Vernon JThe location was fine but wanted to comment that your system was down when I needed to get my rental and it was a miserable experience. Also ended up getting charged twice because of the system being down and/or employees making a mistake. Luckily it got resolved by calling the 1 800 number. Calling this location they just leave you on hold because they're too busy. You guys need a better backup method or to strengthen your current system. They made it sound like it happens often.

GRACE PShe was very argumentative and unfriendly. She was wrong in reading the gas gage...I took a picture. The way I have been renting uhaul for the past one week I don't think she should have spokeken to me that way. I am very upset and unhappy. I don't think uhaul will be my first option if am going to rent a truck again. I felt humiliated in front of my employee by the way she spoke to me I am going there again today to present my facts to the manager.

Francis HThe van had a horrible cigarette stench. I have used this location several times before and had never felt disrespected like I did today. The gentleman (I don't remember his name) with dreadlocks was, unpleasant, unpolite and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest employees to be trained properly and if they don't have what it takes to work with people, they should be let go, or you will and up loosing customers.

Gregory RIn the description of various units for rent, it should include more than just the size of the unit, but also a description of the door size used for access. At one point, I needed a large access garage door type access but the unit I rented only came with a small door-sized access. While a new unit was eventually available, it did delay my rental by three weeks.

I asked the representative who took my reservation on the phone that the reservation confirmation be sent to me via text, but it was sent to someone else in my organization via email even though I had explicitly asked that the email be changed to mine. This not only added work for me, but potetially put me at risk for not complying with financial policies of my organization. It was a considerable failure of your system with regards to what is reasonably to be expected when I make a contract with you.

Raza ACargo van continually displayed error code for tire sensor during my entire rental. Started displaying & beeping about 25 minutes into rental. Error code would go off & then start beeping about every 15-20 minutes while driving. Had to stop during rental to check air in tires. This did not resolve issue. Told U-Haul agent upon return of van. Not cool & an annoying hassle. Vehicles should be in good working order.
Rebecca LThe business was supposed to open at 8:00am and it didn't open until 8:05am which was annoying since we were on a tight schedule. When I returned the truck I also had to wait for quite a while for someone to come out of the building to check me out. That was annoying also.
Stuart CI showed up to pick up 20 min before closing. The receptionist informed me the system usually shuts down 30 min before closing so I may not get the trailer on the day reserved. It worked out but I don't understand why a customer can't get a reserved item right up until closing.

The lighting on the loading dock at night time is excellent and also takes care of lighting up the inside of the truck. Over the period of time I had the locker the alarm went off quite a few times while I was at my locker and the horn was right there and it was painfully loud. Understand the need for security but hope a way can be found to maintain security without assaulting the ears of people unlucky enough to be near the horn.

Since the elevator wasn’t working they wanted to charge me extra for placing me on the first floor.. The worker made me feel like I should suffer and pay extra due to the elevator not working.. I ask him to waive the fee for me.. The work customer service skills was poor judgement and made me feel very unhappy due to their problem with the elevator not working.. Truck came was dirty smelled like cigarettes and sweat. No cruise control. Also I turned my truck a day early and I was still charged the full amount. Last I had to drop my truck at different uhaul location instead the uhaul storage I was given.

Tesfay W | Expérience généraleI was disappointed that my payment was secured for December on 12/6/21 and I moved out on 12/9/21 but was not refunded a prorated amount for the remaining days. I spoke to someone in the office and they assured me that I would not receive a refund. In addition, on the third floor, there are two double doors but instead of both swinging out or in the same way, one of the doors swings out and the other swings in, making it difficult to move in and out through that hallway. The furniture carts are also very small and not able to accommodate tables or sofas.

jimmie e | Premières impressionsThe young lady that helped me is very rude her disposition is like wow her mannerism is awful and unwelcoming , her attitude is as if she don’t like her job it makes you not want to do business there she doesn’t understand her body language and the way she speaks to someone as if they are irritating her and if we are bothering her I spoke to her about how her attitude is and this is the second time I’ve had to deal with her she act as if she was doing me a favor when I’m patronizing your business I reserved on line for one price she told me she has nothing to do with online and if I want it for that price I would be on the 2 floor and it would have a plow in the middle of the storage I explain to her there was nothing online stating that she told me I don’t deal with online , I also told her I was going to make a complaint on her and she responded that’s your Prerogative I was like wow !

Past two times I have been in, only one person was mostly working a line that had 6 to 8 people, and each person took a long time to help. Both times I was in line for 20-30 min! I have no idea what's going on, but you need to ensure the four desks in the office are fully manned when the lines go long. Would be great if employees in the back could come forward and help. The time was 720 pm. I was stuck outside. I called the help number and they said I was checked in. I had to leave the truck outside and return in the morning at which point I moved in.

Due to delayed departure, called the location and was able to complete the rental of storage unit on the phone. Representative went over all the details of how to access the facility after hours and emailed additional information. Took a lot of stress off and was able to turn the truck and car transport on time. Facility was clean and plenty of carts to load items and carry to storage unit.

JOE H | Expérience généraleThe facilities are clean and the staff was professional and friendly, but I would not recommend this U-haul storage facility to a friend. The reason for this is their check-out policy of not pro-rating the monthly rent fee. Being in the military I cannot predict when I am going to be leaving and as it worked out I had to close out my storage space on the 10th of July. This means that I paid $192 for 10 days of usage. If I had to check out on the 2nd of the month then I would have paid $192 for only 2 days of usage. This policy of not pro-rating the rental fee is disadvantageous to military personnel who may have to leave in the middle of the month. That being the policy, I am somewhat surprised that I wasn't forced to return the over-priced mandatory lock that I had to purchase from U-haul when I started renting the storage space just so it could be re-sold for more profit by U-haul. I would not recommend this storage location to any of my military friends.

They have been very accommodating for what this is a storage unit. That said I changed from a larger unit to a smaller unit when I moved some stuff out and they were very accommodating, the smaller unit was next door to the larger unit. That made the move really easliy.
