Have more accurate readings on your computer on millage and gas in tanks on your vehicles. The extra dollar fee for the environment is a bit of gouging I personally think.

Door didn’t work got to my location before I realized and had to go all the way back. They figured out the issue and said they would deduct mileage when I returned truck the manager was extremely rude with me and accused me and argued with me about putting in gas until I felt obligated to show my receipt I would not recommend anyone to go to uhaul colerain.

Your call center is horrible. The Colerain location staff was excellent. The last three reservations I have made the call center has messed them up. It’s as if they tell you whatever you want to hear and then never relay the message to the pick up location. Truck was great and your prices are fair. Your service and product would be excellent if you could trust the people at the call center to be honest and better organized.

It would be good for uhaul to be consistent on pricing and fees. It is sketchy when you make your reservations online and it gives you one price for insurance, but when you go in the store to pick up the rental your told the cost is double what you agreed to pay for online. The staff in the store were great and pleasant.

Be sure to explain how much your rental may REALLY cost before a customer leaves with a unit. I was estimated at $54 and some change, but, the actual charge ended up being $75 and change. I know mileage (47.5 miles) was figured in, but this was a bit unexpected. Other than that, my UHAUL experiences are always good to great. My last rental experience...yesterday...was excellent.

The truck I rented was to be used for 2days. It was the roughest ride and it shook Really Bad. Felt like was going to stop s few times. I took the truck back that night because I was afraid to keep it for 2days. Got charged a overnight fee and I feel like I should be refunded. Had to get another truck to finish my move. Not happy with quality of truck and the amt I was charged for a raggedy truck.

I've been renting trailers from this location 2-3 times a year for the last 5 years or so and disappointed with the latest rental this weekend (12-7-19). Checkout of the 5X8 trailer took close to 15 minutes and part of it was due to the associate trying to oversell the insurance policy... the $16 policy cost on a $19 rental. And then the associate generated an estimate cost of double what it should have been with the explanation that it was just the system that automatically processes a "security deposit". Once the receipt was printed out it showed that the associate had entered the rental for 2 days in lieu of just one that was requested. Said "don't worry about it, the system will process the correct amount once returning the equipment". Once I returned it did remove the one day but had a $5 "safety" charge?! This was ultimately removed and I paid for what was owed. What is U-Haul becoming? VERY FRUSTRATING

We had a great experience. We paid about $1200, and we couldn't have driven to Iowa in a rental truck and paid for gas for that as we would have to have gotten a hotel room and taken a car to drive back.

My truck won’t fit on the trailer so I had to return to the location to get the dolly to pull my truck but the strap was broken and was not useable. The guy advised that he was closed already and there was nothing he could do. So I left it there and still got charged for it. I also had to leave my vehicle behind in Cincinnati when I was moving to Cleveland. So now I have to find a way to get it up here

Worst truck I've ever driven. Sounded like it would blow up at any given time, steering was hard to control and almost caused me to have an accident and to make it worse tore my labrum in my shoulder trying to pull the back loading door down to close. Horrible experience. Also feel I was overcharged but at this point just wouldn't want to rent from this company again. Complaints fell on deaf ears when truck was returned.

Again, using the UHAUL app wasn't helpful for returning the vehicle. It didn't ask me to take any pictures or confirm mileage - it just instructed me to drop the keys off. I returned at around 6PM on Sunday and got text reminders the following day at 10:30AM stating my return was late. Had the call the local UHAUL business I returned the truck to twice to get them to check it back in and remove the late return fee. Very annoying that nothing in the pickup of return went as easily as it should have.

My ubox was delivered 6 hours late. Then had unloading problems. The drivers didn’t have wheel blocks so I had to scavenge from the garden. And the movers offered to make up for the delay didn’t call until after we had already finished unloading (thanks to the kindness of a neighbor who offered to help). All in all a very unsatisfactory end to the move. The staff at colerain were as kind and as helpful as they could be, but it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I felt that this last charge of over 150.00 for 2 local trips was entirely too high. I have not always filed the gas tank up on full. Never ever have I experience a charge like this for gas plus mileage. I have used a Uhaul each year for 10 years straight...

Terrible. I scheduled a hitch installation online. When I got to the location, I was told they don't do installations on Sunday. I had to take the hitch myself to another location where it took over 5 hours to install. I missed my gig that night. After calling U-Haul customer service at least 10 times, I still have not received a refund even though this store DID NOT INSTALL MY HITCH. The manager said he called and left voicemails, but he didn't. Now over a month after the installation, I still have not heard word from the manager. Worst customer service experience of my life. Do not go to this U-Haul for any of your moving or storage needs.

The staff to manage the drop off and issuance of equipment on Sat (11/26) in the afternoon (John) was MIA and could not be found after searching the lot. I had to hook up and connect my own car transport in the rain. Upon drop off the next day, John was there but his demeanor (dress/language) was not very professional and in fact he was smoking the entire time he dealt with me. To be fair, I have rented from this location on several other occasions and always had a good experience, however, this guy is not doing them any favors in the customer service area.
