The app need work. Would not scan my license at check-in. While trying to text chat with your representative the text wind would be covered by my phones keyboard so I couldn't see what I was typing.

autumn jInstaller was extremely good. He explained things to us clearly, did a fantastic job and was very good to deal with. The staff at this location were great, particularly Nicki and Elijah (I think that was his name. He is black, tall and skinny. They both worked over the Labor Day weekend.) Very pleasant to work with helpful, even when they were having a rough day and dealing with disgruntled customers. Great job all the way around.

RUSSELL TContactless pickup was confusing & I had to go inside to get help. Upon return, I took a picture of the mileage & fuel, but when I got to the key drop & went online, & it wouldn't let me upload a pic, only take a new pic.

Brian NI reserved a smaller truck at a closer location and didn't get either. With the larger truck my fuel consumption was higher. I took a trailer to offset the cost and that increased my fuel consumption even further so it wasn't worth the hassle.
Mike EWhen I returned the truck and handed the keys to the lady at the desk, she didn't tell me I didn't return the truck and park it into the return space to get it checked in. Subsequently I didn't receive and check in receipt. I returned the truck at 1:30 pm and at 6:30 I went back up to the store and they gave me a return receipt. It was inconvenient and the return process could have been explained to me and made easier.

JOHN PMy only complaint is that for my last month I had to pay a full month rent ($150) which is high as far as storage units are concerned. There are many cheaper options available. I was only there for 1,5 weeks but had to pay a full month. I was told uhaul does not pro rate. It makes no sense to me to pay full price whether I'm in the unit 1 day or 30. Because of this uhaul will not be a option for me.

Diane RI am disabled and it was so painful for me to try and get up in the truck. I think U Haul should accommodate seniors and disabled folks that have no choice sometimes but to use this equipment. Also when they told me where the truck was located it was a little walk in the large lot to get to the truck especially when you have a bad lung and bad hips. Would have thought they would pull the truck up for you like they do other locations. My son has used U Haul before and they went out of their way for him. Would think they could put steps on their trucks the way some pickups have that you can fold down or up. I think the Disabilities act should also include services such as this. Other than that I was quite happy with the people that helped me and the truck was nice also.

JOELLEN CThe original reservation was at a Stormin Norman's and no one notified me of a change in pickup location. So double check your locations for equipment I had to drive an extra 25 mins out the way to go pickup my trailer. Ontop of that inconvenience, I paid for a utility dolly and it wasn't provided at the time of pickup. Usually, Uhaul is on their A game but this time was a disappointment. Oh, and I didn't receive notification until 4:50am the next day via text of my location change.. by then it was too late.
RACHAL MEmmanuel was a Tremendous Help and not at all bothered that I needed to get a bigger trailer than I had originally ordered sight unseen. Once he showed me the trailer I ordered on line I wasn't sure everything would fit in it and was very patient and more than helpful with my change of plans!! May thanks to him the bigger one was exactly what we needed!!

Logan WA lock was added to my storage without letting me know which wasted 5 people's time when meeting them there after hours to pick up thing from the unit. I appreciated why they added the lock (I didn't close latch correctly before locking it apparently) but it was not helpful not receiving any contact by staff to let me know the lock has been added.

I will look for other alternatives if this policy is not changed. My rating has nothing to do with the location but completely due to your corporate policy.
Michael EI had my hands tied because I wasn't able to get the actual unit I wanted which was the 19,99 truck so I had to get a bigger truck which I didn't use but i seen 7/8 19,99 trucks lined out up front I feel like I was forced to pay extra money because I seen plenty of 19,99 trucks and it was around 3/4:00 pm

I had to find someone to use their phone to check in for my rental which threw us an hour behind for pickup and even on their newer phone the U-Haul site was glitching. We got what we needed done but it was a hassle. The location was convenient and the price was fair but what I went though to get the rental was a bit frustrating . I'm appreciative for the use of the vehicle

JESSICA M | Expérience généraleThis was not even MY transaction! I was sent text messages regarding this transaction so I contacted UHAUL to inform them about the messages and my confusion at them. Their explanation was that the actual renter looks to have accidentally gotten one number off and listed my phone number and to just disregard the messages. Fast fwd to the next day, where the actual renter calls my number and says "I'm trying to return my rented UHAUL but the facility is closed for the day" his reaction to my answering my cellphone was of much confusion as well! Not to mention that the "one number off" was not in truth, since I am also receiving these emails, which indicates that my full information was used, and not just a mistake of one number being off!

Francis SGuy was nice enough to help me put my car on the dolly since it took forever to get another one that was going to work and I was given bad advice and told to keep my car in neutral and found out that it didn’t need to be in neutral since I have a front wheel drive car and showed up to my destination with a dead battery, ABS light on, straps continuously kept coming off the wheels, and the straps wrapped around my tire
Kaitlin GNeed to do a better job at making sure your trucks are ready to be used, the check engine light came on in the middle of my move, breaks were bad and there was an issue with the truck hooking up to the dolly and I was told that I would possibly have to get a new truck after it was already loaded!

DALON CAdd some reps to the front counter. My pick up time was for 9:30, but I stood in line for 45 mins and didn't get on the road until 10:30. The woman behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful, despite the long line and apparently working alone, but she could only do so much.

Ashley WThe unit I was assigned had a non functioning latch. I was offered a unit of the same size at that same facility, as a replacement. It took about 30 minutes just for the transaction to move into the replacement unit which seems longer than necessary. I will say the staff member who handled that transaction was courteous and she apologized for the delay.

Aside from that the only thing I wish was different was if there were more access drives or doors so you don't have to push your belongings too far to your particular storage unit. Other then that it's great!

I called the after hours number and they said they were sorry but couldn't do anything to help me. I had to set off the alarms to get into my unit to unload my truck. It was embarrassing. U-Haul just said sorry and didn't do anything to rectify the situation. I also only used the unit for 10 days and they wouldn't give me any money back. They said we don't do that. I will NEVER use this place again. Completely mis-managed!!
