Inspect the trucks well and teach the crew how to give proper costumer service. The 26’ box truck i rented was horrible. Didn’t have Good brakes and Air condition not working. Made one of the workers there aware On drop off but he didn’t say much or cared for my bad experience.

Very displeased. I’ve picked up many times from this location. Took two hours to pick up a small trailer. Very hectic. Forgot to give me any paperwork and didn’t put blankets in trailer. Didn’t discover this until 30 mins later when I got home. Had to use my own household blankets and comforters to protect my furniture and got charged for the blankets.

The trailer looked clean, but the floor was full of heavy dust. We had to scramble to line the bottom before we put our belonging inside. A simple sweeping out of the unit before giving it to us would have worked.

I was very happy with everything. Only issue I had was not being able to get into the back area to return my trailer after hours. The path was blocked by returned trucks. I was still able to return it, but I had to drop it in the front parking spots. This location has always been excellent and continues to be. Thank you.

During the pickup the rental vehicle, parked my personal car where the uHaul staff showed. After using the vehicle returned it to the same location; however, the exit of the parking lot I had parked my personal car was blocked by uHaul trucks and trailers so I could not leave. The store was closed and no one was there to move those blocking vehicles. There were four clients just like me trapped and waiting to leave after returning the rental vehicles. I called the uHaul customer service and explained to them about the problem. They told me they were trying to reach to the store manager. After waiting for 45 minutes and no one showing up, I called again and told them about our problem. They said they were still trying to reach the store manager and he was not answering the phone. To make it short we wait about two hours. Finally a staff member dragging his shoes whistling came and laughing asked us “What seems to be the problem here?” One customer asked him a question he treated her so rude that the customer turned to us and told us the staff was being a “jerk”. Meanwhile the staff slowly moving trucks one after the other and making jokes without caring all the clients waiting for two hours waiting patiently and can take no jokes. Finally when the exit was cleared up I went and picked up my car. As I was exiting I stopped by the staff and asked him if uHaul would do any reimbursement for hour two hours waiting here at that location. He rudely said, You are not gonna a penny. You are lucky I am here to help OR you would stay here until 6 am when stores opens. Now leave here or I will call the police” he took his phone out and threatened me to call the police if I did not leave. Once he said that I took out my phone and recorded him how rudely he was treating me. As soon as he saw me recording, he got in to one vehicle yelling at me “Go get in your car!” and drove away. I still have the recording on my phone should you need it. All the clients who have been waiting with me for two hours witnessed this unacceptable treatment. The staff told us his name was Dug. I have never been treated like this and this was the worse customer service EVER I had in my life. Please hold Dug accountable for his actions and threatening to call the police on me.

The person performing the inspection did his job well but did not go out his way to make me feel welcome or act as though I was a valued customer. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Car was trapped by all the returned Uhaul; we were told to park any where that has an empty parking spot. There were 4 families that were trapped. We waited 2.5 hours for someone to arrive to move the car. Once the employee got there, he was giving everyone attitude. He got into people faces, and screaming at all of us. Everyone was very unhappy, I will not return to this location.

I arrived and went to turn-in, 1st in line. It says to stay with vehicle/equipment and someone will come. I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody came but I saw 3 workers, 2 sitting and 1 hooking-up a trailer. I went inside, explained the situation and was told to go back outside. Meanwhile a person who was renting a trailer moved in front of me and was taken care of by the older man who was the only one working the yard... The 2 others were still sitting, and now 2 others had pulled in behind me. 10 minutes later, the one guy who was sitting yelled out that he would be right with us. He came over, said he would be right back, and then disappeared for 5 minutes. He comes back, checks me out, unhooks the trailer right there, tells me to pull-in the trailer yard, turn around, and go back out the only entrance to the place which is now blocked by my trailer, and the line of returns/pick-ups trying to get in. 35 minutes to turn-in a trailer that actually took 3 minutes! Incredible!

Mixed response to this place. Love the keycard. Facility is old, but clean. Physical space in parking lot minimal. Sometimes the wait in the office for service is too long!!! Good for short-term.
