. All were reserved in advance. First time I used this facility 2 units were not available when I went to pay for them. This visit our reserved room was 1/3 way full with the previous owners items. I was told the lock I purchased would be in the unit. If the lock had been in the unit they would have known it wasn’t empty. This is totally unacceptable.

Heather H | Premières impressionsAll the staff were nice. The issue is that a 5 x 10 unit that has a support column running through it is not actually a 5 x 10 unit. They did however rectify that for me. The other issue is that the rollup doors weren’t working so when I had to unload in the rain, I could not back all the way up and in to the unloading area. This definitely needs to be remedied.

I went to front desk told them they came seen what was talking about cleaned up but didn’t do any good. We were still sliding in the back trying to put our belongings in there and at one point I had fell and thankfully had bar in there to grab!! They shouldn’t clean with that mess!

The mechanically controlled roll up doors in the loading bay areas were not working, which meant the truck couldn’t be backed in fully and the contents got wet in the rain. Additionally, having a cement pillar in a 5x10 unit makes it substantially more difficult to store large items.

The best company around for storage and truck rentals. They also buy back any unused boxes back so you're not wasting money.

I was given two different units in which a 10 x 10 was advertised, yet there was a large pillar protruding through this so the space is very reduced. I finally was given a third and final storage unit that was a full unit, but your staff should have a better idea as to which is used and reduced. Also, I recommend a price reduction on those units as you are not getting space paid for.

Thankfully, the office was still open. The workers were polite and able to help. The space was clean and tidy, too.

She had an attitude the entire time, walked off with an attitude and everything, which I feel you shouldn’t have that kind of attitude period specially dealing with people who are already going through a overwhelming time of moving and relocating the last thing they need is a bad attitude customer rep. The others however were super nice and helped me out a ton, I believe he was a manager I decided to talk to him about exactly what I needed because the previous rep was soooo rude I no longer wanted to deal with her. And he helped me out and it was super easy and quick.

Incredibly friendly staff, especially the lady at the front with green or blue hair. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I had a specific unit which they said I could reserve on the first floor (did this about a week or so ahead of the actual time needed for move-in). When I went to pay for and secure the unit...they had rented it and said they could not actually hold or "reserve" a specific unit location or type requested. In the end I got a good unit, just on the third floor.

The security card I was given did not work, it set off the alarm for the entire building. I sat there for 10 minutes with the building alarm screaming aloud and could not get ahold of anyone to help me. I left with my stuff and never even got to move in.

Very inconvenient if you are carrying heavy items. We had to try to go to the facility during off times so it wasn’t as busy. The layout was not planned correctly. The original employee who signed me up made some mistakes. Spelled my name wrong, didn’t set up auto draft correctly, and had me down for the wrong storage number. The employees who corrected it were nice and helpful but the initial employee was not a good experience.

Multiple bedding items (stores in containers) had to be thrown away due to mold. When I rented the unit I did not think mold would be an issue, but come to find it did. If I did it all over again, I would want to be briefed that mold is a potential issue so that I could plan more accordingly.

I was able to use the provided carts to easily move my boxes into and out of my unit. The temperature was always within the designated range. The facility was always clean (including the bathrooms).
