I rented a pick up truck from this store and there was approximately 4-inches of snow in the bed. It was removed only after I mentioned it to the gentlemen in the store. This was very poor service and a terrible inconvenience. These employees need to be properly trained in customer service and exhibit a more professional attitude.
Truck was dirty. They helped me load my car on the dolly, but forgot to put the ramps back up, which I discovered after driving a few blocks.
They were quick and ready. Had a truck available for our last minute needs. The store was very clean and had COVID-19 precautions throughout the facility AND shields at the desk. I will say get the card machines fixed for people pay at the location. The staff was friendly and efficient tho. 18th and Nicholas area.
The truck I was given had 46 miles to empty, the ashtray was filled with ash (didn't realize that was a thing anymore), and the steering wheel was so sticky it was hard to get my hands off the wheel

This location doesn't need to improve. My expectations were exceeded! I was expecting to get an older truck and was met with a new Chevy Silverado! Very clean truck and AMAZING customer service! Thank you!
Drop with the app is pointless. It did not work because I refused to share my location (my prerogative) also the "receipt" you sent me in email is blank file.
The strap on the appliance dolly was frayed. It wouldn't tighten down properly.
Truck was filthy, crumbs and spilled coffee everywhere. No masks in the store and ZERO sanitizing happening.
Not charge a customer double for one rental period then charge their card again instead of just refunding the overcharge amount. There are currently $80 of charges on my debit card for a $20 trailer rental and the best your local rep could do was tell me to bring the receipts back in a few days if my card has not been accurately credited by then. I have transacted with other locations before and never been treated this poorly. Because of the total disregard for my time constraints, not to mention incompetence in correcting the issue when asked for an explanation and resolution my future business is lost.
The vehicle fuel consumption is an issue
Driving this thing was TERRIFYING, you guys should offer driver services for jobs that are in town, I did NOT feel comfortable driving this thing

Original tow dolly had to be exchanged due to vibration issues at all speed.
UHAUL continues to AUTOMATICALLY REBILL for ubox & storage that was VACATED 10/4/20 VERY BIG PROBLEM. LOCAL STAFF UNABLE TO STOP THIS.

Great service
My main issue was my vehicle. I rented a 15 footer with no additional equipment for my rental. The truck had about 127,xxx miles on it, which isn't a whole lot. Once I started driving it off the lot, that's when I noticed how bad the vehicle was. It drove like it was going to fall apart whenever I turned, drove over a bump, and accelerated from a full stop. The steering and suspension were horrible. The morning I picked it up had a slight breeze and the was enough to make it feel like I was going to tip over. Even after loading the truck up with my stuff, it felt the same. I've used U-Haul trucks a couple other times and those seemed better kept/maintained.
This location was very poor service every single time I try to call this location no body ever answer the phone would ring for an hour and no answer and I had to go in person every single time but I have to say after months of dealing with the same thing on the last week I had it in storage there was a changed in management and staff was alway on it

The website wasn't working when I dropped it off. There was one person in charge and they were about to leave and just took the key and told us they would handle it in the morning. So, I have no idea what miles I'm being charged for, what fees I'm being charged, how much gas was needed to fill the tank, etc. I have no idea what I've been charged for. I haven't received a bill or anything. I just know this random series of charges have popped up on my account. I don't see how I would suggest uhaul to anybody I know who's moving. Because there's no way for me to confirm or deny or challenge any of these fees because I don't even know what they're from.
The truck was dirty on the outside so it was hard to see scratches or dents. The oils change light was on and dinged the whole rental along with the tire pressure sensor light. I was charged for two days rental even tho I had the truck less than 24 hours.

