This location was great! I did not have the best experience with the location that I picked up from so dealing with them was a breath of fresh air. They explained everything in detail and made sure I had all my questions answered before I left. Thank you so much for the great service!

Upset that I was charged an entire months rent for April and I let the unit on the 31 of march. I rent from uhaul all the time and I am not ok paying $200 for something I won’t use

Janice D | Overall ExperienceWe booked a 5x5x8 and that unit wasn’t available but a 5x5x10 was for $10 a month. The staff let us know that the system keeps letting people do that. It feels like bait and switch. The staff was great and the place is nice but we are annoyed that we have to pay more than what we wanted.

Cheryl K | First ImpressionsThe place was clean, accessible, organized, and safe and well lit. I definitely had no problems with any of that. The reason for three stars is because of a few things which were all money related. First of all they require you to buy a lock that only works on these types of doors and so once you are done, you’ll never need this lock again. Why not instead require us to give them a deposit to use the lock and get the deposit back when we are done? Secondly, I got out of my storage unit with three weeks left on the month that I had paid for and they do not prorate and give you a refund back for unused time. Those two issues and the cost of the unit itself, caused me to give it three stars.