My 4X8 trailer was not hooked up properly to my vehicle. The hitch tongue pin was not secured by a cotter pin causing the trailer to become unhitched during transit. The secure chains were also not attached causing the released trailer to slide into multiple lanes barely missing multiple other vehicles. The only way I could stop further damage or bodily harm from other drivers was to use my vehicle to stop the trailer - causing damage to the back. Roadside assistance was called and the incident has been reported. There was only one person at this location when I arrived and there were 3-4 customers in line. The employee was overwhelmed by getting trucks and assisting other customers causing a lack of focus on my safety - and the ultimate safety of others that could have been seriously injured.
I have rented 4 u-hauls in less than a month and the last one was the most expensive and it was a 10ft truck. I rented 1-26ft truck for the price of the 10ft I also paid for 2 extra days and didn't get credit for turning in early but they charged for an extra 10 miles I put on the truck No refund for turning in early
Michael Walsh was the best!! When times got hard for me and I couldn’t pay he was my shoulder to lean on and was very lenient when it came to any portal payments. Overall experience was the BEST!
Your team was not wearing facemasks, the truck was not clean inside, and I returned my truck but nobody ever checked it back in so the next day they were calling me asking when I would be arriving. Very unorganized and seems that your employees don't care about the service being provided.

The staff was friendly and greeted me when I came in. They found my order immediately and got the truck and supplies quickly. The windshield on the truck was covered with bugs and there were food pieces on the floor of the cab. The shifting from Park to Drive was loose and went to 4. Then I could bring it back to Drive. While driving, however, it never slipped and I felt safe. We had no issues on the drive and I am pleased, as usual with U-Haul.
I was told I could return a U-Haul to the nearest location. The next morning the guy called me a few times to tell how inconvenient that was for him that I dropped them at another local U-Haul. Horrible service when I showed. Nobody was ever wearing a mask. All staff were not wearing a mask even thought the city has a mask mandate. I had to searching for my truck on their lot after I reserved it instead of someone helping me locate the truck.

The car hauler I used needs some attention. The front secure points that attach the nylon tire straps need to be replaced. Both are extremely worn, don't loosen or tighten easily and need at a minimum someone at UHAUL to clean them up (lubricate them) or replace them. Thank you (for the next customer).

Pick up and drop off went pretty smooth. Trick was dirty in the back and the dolly was disconnected. I never used it but was charged for it since the zip tie was never there. Back of the truck had to be swept first too.
They were very quick and efficient!

The door was hard to lower and raise got stuck in the middle, when we dropped it off he said he was going to send it for service.
The young lady working the counter was exceptional. Friendly, quick and efficient. The young man in charge was also the same.

Michael the general manager was always on the ball, and the facilities were clean and well maintained and lit!
The team in the office was fantastic. They helped us a number of times and were acting over and above the call of duty.
Everyone who works here goes so above and beyond everything that they do. They are a wonderful team who genuinely take the time to understand what youre going through at the moment and help you work through it, because, lets be honest, moving can be such a stressful experience. I would recommend this location for storage to ANY of my friends and would happily use their services again.

The employees, managers, and overall customer service of this specific u-haul is absolutely terrible. They lie about your bill and try to scam you out of more money each time they call and harass you
Prefer 24 hour access. However, the hours did not impact the great experience at this facility.

Online billing is unclear. Cannot tell balance due and date due. I checked prior to due date and it stated balance of 0 and next payment due a month in the future, however I was charged a late fee.

6 hour drive, arrive pay final bill and tell staff after load we no longer need unit. Same staff come on p.a. say we have 10 minutes to be out they close early tonight nearly an hour b4 normal bus/hr

Extra finally and helpful staff
So much help when I forgot the key to my lock in Colorado and were always helpful and welcoming. I never felt intimidated or nervous to come in and ask for help!
We used this facility for summer storage for a child attending university and it worked perfectly. It was close to campus, secure, the staff was helpful and friendly and the hours were great.

Move-in was as easy as could be! Plenty of carts provided to help move your stuff, wide aisles & doors for easy access; very clean. Even on a 90+ degree day, the units are quite cool.

facility was great - it was the customer service number they gave me that was very annoying. Been put on hold for 15-20+ minutes without a response and finally gave up.

Place was clean and staff was friendly but billing is absurd! I tried signing up for auto pay and EVERY month I received a late fee and had to call and try to sign up again. I definilty overpaid!!
